Bathroom could use a good power washing, not because it's immediately dirty but because of accumulated grime and stains in grout, floor, and sinks. Wow haven't been to subway in about two years and I was just reminded why the girl would only give me two sauces on the side she said one per sandwich only but there was only one in my bag and she seemed unhappy with her job I bought an extra side as well as two sandwiches my bread was so dry it was uneditable so unbelievable because I got mustard mayo vinegar and vinaigrette dressing on top of extra tomato pickles peppers but they forgot the olives nope there are a few olives all together I spent just over 30 dollars never again I think I have learned my lesson thanks subway so I put the sandwich in a baggie for a few hours the bread is old so much for fresh I thought if I put it in a baggie and refrigerated it the bread would soften it didn't just got harder so not fresh were is the standard I worked for this company and my kids applied it's not an easy job to get you need to know each sandwich and every thing is supposed to be fresh not this location I guess so disappointing read more

Let's just say this wasn't the best Subway we'd ever been to. Admittedly, the town of Mojave is mostly a crossroads for folks driving between Los Angeles and places beyond. In other words, it is a bit of a "captive audience" situation on the food front, where they know you're going to stop because there isn't much around. This Subway definitely projected that attitude of not needing to care because there weren't many other places to choose from. The staff was not at all friendly. They created a lot of confusion. The attitude of the one of the workers was garbage. When asked what kinds of chicken they had, they listed in a huff and rolled their eyes and hung back their head. All I did was ask what the chicken options were for a salad. The other worker looked fearful of the rude one. The salad looks wilted. Quality of staff and food is way below expectations. read more

Great customer service. It's a Subway so pretty consistent experience with other franchise stores. I ordered a Veggie Delight with Swiss cheese on toasted wheat bread, and upgraded with some avocado. I do a lot of track events and take classes at Willow Springs raceway and yes, there aren't a lot of options for food, however I have always had a good experience here. Stop me if you have heard this before, but it is a Subway. If you have been to one, you have been to pretty much all of them. But what was nice here was that the folks behind the counter were actually pretty friendly, not just passing time until they could punch out of work. As we were passing through town, it does make for a healthier stop than the other fast food options, and the store is nice and clean. read more

Although 3 of our family's sandwiches were fine, usual Subway quality, I believe they served my daughter old meatballs in the meatball sandwich. Several hours later she did not feel well and threw up the whole thing. She later told me at least one was hard and crunchy. The servers were really friendly and the place was clean, but I have to give a low rating because she got sick. In general for any Subway, I would ask how fresh the meatballs are. I used to go to subway all the time and get a nice chopped salad. Now the spinach is not chopped so I almost choked. Gave me hard avocado with the peel still on, and even the meat wasn't chopped. Bad store policy's. I never knew that this franchise allows the owners to pick and choose what coupons to accept. I have a large family and always look forward to utilize coupons whenever I can, which rarely happens. Walked in to this establishment needing six foot long subs and had a coupons for 3 for 17.98 knowing that I will be paying regular price for the other 3, hoping to walk out of there paying around $50. Manager said they don't accept that coupon but they'll accept the other ones in the mailers. Because of that, I only ordered three instead of the 6 and utilizing the coupon they did accept. I will never go back, it was quite embarrassing and it wasn't right, bait and switch. Whenever my family travels to Mammoth, this is the perfect spot halfway through to stop and get a quick meal. Workers here have always been friendly, and I get what I order. They even chopped my salad this last time, which won't happen at just any Subway anymore.
