Mom and I stopped in after seeing Domino's "Any Pizza $9.99" TV ads. When my mom asked about the deal, the staff seemed very confused and were unable to tell us about any current specials. They suggested we check the website or app because they were unaware of any promotions. We still ordered, but it took over 90 minutes for the pizzas to be ready. And instead of the $9.99 price (about $10.81 with tax), we were charged $85 for six pizzas--more than $14 each. Round table that is expensive and lately has not been good or Domino's that is not consistent. We ordered an extra large cheese, extra large barbecue chicken, and X-Large extravaganza. The crust was so flimsy and undercooked that you had to eat it with a fork. The grease was absolutely disgusting as you could see at the bottom of the boxes. I ordered pizza online that was advertised as$6.99 but was actually 7.99. According to the receipt the regular price of their medium pizza is $17.99. The pizza looked about the size of a small pizza the toppings were good. I just don't care for their sausage. The chicken wings barely had any sauce on them. They were regular price at $12.99. I am feeling disappointed as I write this review. I always strive for positive reviews and don't generally like to leave less than 3 stars Unfortunately, my last order and pick-up left my daughter terrified to return to this location. It's not cool. We spent the $5 + dollars to buy the cheesy marinera bowl, which is generally at least half full. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this bowl had barely 1 scoop of sauce and a layer of cheese that barely covered the bottom. I have ordered this multiple times from multiple locations and have always been pleased. Upon returning this item and very kindly asking for it to be the standard full, my daughter was met with attitude and anger. I understand that perhaps other things potentially were going on. Maybe it was busy? I'm unsure. All I know is to treat my child in a manner that makes her feel that was is 100% unacceptable. The old container was taken from her and thrown aggressively at the counter! She knowingly showed her frustration, shaking her head and discussing openly her resentment of this issue with others clearly visible. Ultimately, in her anger, she returned us the same quantity and basically told us that's the way it is. My daughter thankfully pushed back and got our money returned. I am a regular at Domino's and this yelp is a RAVE for an employee there. Sometimes it can be hit and miss when ordering from Dominos however, when Helen, is working, you can be assured your pizza will be right on, correct and cooked properly. It's so enjoyable to get a good pizza when Helen, is working. I've had a couple pizzas that were soggy and I called to ask who made my good pizzas and it was always Helen. I wish the other employees would follow her pizza making perfection. She is a top-notch employee and definitely an asset to this franchise. She is appreciated. read more

I ordered on the APP when I arrived for pickup only one employee was making food and taking orders. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET!! We normally order two pizzas and two orders of boneless wings, by the time you're done, it's about $70. Yikes... for what? It's okay sometimes, but most of the time it comes not cut through so you have to recut it and it can be a bit sloppy. There is also an issue with bubbles in the dough sometimes which pushes the ingredients into the center so you end up with large portions missing ingredients. I used to work at Dominos and I know this can be solved by having someone who knows how to kneed and slap dough. This last time (and believe me, it's that last time) the pizza came all smooshed and folded over like the driver dropped it and didn't say anything about it. WTF? This place succckkks. There seems to be a severe lack of care from both its employees and ownership. Dominos suffers from a lack of employee training, and is way too expensive for what you get. read more

We watched as the young lady, miss Anna, prepare the Pizzas and since I ordered and paid for the Pizzas using the Dominos app, we tracked the order from start to finish. I come here about once a month or so, order online and do curbside pickup. They are super fast, I never have to wait, and my order is always hot and 90% of the time it's all correct. If I use the available coupons on the website the price is very reasonable, and whichever employee comes to my car is always pleasant. Whenever you order a pizza for pick up you could always count on them being done and it being a great price a good tasting pizza and enjoyed by all. It seems they got a great team working together behind the counter to make everyone be able to get in and pick up their pizza and be on their way. In many areas there were remnants of cheese but you could see the sauce peeking through. The other two toppings were spare as well. Last year around this time my whole family was poisoned by this business. When I called they tried to blame another pizza shop in town. They said we don't have record of us getting a pizza and it had to be the other shop. I know it was them for sure because I picked it up from them directly and that's why they didn't have record. Tasting dried cranberries like a gambler, I'd pick up pizza slices with white meat and have a bubble in the form of Dasani or Zero Coke. Pecans and apples were classics to my salad's garden mix. Chocolate dripped from mom's order of two as I stuffed bread where cheese should be: there was my bread bite and home dining of praise. Domino's bread was like a stick because there was joy with parmesan and the last pepperoni. Vegetables were so quiet on my plate; Domino's icing wasn't too sweet either. Domino's provided me a taste of Wisconsin, Memphis, and Italy. "Bread Sides" became my resume of vacations at various hotels in Kern County and I saved breadsticks in personal fridge until I zapped them in powerful microwave to softness with spiced marinara. My heart would get so shaky due to beautiful meals I'd get tender for with Domino's mobile treats, which were actually at right temperatures in concept and presence. Soda could be part of most diets since sugar in my drink was optional by proper proportion and right action. Meat lovers in my green house that Domino's delivered to also enjoyed Pacific Veggie Pizza as box of cheese pie with legumes, wet flavors, and simple hints of garlic. Much of the pizza's cheeses, toppings, sauces, and crusts reminded my brother of Italy's pizza offerings, yet Domino's flew off excellence with Philly cheese and American jalapenos. Indeed, Domino's liked to keep Hawaii by serving pineapple and smoked bacon, the two ingredients which combined on Hawaiian-style pizza with ham, peppers, and mozzarella to create spicy aftertaste with tones of fruit and smoke. Domino's delivered to my hotel rooms as well as my green house with ludicrous effects and casual speed, thus food that was supposed to be hot turned out well. Domino's dishes were good quality compared to Old Towne Pizza's random food in Tehachapi; in fact, Old Towne Pizza was a place to dine in rather than have deliver unless I'd like used oil and weak forks. Domino's made good presence at my middle school in the past; I saw that Domino's magic graduated well in colors of red, white, and blue. read more
