Well, the only thing I had to go off was the delivery time. I was staying 3 miles away with an hour and a half delivery time. I thought the other review/s may have been a fluke but this was on a Monday so delivery should never be that long... Very disappointed as dominoes is our go to... I'd have pizza with buffalo chicken while taking a liter of drink in the form of cola or clean water. Salads and drinks went together from my selections on Domino's menu. Tasting dried cranberries like a gambler, I'd pick up pizza slices with white meat and have a bubble in the form of Dasani or Zero Coke. Pecans and apples were classics to my salad's garden mix. Chocolate dripped from mom's order of two as I stuffed bread where cheese should be: there was my bread bite and home dining of praise. Domino's bread was like a stick because there was joy with parmesan and the last pepperoni. Vegetables were so quiet on my plate; Domino's icing wasn't too sweet either. Domino's provided me a taste of Wisconsin, Memphis, and Italy. "Bread Sides" became my resume of vacations at various hotels in Kern County and I saved breadsticks in personal fridge until I zapped them in powerful microwave to softness with spiced marinara. My heart would get so shaky due to beautiful meals I'd get tender for with Domino's mobile treats, which were actually at right temperatures in concept and presence. Soda could be part of most diets since sugar in my drink was optional by proper proportion and right action. Meat lovers in my green house that Domino's delivered to also enjoyed Pacific Veggie Pizza as box of cheese pie with legumes, wet flavors, and simple hints of garlic. Much of the pizza's cheeses, toppings, sauces, and crusts reminded my brother of Italy's pizza offerings, yet Domino's flew off excellence with Philly cheese and American jalapenos. Indeed, Domino's liked to keep Hawaii by serving pineapple and smoked bacon, the two ingredients which combined on Hawaiian-style pizza with ham, peppers, and mozzarella to create spicy aftertaste with tones of fruit and smoke. Domino's delivered to my hotel rooms as well as my green house with ludicrous effects and casual speed, thus food that was supposed to be hot turned out well. Domino's dishes were good quality compared to Old Towne Pizza's random food in Tehachapi; in fact, Old Towne Pizza was a place to dine in rather than have deliver unless I'd like used oil and weak forks. Domino's made good presence at my middle school in the past; I saw that Domino's magic graduated well in colors of red, white, and blue. read more

Wow called to order and they said it would take one hour and 15 minutes to make buffalo wings. I think either dominos is extremely busy or they are slow......... If I was the owner I would be looking into this and trying to stream line the process of service or calling the corporate office for assistant to improve customer service........this is unacceptable. Not bad for what it is. Must say I'm a fan of the Parmesan bites! Delivery can be slow when they are slammed (no shock there). Huge improvement from college days. This is the Tehachapi location. The Brooklyn Pizza wasn't bad. The chicken wings were pathetically small and just balls of fat. Almost no meat anywhere on these pathetic things. The worst wings ever in all of the history of chicken wings. Seriously not kidding. Paid $37.53 for one XL one topping pizza, two almost nothing to them wings, and one 2 liter. Not the greatest value. They forgot my soda. Called them back. They acted like it was no big deal. Except I paid for it and wanted it with my meal (hello!). I finally got it half way through dinner. Then, they charged my credit card three times (resulting in taking an extra $75.00 out of my bank account)...which I discovered today while looking at my bank statement four days later. I had to call them to figure out what they had done. Now must follow up with my bank. I realize these things may be accidents, but someone might really need that $75.00 and it is really BS they can't get this resolved faster and catch their glitches. read more

I haven't had Dominoes Pizza for a very long time...Years! It was an awful experience. Pizza wasn't cooked fully. Attitude driver with my mom telling the driver off too...the full throttle bad. One of my friends told me that they've gotten a lot better. So I gave it a try a again here in Tehachapi. Gluten free pizza is actually pretty good. Service was good. A lot more better deals now. I had a $51+ online order and began to use their "tracker" to follow the progress. Everything was progressing quite normally and eventually it said my order was "on it's way." I live approximately 5 minutes from the store. After 10 minutes had past the tracker said "your meal has been delivered ". NOT! I waited 5 minutes more and then called the store. The "manager" told me she would call the driver and put me on hold. After 8 minutes on hold I re telephoned the manager. She told me she tried twice to call the driver but he wouldn't answer. She left me on hold without giving me that update. I told her to cancel my order, I will not eat a $50. Order that has been driving around Tehachapi for 35 minutes. She said it would take 2 days to refund my order, we'll see. The driver finally showed up at 3:15 pm a full 45 minutes from the time the pizza came out of the oven. I ordered online that was great but then the store called me saying I lived to far away. I was trying to tell him I was less then a mile away and that the GPS took them to the wrong place. The manager was rude and cut me off while I was talking. The manager is rude and not the person that should be managing a store. The last couple times the wait for pizza has been horrible so it is easier just to pick up. I would like to thank the manager for saving me money and making me order better pizza at hungry Howies. I arrived last night in tehachapi after a long drive from Southern California. We were all very tired and decided to have pizza. When I called the girl on the phone was very polite and patient as she waited to see what we all wanted. She helped with telling us specials that would suit our needs. She told us that it would be about 25 minutes. When she got here it was less than 25 minutes! And she said she had made it herself and brought it to us because she knew we had a long drive. Very sweet girl! She also brought paper plates and forks and napkins because she thought maybe we didn't feel like doing dishes.. very thoughtful! We use to eat pizza from here at least 2-3 times per week and were very loyal customers. However, the for the last 6 months or so the pizza has been declining rapidly. You run the gamete of getting no sauce or overly sauced, terrible tasting crust or toppings that taste old. But last night was the clincher for me and the family, our stuffed cheesy jalapeno and stuffed feta and cheese bread were raw in the middle; the pizza was barely edible. I called and asked if there was a manager available to talk to me and the employee who answered the phone asked, did I want to talk to a manager, duh! that's why I called. The manager asked me why I was calling and I told him this is Jillian and my husband just now picked up a pizza and 2 cheesy breads, he said I know who Jillian is he is a very good customer, last time I checked I was a girl, lol! I told him your speaking to Jillian and it was my husband "T" who picked up our order, he then replied I just put his face to the order since he is the one that picks up the pizza. This place is great. Order online and you can use online coupons and have a pizza tracker so you know when your order leaves the store. We've ordered here over 2 dozen times and only once had an issue with our food not as hot as usual. I wrote Boo Dominos on the pizza tracker comment and the owner called me the next day apologizing and gave us credit for free pizza. I love this store, they are fast, efficient and the pizza is always great. read more
