The atmosphere was nice, but if you tend to be a little sensitive to noise, just note that there are train tracks very close by & you'll hear the train for sure. Being in Tehachapi for a week for work so there's only so many options here but I was eye balling four seasons since I was here because of the menu so finally got to try it and I was excited for the Hainan chicken but it ended up being my least favorite of all 5 things we tried. Finally gave this place a try to never even get my order. Sat outside waiting for 45min watching everyone else get their food. Went in to request refund, they never even started our food and the staff response was we got busy. There was no line when we showed up. They didn't even try to make it right and offer to still make our food or anything. Waste of time. Won't be back. read more

Google maps pulled up Kelcys cafe- however we had our dogs. This place offers a huge patio, with umbrellas. Not only is to pet friendly, but the food is clean and delicious! We ate our other two dishes before I could snap a photo but we had the veggie spring rolls, hainan chicken bowl, and the mahi mahi tacos. Everything tasted delicious and ingredients were fresh. Order at the counter, and then find a spot to sit. The cafe had a small dining area, and a larger outdoor patio area from which to choose from. We sat inside because it was a cold evening. Our food was good. The Beef Bulgogi bowl was good. The Spicy Chicken sandwich was good too, but next time I'll request them to make it extra spicy. If you are a fan of Chick-Fil-A, then you should really come up to Tehachapi. 4 Seasons Cafe makes a better Spicy Chicken Sandwich than they do. The Waffle fries at 4 Seasons are tastier than Chick-Fil-A's too. The Strawberry Milk Boba looked great, but only tasted okay to my boba loving wife. Next time, I want to try one of their banh mi sandwiches. Make sure to try 4 Seasons Cafe when you are in Tehachapi. We were a big group of 15, we asked to put tables together and they said yes that WE COULD PUT THEM TOGETHER, but don't drag them, carry them and put them back in the exact same spot when we get done. Normally a reliable place to eat until yesterday. Went in for lunch yesterday. Was greeted by staff, who was helping another customer. I was told she would be right with me. After she finished with the customer ahead of me she greeted me and asked me what I wanted to order. As I was answering her, the phone rang and the lady serving me took the call. She then asked what I wanted to order. Or so I thought, she was actually taking the phone customer's order on the phone before finishing mine. We've eaten here several times and always enjoyed the food from their eclectic menu. The menu is eclectic in a good way. They offer some dishes that are not to be found anywhere else in Tehachapi. We've had the Chubby Pork Belly - which was great. We've had the Beef Bulgogi, and it was also tasty. The Bahn Mai sandwiches are winners. Wow! Unexpected treasure?? The young man who took my order over phone was so nice!! Even when I kept adding items!! I ordered way too much food. I wanted to try so many things! We ordered Chicken sandwich , shrimp noodles , halnan tofu bowl, VEGGIE EGGROL!!!, cowboy caviar, Mahi Mahi tacos! Oh my!! The egg roll were my favorite!!!! So crispy and delicious!! Absolutely perfect. The Mahi Mahi tacos were incredible! Same for Chicken sandwich!!! The bowls were ok. Not sure I'll try again. Looking forward to trying many other items!!
