"What could improve"... well start off by letting the Tesla owners charging in the shared parking lot with Wienerschnitzel" that it doesn't imply Wienerschnitzel restrooms are also a shared facility with Tesla owners. When we arrived today at 4:00 pm we counted 6 Teslas charging up and a half dozen women standing in line to use the restroom. We stood at the register for 5 minutes and was never acknowledged by the 3 team members working. At that point we noticed 8 customers already waiting for food and no food was coming out. We left. read more

Usually I don't frequent the "W", but my car needed charging and this was the recommended stop. As luck would have it, there were no public restrooms, but there's a customer only restroom inside the "W". Ordered a mustard dog with fries and a drink for $10.28 which all tasted as expected. The place is clean and staff is friendly. An advertisement at the front said you could get a free corn dog with any order by texting a certain number. Unfortunately, the fine print reads that the corn dog isn't available until the next day. That's shady. Buyer Beware. read more

We chose Wienerschnitzel because it is literally the only fast-food place in town with an explicitly vegan sandwich option. The restaurant is clean but very small. The young man behind the counter was very friendly even though he was busy and did a great job on our order. Food came out way faster than we expected given the lunchtime bustle. We ordered two veggie dogs and shared an order of fries and a drink -- $24, which feels outrageous, but welcome to California I guess. The dogs were good but risibly small: the same diameter as my little finger. read more

We walked in to order some food and no one turned around to help us. They place was empty and there were 3 clerks there. I would definitely recommend that they learn the meaning of customer service since working in a good industry. I normally live going to this eatery but will NOT go to this location and do not recommend. Very disappointed read more

stopped in town for the night on our way south. was craving ice cream and for whatever reason decided that weinerschnitzel's frozen treats section was good enough. ordered a single chocolate-dipped cone at the drive through. there was one car in front of me, but somehow it still took 10-15 minutes for the ice cream cone to be prepared. at some point a car pulled up behind us and the driver was started cleaning his floorboards of trash and tossing litter out both windows when i got my cone the ice cream was already melting. i also didn't know it was possible for soft serve to taste so flavorless. it tasted like frozen water with vanilla ice cream flavoring. overall so disappointing it felt intentional. in fact I don't know if I've ever been disappointed by ice cream so thank you for the new experience. the woman working the window was very pleasant. read more

The staff was friendly, but I got a bird dog that was in the picture and it was about a quarter of the size of the actual picture. I feel like I got ripped off for five bucks. I don't recommend the bird dog. They are tiny like child size but again the staff was nice and the bathrooms were clean if you're charging your Tesla why not maybe get the Twinkie shake next time? read more

Fast food restaurant next to Tesla Supercargers. Should be a good spot for a potty break and/a snack while the car refuels. On the positive side, the place is clean and the bathrooms are very clean. Feeling like a snack and not a meal, I ordered a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. The young woman working the counter was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this is the first time I've ever had an ice cream cone that wasn't cold enough to have the "magic shell "solidify. it wasn't bad tasting. It was just weird eating ice cream that wasn't cold. Would I try something at this restaurant if I'm at the supercharger again? yes. Just not the ice cream cone. read more

We only stopped by here because of the Tesla Superchargers; otherwise, we wouldn't have chosen to eat here. It was around 9 pm, and we hadn't eaten since lunch, so we decided to order a quick snack. The employees were super nice, and the restrooms were clean. We placed an order for 20 mini corndogs with fries and two lemonade drinks. The wait wasn't long, and we quickly headed back to our car. When we opened our food, we were initially delighted to see they gave us more than 20 pieces and were excited to dig in. Unfortunately, the mini corndogs were the worst. They were hard, dry, and seemed to have been sitting out for a long time. Shortly after eating, I started to feel that unsettling queasiness that comes from eating food that's been left out too long. This probably explains why they gave us so many--they were just trying to get rid of them. read more

I remember this place being way more yummy as a kid. Food was awful. Soggy bun on my kraut dog. Chili on the chili cheese fries was too salty. Just, not good. Now I know my adult pallet has changed since my childhood. I won't be back. 2 stars because the service was decent. But the food was definitely a 1 star. I left with lots of regret. But it's fast food, so I didn't expect much anyway. read more

Hot dogs in chili dogs were acting rock solid in portion of each hot dog literally worst do not go here ever

I have been here a few times since they opened so this review is overdue. Each time we ate here the line is short and employees are friendly. The chili cheese dogs with onions are always tasty. My son likes the corn dogs and fries, this last visit fries were hot, crispy and so delicious. I had only one but wanted more. I had unsweetened ice tea and it was good without adding any sugar. This location is in Mojave's so I recommend watching your surrounding. Sometimes the area has some shady characters. read more

Worst food ever! Since when did they start skimping on chili and change the cheese? I will never go back. I waited in the drive thru behind one car for 20 minutes and I got shit food. What happened to their cheese? This was the only reason why I got a chili cheese dog was because they had good cheese. This is dirt! They switched to this cheese because it's plastic and it's cheap and they can use less. Everything's about making more money and less quality. And she asked me if I wanted ketchup or mustard and I said yeah mustard and she didn't even put it in my bag. Worst customer service ever. read more

We order though DoorDash and delivery is usually fast, so no complaints there. Order today I added saerkraut to my hit dog and didn't get it. Power tip: stopped here to charge. Parked on the wrong side and was confused by the outlet position initially. Stopped in to get my girl a freeze. Somehow, the prices were not accurate, and I picked up an extra $.99 charge for Oreos for no good reason. The manager rectified it by giving me a dollar back, and the nice girl in the front gave me extra Oreos also. Another satisfied customer. read more

They don't repeat your order at the end so you can't confirm if they got it correct. I was very specific and said no cheese. The combo doesn't come with cheese, it's an upcharge and I don't like the way your cheese tastes. I get to rosamond, 15 miles away to find out that it's got cheese on it. When I was there, there was a girl at the front register wearing an AirPod in her ear. I tried to get her attention since the ghetto chick at the drive thru window tossed my bag out without asking if I wanted mustard or ketchup. Clearly this place doesn't care, only there to make their $16 an hour. Makes sense why you're working in Mojave. Get used to it losers read more

First off, they used to have deals to save us loads of money. That is now gone, and we have gone there much less ever since. Today, we went back. We did not go home as happy as we used to. Their service, and price were outrageous. The only reason this place doesn't have two stars from me is because they had good food. The price was absolutely ridiculous for what we got though. The service could use some serious improvements. We asked for extra ice in our cups due to the enormous heat. They wanted more money for us to get a large cup of ice on top of the already expensive meal. So they gave us 3 small cups of ice. At that point, they could've just given us a large cup. Their food was really good. However that is sadly the only reason they have three stars and not two. Please consider the things I have said. read more

Guy in kitchen eating. Ordered a all beef pretzel bun mustard dog, chili dog & chili cheese fries. Less than 2 minutes later, the order was ready & being handed out by said person eating in the kitchen. Freshness going to be a factor. Mustard dog was not all beef, regular bun and cold. Wrapper wringing wet. Same with chili dog. Fries solid cold. $13. Requested new items. Cashier couldn't remember order from 2 minutes ago. Needed to see receipt. Person handing out food unapologetic & was same guy eating in plain view inside the kitchen. Wish I had the guys name. White dude, short black hair, early 20's. Low morale. Said my name monotone and walked away. Rethinking my choice to stop here in future. Didnt check the mustard dog. 50 miles down the road, opened the container. All beef yes, but no pretzel bun. Guess it takes 3 try's to get a hot dog right, with that guy. Going to corporate. read more

Picked up some fries today with some chili dogs and the fries were not just cold, but were so shriveled up and chewy it was like chewing on a leather boot lace. They must of been hours old just sitting there waiting to serve to customers driving through town who probably won't leave a review. In all my 60 years on this planet I've never had that old of fries served or sold to me. They were without question unetable. I was too far from the Mojave CA Der Winer to go back to complain or try to replace the. On an up-note, the ice cream cone was pretty good. read more

This place just opened a few days ago and since I've always liked Wienerschnitzel I wanted to try it. They have the usual fare one would expect. Since they are new to town they were somewhat busy but it didn't take long to order and get my food. I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs and fries. The fries were very hot so no soggy old fries, woo hoo. The chili dogs were warm but a bit salty, no worries though. The chili was good and plentiful. The cheese was a bit sparce but ok. If I was going to have any complaint it would be the background music. They have a radio piped in and it's either mistuned or just can't pull in the station. It was more static then music. Overall I had a good lunch and I hope they can keep up the good service and stay a viable option here in Mojave. read more

Thank you to the lovely young lady (working on 9.7.20 around 9pm) for going above and beyond and surprising me at my car window while I was waiting for my soft-serve cone. I rarely if ever go through a fast-food drive thru If I ever do, it's for a quick drink or a cone. Inevitably, I get stuck in a line of cars ordering large quantities of food. But this is just the way it is. Tonight was no exception and by the time I placed my order I had already been waiting a good 15 minutes. (Yes, I did contemplate leaving the line before ordering, but this would have been my treat on my 5 commute home). After placing my order, I expected to wait until the 3 full mini vans ahead of me, drive to the pickup window. Much to my surprise, I turned my head and there was a lovely smiling young lady at my car window to deliver my cone and take my $ so I could get back on the road. THANKS!! Your kindness was very much appreciated. read more

Stopped here to charge... & used the restroom.... This place is disgusting! Employees never wear gloves and touch the food with bare hands. Hotest jalapeño poppers!!! Chili cheese dogs!!!!

Worst customer service from the manager Henry for the last time!!! If you dont enjoy doing your job ,you are paid to do why show up to work? I live in the san Fernando valley and make the commute to cal city a few times a month to see family and always stop by there either coming or going, and everytime I've had to deal with Henry I cant get over how unprofessional and unpleasant he is to deal with. After that long of a commute the last thing you want is poor customer service, I honestly dont know how he is even the lead example of this establishment. I honestly hope something is done about this, shameful a small town would allow such poor service.. looking at all the business going under I cant help but think you would allow yours to lose regular customers.... read more
