And this store in Mojave is conveniently located off the freeway. This market is nice and clean and very well-stocked. The aisles are wide and orderly. Every time I needed help getting the meat I wanted that were on sale, they always accommodated. This time I got very well-trimmed flank steak, which is excellent for Chinese stir frying, for only $8.99 a pound, much cheaper than even Costco. I really like this supermarket.

We took a short break there, enjoying one of my favorites, a Banana Nut Loaf, before hitting the road again. Jenn, who seemed to be the manager, was very kind and pleasant. However, another female staff member whose name I didn't catch was kinda rude. When I asked for a fork, a knife, and one cup of water, she acted very annoyed and snapped, "Hold on." (There were several female employees working at the time, and it was the one wearing heavy eyelashes.) Starbucks isn't just about selling coffee; the employees should keep in mind that they are in the customer service industry and should kinder to their customers, I think. However, this location is quite spacious and comfortable, and being able to charge your phone is a big plus.
