Walked in to grab large pepperoni pizza, and four pizza puffs. I was told that it would take 12 minutes so I said OK no problem. I decided to wait in the car because the storefront waiting area they had no air-conditioning as hot as heck so I was waiting. I saw a lady come in and then walk out with two boxes of the pizza puffs so I figured well. Let me see if my order is ready. I go in. I was told oh we haven't made it yet. It'll be another 12 minutes or so. It was totally unacceptable. I waited over a half an hour for pizza and pizza bites. I think again about going to Caesars. It just was very frustrating. I'll say because I was waiting for the 12 minutes to take pizza home to the kids and that was over 30 minutes so you can imagine hungry kids angry faces mom let you down. read more

The only thing this location has going for it is it's cheese bread! The customer service is a joke! If they can some how manage to get your order right it looks like sh**!! It looks like someone dropped it on the floor! My order took almost 15 minutes to place once the girl FINALLY got it right. 30 minutes later we come to pick up crap looking pizza and 25% of our order missing. Now I'm waiting with not even an offer to satisfy the wrong doing on their part. Thanks a lot Little Caesars I'll be calling Pizza Hut next week! Cheesy bread and a large pepperoni pizza. Let's start with the cheesy bread, it tastes like garlic mixed with lemon pepper. Too salty and overpowering flavor. We took a drink with every bite and it probably dehydrated me while chewing. It covered my entire daily sodium intake. Pizza time! Tasted like the card board box It came in, with little sauce, and cheese with low quality tasting pepperoni. It's extremely bland and and tasteless in all honesty. Best thing about this whole experience was the crushed red pepper and 2 sodas we ordered 10/10 do not recommend. Try more seasoning on the pizza and less on the cheesy bread. read more

I haven't been to Little Caesars in around 6 months. At that time my daughter was really wanting the breadsticks. I called to see if they had them ready, the guy that answered the phone was very nice. He said they have fresh ones ready to come on in. When we arrived he was very nice and my daughter enjoyed her snack. Tonight was a whole different experience. My son called from a friends and asked if I would get them pizza. I was not going to spend a fortune on pizza so I figured this was the way to go. When I called a girl answered and she was far from friendly, sounded irritated at the start of the conversation. She informed me the hot and ready cheese pizza was not ready and I would have to order it. So I ordered two cheese pizzas. At the end of our conversation she seemed a little better so I figured maybe I called when she was helping a customer and that is why the rudeness at the beginning. When I arrived she was in the back and yelled out "I will be right with you" so that was good. When she came up to the front I told her I need to just get one cheese and a pepperoni, I figured this shouldn't be an issue because they advertise hot and ready and they are the same price. Just switch it out. She rolled her eyes and looked extremely irritated. I also ordered bread sticks and marinara sauce. I paid what I owed and she went to walk away, I asked her if they still have the cups of marinara. Her reply was, "in the cooler" again in a not so happy tone. Every job I had was in customer service, so nothing makes me more angry then getting service like that. Doesn't hurt to smile and say thank you. Aubrey is not very happy tonight, customer service was subpar. Pizza was good enough for the kids, no complaints there. Three stars for customer service. read more

Today I had the best experience with customer service at this establishment, an older gentlemen who I regret not getting his name was so polite and ready to help us with a big smile on his face. I haven't seen him before maybe he's new or they just put him up front but please hire more people like this gentlemen. This location reminds me of the experience I had years ago while riding a greyhound bus across the Country. When the bus stopped at a McDonalds or any other fast food place whatever specials you would find at any other locations were NOT being sold at this location for those riding the bus. Popped in to buy 3 hot and ready pizzas to take home on 23 Jun 13, Only had two ready and service person said she would have fresh hot ones ready in 10 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes and they cooked 2 pepperoni and one jalapeno in error plus multiple deep dish pizzas. Asked me If I wanted to wait another 10 minutes so they could cook the original bacon pizza I ordered, I did not want to wait another 30 minutes, so they offered me a deep dish in substitute. When I got home they still had given me the jalapeno pizza instead of my pepperoni pizza they baked in error. Not for sure when I will return to Little Caesars Pizza, my grandkids don't eat jalapeno pizza. I am extremely disappointed is such poor service!
