This may be fast food but the food quality is next level. We ordered a chicken bowl and a bulgagi bowl. Each were ordered with veggies and brown rice. They were delicious and fresh. I have never eaten at a flame broiler before, but I finally decide to stop by and grab some food here. I got the half and half bowl angus beef and nae chicken. It was really good, I especially liked the sauce, like extra sauce! It was very healthy tasting and felt good to eat it! I stopped here on the way back home from my road trip. It was quick and a great tasty, healthy option. I ordered a Plate - half & half (spicy Korean chicken & beef bulgogi) with brown rice. I prefer beef bulgogi, I think it tastes better than the spicy Korean chicken. The spicy Korean tastes a bit like buffalo and it's really spicy. If your spicy level is low, just order the normal chicken and add sauce on the side so you can control the spicy level yourself. read more

Walked over to this eatery from my hotel a couple blocks away while in town. Counter service, the staff working were both friendly and professional and made my meal promptly. The went for the Korean Chicken plate and it was a hearty, filling, healthy and flavorful meal. Added a side of avocado and that fit near perfect. The plate was loaded with brown rice, nicely flame broiled chicken well seasoned with a side of salad and veggies. It hit the spot and was a solid choice for me. The service is good, food above average and the location worked great for a short walk before and after my dinner. The interior is basic, like an old fast food restaurant that been repurposed? I've always liked flame broiler so I'm really excited that this location opened up. I used to always just go to the McDonald's up the street when passing through Mojave, but flame broiler is so much healthier. Given that this location is new, everything is shiny and clean and gleaming. The service is very friendly and quick, and they also have a drive through. I got the half and half bowl(half chicken half beef) over brown rice. Sometimes at other locations the beef is a little over cooked, but at this location the beef was cooked perfectly. Don't forget to try their sauces! I personally like the magic sauce which is sweet and sort of like teriyaki sauce, along with a few dabs of the hot sauce for a little heat. For those who have never been to a flame broiler, you pick a protein (they have a tofu option if you don't want meat) then pick a base which can be white or brown rice, steamed veggies, salad, or a combo of those. There's also add ons like avocados or kimchi which cost a litttle extra. If you're passing through, skip the fast food and do flame broiler. They have their own parking lot so parking is easy. read more

Solid 4 stars for a fast food place. Never been to one of these before. Looks like a Korean inspired version of Panda Express. From what I can see nice staff. Not to busy, well not busy at all. Never seems that busy whenever i pass by at least. Had the chicken and steak bowl. Gotta get the magic sauce for the rice. Price was kinda steep. Almost $18 for a bowl and a drink. Would have liked to have added the broccoli but it comes with a bunch of other vegetables mixed in, that I dont care for. I would return for another visit but because of the price it would have to be on one of those IDNGAF kinda days. You know one of those days where you feel like you've got wronged somehow so to get some justice you just splurge and buy whatever you want for lunch. Yeah, one of those kinda days. read more

Service and food were great and typical Flame Broiler, however the prices surprised me a little. They were more than the locations in San Diego where the cost of living and rent/overhead is just a tiny a bit (much sarcasm) more pricey than Mojave. Maybe it's the "you're in Mojave and you want to eat healthy- now pay up tax?" Who knows? I'd stop here, again, I suppose, due to the food being fresh and tasty, but I may hesitate a little due to prices being higher than Flame Broilers elsewhere. read more

First of all the restaurant is absolutely spotless and the same goes for the restrooms which is very nice to walk in too. We enjoyed the combination bowls and they are reasonably priced they are very good but not great. It is a nice change from the other restaurants in Mojave. My complaint is that the meat just seems a little dry but we both enjoyed it so I would not hesitate to go back again. read more

I really appreciate the focus on healthy food although the restaurant is in the fast food category. It's a delicious combination of protein choices(including tofu for vegans), rice and vegetables. Instead of cookies the plate comes with an orange! The service is great, the employees friendly and patient. The restaurant is clean and well kept. So I'm a newcomer to this establishment. Haven't heard of it in Michigan but I wish I did! Excellent service, excellent food for a reasonable price. I love the simplicity of it. Fruit. Salad. Rice. Meat. And they are incredibly efficient. You'll get your food faster than an F16 takes off from local Mojave air & space port. Or even faster than the Ioniq 5 N at local Hyundai proving ground. Last thing I'll say is the oranges are so ripe and perfectly temped and pair exquisitely with the savory Korean bbq! Worth your time and money. Absolute garbage food! Second time at this location and today was lunch. Teriyaki chicken was dry, diced up bits, the veggies were raw and broccoli was yellow instead of green and fresh. The so-called salad is disgusting and mostly cabbage with some bad dressing poured into the corner of the salad not tossed. The half an orange was even dry and mealy. They actually do white rice ok, or rather the automatic rice cooker does, which is kept right up front. This combo with drink was nearly $18. I suggest looking through the food before taking it away from the service counter. read more

We are a big fan of The Flame Broiler but we are so disappointed with the customer service of this location. We were coming back from a long trip and we arrived to the place at 8:45pm when the place said on the door they close on Monday at 9:30pm. The place was empty and Jacky (the cashier) told us they can sell us food but only to go. Er had to eat in the car. They were cleaning the place and it seems they were ready to go. Another employee was mopping by the fountain soda area and my sister approached to the area to get her drink and she looks not so happy and dropped the mop with an attitude because she was mopping. The food was good and I hope they can improve in their customer service since this a new place. read more
