It's a big messy, but that seems to be the case with all of these locations. It had ample parking and didn't feel unsafe outside (I did go in the middle of the day on a Saturday though, I'm sure it's a different story at night). This location was highly recommended to me by the people at Wags on Coburg Road, citing they had a huge selection of cat trees. Well, they were right. My husband and I walked in to find pretty much the entire store front filled with them, going about 4 trees deep. That's definitely a large selection! So I became that annoying customer who is super picky, making the employee move and replace like 15 of these trees while I measured and debated with my husband. My cats are big boys, like over 20 pounds big. So we had some specific ideas about what would work and what wouldn't. They have kind of unique needs being so big, and getting older too. So after debating and checking out multiple options, we finally decided on one. It was locally made, by a single person, from the coast. Which locally made means more expensive. I feel like I spent a small fortune on the damn thing, but it's perfect. So, of course, I have to buy it. The guy who helped us was super patient with me and trying to find the perfect option that worked best for my needs. This included my munchkins being obese, the height to fit in the house, and the color to fit in with my decor. All of which were extremely important. So it took a lot of moving and trying different trees to find exactly what I wanted. Once we bought it, the employee was kind enough to help my husband load it into the car. I really appreciate his willingness to help. Would I return? Yep. Between having exactly what I needed, and the employee being so helpful, I will definitely come back.

My friend had previously cleaned out their inventory so I was hoping they would have them back in stock but it seems they don't carry them anymore as none of the stores in town have had them for months. When I walked in I was greeted immediately. I was only there for maybe a minute because I was looking for a very specific thing, so I didn't browse the whole store. What I saw was as clean and organized as there other locations. The parking lot isn't very big and can be difficult to pull out of when traffic is bad.

Firstly, there is no place to submit reviews on their website. They happily show you a list of 5 star reviews, but they must be copying them from Yelp. Secondly, their 'Loyalty Program' is bogus. (The 'Loyalty Program' is: Buy a certain number of bags of pet food, get the next one free). It's presented as though "THEY" (Mini Pet Mart) appreciates your return business, so "THEY" reward you with a gift. Unfortunately, "THEY" are some unknown company in some unknown location, that contracts with Mini Pet Mart, to operate this 'Loyalty Program'.The gift actually comes from the unknown company--which is ok I guess, but the whole program is misleading.
