Carl's Jr - Fast Food Near Me - Mojave, California

I'm really not a fan of Carl's Jr, but I had to meet someone there to pickup some items and this was directly in between from where both of us live. The food was messy and so was the staff. There were people in the dining room just hanging out and looking a little sketch. read more

Went in for breakfast but the only plant-based option was a bean burrito. It took ten minutes to arrive even though there literally was no one else in the restaurant and no one in the drive through. It was a substantially-sized burrito for the price, so no complaints there. The restaurant was clean and the service really friendly. The burrito was bland, but for some reason they wanted to charge me an extra $1.50 just to add salsa. Not sure why salsa is so expensive when it's a free condiment in literally any other restaurant in America, and not sure why putting a spoon of beans on a tortilla takes ten minutes. Still, not a bad sandwich and I'd probably go back. read more

It's been a long time since I had me some Carls Jr. I ordered a Super Star with cheese, which is now a double famous star instead . Still delicious as always. Great service and our burgers were cooked fresh. Yummy, Thanks team Carls Jr. read more

the burgers are the usual offerings that are reasonable price. BUT the associated restaurant ( Green Burrito) sells a $12 grilled burrito, that is not bad if it was a good burrito. The burrito was basically a rice and bean gumbo bomb with some chicken. I had expected for $12 to get something comparable to a taco stand. This was not the case, I had asked for lettuce and tomatoes and was told that it came with pico de gallo. Well I should have just picked a independent taco stand where they know how to make a burrito. The Carls Jr burrito was worth about $3.50. I will continue to buy burgers from them but I am better off stoping at the small mom and pop stands along the way. The restaurant is rather worn out, dirty and has a poor vibe to it. Go to the Mac to get a burger. read more

Last weekend (3/13.26) I utilized my debit card at the drive thru at this Sierra Hwy, Mojave location. A bank card skim was attempted during this transaction and over $2500 in on-line purchases were attempted in on line purchases. BEWARE. DO NOT lose sight of your credit/debit card at this location. FBI fraud is investigating. read more

We passed through Mojave to pitstop. The gas station restrooms were out of order down the street so we decided to stop here. To their credit they still have some beyond burgers so I was able to get one and some waffle cut fries. My order was correct (only lettuce and ketchup) and the fries were hot and crispy. The SO got some chicken wraps and we were on our way. The employees were friendly an dsuper chill about us filling up our water bottles with ice for our long drive back to the Bay Area. The restrooms were clean. No complaints here. read more

Passing through Mojave on a road trip I decided to rekindle my long-ago love of the Western Bacon Double Cheeseburger at Carl's Jr. We used the drive-through, which felt like not-great service even though we didn't really interact with staff in the usual way for a restaurant. The food was clearly just slapped together, and not all that great. Basically it reminded me that I enjoyed Carl's Jr when I was a teenager (which was a LONG) time ago, and that it is time to "put away childish things". Just not anything to seek out, especially when there are so many better places to get a burger. read more

Shout out to Anna and Ruth, for remaking my food, after finding out I was allergic to the sauces. Very nice and cool about it, I appreciate the team they have here. Thanks for the awesome team effort and food! read more

Do not come here!!! staff is rude. I ordered a bunch of burgers and chicken stars and she gave me only two sauces. when I asked for more he refused and said we only give sauces for chicken stars not burgers she was rude and said we usually charge for them. terrible customer service I will not come here again the person that attended me was Teresa read more

Asked if they still had beyond burgers here because I didn't see it on the menu. They said yes but after I got my food and started driving I realized it was like a generic veggie patty very different from a beyond burger. I would've just ordered a regular burger if thats what I knew I was gonna get. Definitely not worth the price either those things are cheap af read more

Just stopped in with my family for a quick bite on a road trip and had a great experience. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The food good! Hot and quick and the entire place and bathrooms were clean! read more

Got a Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger... TASTED SO AMAZING. Just how I remember from back in the day. Everything fresh. Very Delicious Burger. I don't Go Out To Eat much anymore honestly. Since it was a very small order, they were lightning speed quick. Super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & Smiling The Staff was Excellent. Went through the drive-thru, outside was nice & clean. read more

This place is way too expensive. $17 for a fast food meal is stupid one packet of condiment and you can't even get a small any more. You can go to chills and get 2 meals for $20 and sit in a nice atmosphere not crackheads walking in and out. With that being said the staff is very nice. read more

First, it's a horrible place to dine in! Second the GM by the name Ahura or something like that does not care about the place. I saw her treating her employees unprofessionally by the way she talks to them. I personally saw her yell at an employee to clean up the counter area while she was on the phone talking to someone. A person with that title SHOULD NOT be in that position. She denied a small break to an employee while the restaurant was very slow in a very rude way. Also I saw a "tip jar" on the side & I literally saw "Ahura" reaching in and taking a few dollars and then leaving the restaurant. "Ahura" should seriously be held accountable for her negative actions. This restaurant needs changes to be done and it starts with her. read more

Staff is friendly and fast and the food is the same as every where else but I give it to the staff they are amazing

This is for the only person taking orders at the drive thru window and the window. I have never experienced this ever the fact that I drove all the way over here when I could've drove to Lancaster I've never been to a Jack-in-the-Box where they didn't serve breakfast 24 hours inside because she was worried about her drive-through timer makes me wonder why she working there if she's just there to rush people to order my experience was ruined because of this woman company continues to employ this woman that clearly doesn't care about customer service. I will be telling corporate about this incident. Literally lost a customer because of her damn rudeness, and her Rudeness to the fact that she is on some drive-through time schedule like why does that matter read more

Gotta luv the tip plastic jar!!!! What's great is our Coke zeros turned out to be sprites and our 2 western burger combos we're big Carl's with no fries. We just ended up throwing the whole meal away in the trash because who knows what else is wrong with this order. All I can do is laugh, I hope these f**kers don't move up the food chain in the work world . read more

I never expected to receive some of the best customer service at Carl's Jr. in Mojave, CA ... but the young man working the drive through just now was extra polite, and he has a voice for radio! It's 5:12pm on 6/14. He had a mustache. I didn't catch his name. :) read more

Wow this place sucks. Like I mean really bad. Worst Carl's Jr I've ever been too. Dirty, super dirty. Especially the bathroom (where one stall was broken), so a guy came in and was like "this sh*t is still broken" and pissed in the sink. Of course he didn't wash his hands, why do that? :P Food just tasted bad, like none of us liked our food, and vowed never to go back. This is mostly a reminder for me. read more

This carls jr. is a hang out for the locals and they definitely try to accommodate the locals. That is so cool read more

I'd steer clear of this location as much as possible. Its day 5 and I'm still battling food poisoning. Just left the ER. Never again!

Exceptional staffing. food is great couldn't be more happy with my Western bacon cheeseburger

Carl's Jr one of my favorite restaurants to make things clear upfront. Mojave Carl's Jr has the potential of becoming one of there most productive locations in this case the problem is Managment. Employees are not the problem nor is the location could you work under a manager that just a bully? Every employee is under demanding stress always under staffed never receiving proper training or wages, Management should understand her actions and neglect to her responsibilities compromises quality and public health not to mention employee safety there has been many cases of employees hurt on the job and management did nothing to help this is why we the consumer suffer the consequences, Management at the very least should be fired if investigated for all her wrong doings, if past and present employee testimonials were taken in consideration Managment would be in prison for endangering public and employees health and welfare. We demand a better Carl's Jr owners should really look into there problem people should receive what they pay for. I will keep the public posted mean while save your time and money.. read more

The old white lady taking orders what extremely rude and unprofessional. I am never going back. She didn't even care that my order was wrong and basically said I had to deal with it because they were busy and didn't even give me the time of day. Don't go here. read more

I realize this is a fast food joint, and expectations should generally be lower. But I am a fan of Carl's Jr, and this place is not up to par by any stretch. My jalapeño burger was dry as cardboard, cheese was cold... just avoid this place if you are passing through. read more

I love going to this Carl's Jr. For lunch customer service has all ways been excellent and the food is great but for some reason today the young lady that was working the register was extremely rude Carl's Jr. Is my favorite place to eat and I'm thinking twice about ever going to this Carl's Jr. Ever again read more

10 bucks a burger and water is a ripoff. What kind of shit is that. Love the burgers but that is not right. Last time coming to carls.

The fried chicken sandwich was so tough I couldn't eat it what a waste of money! Avoid this Carl's the people who work here don't care about people read more

The wind was howling and strong as all heck. It's black dark with some slim moonlight in the dead, middle of the night. The sporadic street lamps with the darkness gave everything an eerie glow. I felt like I was in horror flick driving down those dark streets. I wanted to get the Hell out of here! Ahhhh! A very familiar sight, I feel safe now, Carl's Jr. Yes, and the familiar taste of the Famous Star, no cheese, no onion and a tall coke no ice. Munching happily on my burger as Carl's fades in the rearview I'm restored. read more

I've come to this Carl's Jr. Often. I have mixed feelings. Over 70% of my orders are messed up, over 50% of my food is cold and I have found mold on some of my buns on separate occasions and other things on my buns/food that I have no idea what it is. Not at all the best Carl Jr's. read more
