How I enjoyed shopping in this store. With an amazing assortment of dog treats, adorable collars and various types of dog food, I couldn't resist purchasing several items for my girlie. I was so impressed by the kindness of the employees. Since I wasn't sure what size collar our girl would wear, I was told it could be returned if it were the wrong size. Fortunately, I was able to walk out to the car, try the collar on her for proper fit. How many large retail establishments would have that trust, actually allowing me to take the merchandise out of the store before I paid for it? Superb customer service! I also found a chew bone made of Orbee Tuff material that had a nylon tag from the manufacturer that I was concerned would not be able to be removed without damaging the toy and again, the employees took the time and figured out how to get that string off. Love the welcoming service here. Lucky folks in Eugene to have this store in your city! I'll be back whenever I'm in town again!

I love Wags, the best place to spoil your dog. Huge variety of food, toys, fresh treats, collars and leashes. I even brought in my dog on her birthday and had to get her the cake. It was well enjoyed.

The tent I bought for Princess a few years ago was pretty cool!

I love this place. I have been stopping in here for years to get my dog her unique things. One year I bought her a tent. She loved it until someone stepped on it and broke it. Insert sad face. I have also bought her a jewel crown for her pretty necklace that she loved. Her name was Princess. So it was fitting. The clothes they sell are really cute. I also like the food brands, and snack choices for your doggie. They are very healthy. My Princess has passed away, and I have a new puppy now so I started her on a new food and could not find it any where. I went online and found that there was only a handful of stores that sell it, wags being one of them. The price was pretty good. It is called Orijen. She really likes it, and you can tell a difference in her fur. She is so much softer. I think a high grade food really makes a difference. The people my Son got the puppy from had her on pedigree. I had to get her off of that cheap garbage. I spied a few stuffed toys the other day that I think my Bailey might want, I want to bring her with me so she can help pick out what she likes. I used to do that with Princess. She loved it.

WAGGLES IS THE BEST.!11!!1!!!! It was my birfday this week and I told my mom and dad we had to get me new toysies (because my two Kongs and three food dispensing toys and squeaky football and chew ring and vanilla-scented pickle and frisbee and assortment of Nylabones and marrow bones just don't keep a doggy like me busy). Plus, I needed some new swag cuz even though I lOve my red fleece, it's so last season, and doggies can't be caught dead in fleece after Memorial Day. So after breakfast we all piled into the car to head to WAGGLES (!!), with mom and dad in the front seat and me in the center console. I don't understand why they won't let me sit on their laps in the front. THE BACKSEAT IS SO FAR AWAY and I only weigh 75 lbs. :( So we got to the store and I got soOoOo excited that I don't quite remember what happened next; it was all just a blur. My mom and dad tell me I went BONKERS but I don't believe them cuz I'm a good puppy and I would *never* cause havoc. All I remember is that EVERYTHING SMELLED AWESOME and a nice human (whom I will love fOrever) found out it was my birfday and gave me a free pupcake and salmon chewy. I drank tOns of water from the water-giving machine by the door, and tried on these googly goggles, which aren't really my thing (but my parents say are rEally well-made cuz I couldn't get them off my head even when I tried with both pawsies). I came home with two new treat dispensing toys and a huUuge pig knuckle (mom and dad want me to mention something about how they got $5 off their purchase since they are Waggles award members... I don't know what that means though) and I was soOo happy with my new toysies that I've been showing them off to all of mom and dad's friends when they come over to play. (Emmeline translates: "AKA, shoving his toys into everyone's laps and demanding treats.") I'm gonna try to tear my toys to pieces so we can return to Waggles soOn. Yay! XOXO Chester

Tonight, I am thankful for my favorite treat store, Wags. And I love all the nice ladies there!!

My bulldog loves going here!! They are one of the only places I can buy his brand of dog food. (Acana) They have nothing but the best at this pet boutique!!

Great store! Incredibly helpful staff. I got my dogs to felt T-shirts and a raincoat. Have a great selection of clothing toys and snacks. Definitely worth stopping on our trip up north.

They have better quality pet food than you can get at the big box stores, though they don't carry the grain-in kibble brand I've been feeding for the past few years. I supplement with fresh meat and vegetables and yes, my dog is pampered, but I wasn't ready to switch base kibble brands, and I only saw grain-free options on the shelf. The lone employee was basically polite but not too helpful. I found some treats and shampoo for my dog, but otherwise had to go elsewhere.

Not after today. I brought 1 out of my many dogs in to pick up some training treats. He is only 6 months old. The clerk working approached very quickly/closely to me and my dog. and caught my dog off guard and he nervous peed slightly. The Clerk asked if I wanted to take him outside. So I did to the grass to finish his accident. I returned to pay for the treats and leave. However the clerk yelled at me and my dog not to come back into the store and to leave the dog outside. I calmly informed him I will never be going back to this store again. My puppy had a nervous accident. And it is way too hot outside to leave a pet outside. Especially a black puppy. The clerk furthered the bad experience for my dog and for myself. We both deserved to be treated kindly and with respect.

This place has everything you could ever need for a pet and surprisingly they have more things than your big pet supply stores and at the same prices too. I was kind of meandering around and someone asked me if I needed anything and we got to talking about my cat that wouldn't drink water and for the last three years I've talked to everybody about it and I've never been able to get her to drink water, she was a feral cat, most of her life. he commented that I should add some water to her dry food when I mentioned that it's so expensive for me at the moment to buy wet food as well as dry food. since I had been discussing the issue on and off for the past few years with other cat owners, I took the advice with a grain of salt because nothing had worked until now. But I got home and I tried it, and my cat ate the entire thing faster than I had ever seen my cat eat . This doubt just represents the level of care and customer service and local small town small shop service. You don't really get nowadays. I feel like an 80-year-old riding this, but I am a millennial and I just very much appreciate this Store what a hidden gem what a place to find I'm so happy that I did. They have everything! They even sell cigarettes at the front counter, which threw me off at first, but they are the cheapest cigarettes I have ever witnessed in this town. The selection of cigarettes is the same as everywhere else, but the prices are about a dollar or less give or take. last thing, have to address this someone said the one thing they didn't like. Is that the pet store sold candy and cigarettes. Thus not giving them a five out of five star review despite everything else being great. I wanted to say that to stay in business this is likely a move that needed to be made in order to compete with big pet supply stores and keep their prices competitive * ** regardless of whether candy or cigarettes offends one, the rareness and necessity for local business should outweigh any vices one may find brackish. this is a commendable business move, and I applaud it and would help other stores can follow in order to stay in business. That's just the way it is and the bonus is that one is never forced to purchase a product they do not desire despite running the risk that the particular product may appears in one's peripheral.** *
