Absolutely love this place. Definitely a hidden gem. Anyone who says 5 Guys Burgers, Kidd Valley or Fat Burgers are the best burgers in town absolutely does not know good burgers. The blue cheese burger, southwest of the boarder are my favorites here. Onion rings are a must, and best of all...this place has the best milkshakes period. I had the century burger, seriously the best burger for that price range. Wanted something nicer than mcdonalds/Burger King but nothing too fancy...felt like it was worth much more than I paid for. Meat was so tender and juicy, the freshness of the sprouts really eased the grease, and the blue cheese really brought together all the flavors in an unexpected but delicious way. Goddamn. read more

I work in Bellevue and thanks (or curses, depending on how you look at it) to a co-worker, I've discovered DoorDash - they deliver food to your home or office from a large number of local restaurants that typically do not deliver. I'm a big burger person, but also a picky eater - I've ordered from Wibbley's twice in three days. They have the best fish and chips I've ever had, and the tartar (very obviously homemade) is amazing. They have great fries, and the fried mushrooms are good also (as is their homemade ranch :)). Today I got a burger, and have yet to try it, but I have every faith that it'll be amazing, like everything else I've tried thus far. Great place! After reading the mixed reviews of Wibbley's on Yelp, my wife and I went there last night for dinner. I have to agree with the reviewers who said it is just OK. I ordered an onion burger with cheese, fries, and a chocolage milk shake. I thought the burger was just ok (about average fast food quality) and the chocolate shake was pretty mediocre. I had this place recommended to me by several people I know, one of which works at Wibbley's. I'm generally not a big burger fan, but these definitely hold their own in that arena for me. It isn't on the menu, but I generally ask for the BBQ burger. It is a burger that features a patty with cheese, BBQ sauce, onion fizzles, lettuce, and tomato - delicious! The milkshakes are also good, nice thick consistency, and the fries are O.K., although I much prefer the burger and a shake. The seating definitely does not encourage lingering for a long time, but sets a fun atmosphere and the to-go orders are always done quickly and wrapped up neatly to prevent your burger from coming apart in the bag if you would rather eat in the comfort of your own home. read more

Have been going here for years, originally opened up as an old fashioned English Pub type of gourmet burger place. We've always been impressed with the decor, cleanliness and quality of the food. It's now been bought out by someone else, and they've been able to pretty well maintain the original charm and quality. Many burger choices, fries, quality shakes. I heard a lot about this place and honestly it did not live up to the hype. For starters, they do not have a credit card machine, which would ordinarily be forgivable, if the food was up to par. I don't understand all the hype with the hamburgers at Wibbley's. Overall, the burger I had was bland, small and lacked flavor. The patty seemed like something one would find in one of those cheap frozen packs of burgers from Costco. The fries were equally bland, generic and tasteless. The general quality of the burger and fries did not justify the price. The shakes and the good customer service were the only redeeming qualities for my experience at Wibbley's. I was not terribly impressed and you're probably better off going to the Kidd Valley or Five Guys nearby. read more

My partner and I were both hungry so we decided to stop in for a burger. I had the Century Burger (blue cheese and bacon) and she had the mushroom burger. I have to say I have had better - this place cooks the meat really well done and my burger tasted dried out. Had to add some A1 sauce to spice it up (though I do appreciate that they had A1 available). This place is awesome! My boss and I had take out from here yesterday. I had the cheeseburger with onion rings and she had the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. The burger has great flavor (charbroiled) you can tell these are probably frozen patties from costco but it is still a great place to go with fresh toppings and dressing is good (on the burger). The food here is really good! The burgers are great and the garlic fries were done perfectly - just the right amount of seasoning. I love their onion rings too. The milkshakes are ridiculously small for the price. They also taste great, but it would be nice to have a more reasonable size for the price. It's not a big place so getting a seat during lunch rush can be challenging, but any other time is usually fine. The fifth star not being awarded is for service. I ordered a teriyaki burger but got a cheeseburger. I told the server I had ordered teriyaki but he just told me he thought I ordered a cheeseburger. I was having lunch with friends I hadn't seen in a while and didn't want to make a fuss so I ate the cheeseburger. It tasted great. The employees didn't seem to be very engaged, nor did they seem to care much whether the customers were happy or not. They weren't rude, just indifferent. read more

I've only tried a cheeseburger and fries, so I can't comment on the shakes, but based on my experience, 3.5 stars would be the most fitting rating of Wibbley's: The cashier was friendly, and the service was fast. The burger was simple and delicious. The fries were hot and crunchy. But the overall aftertaste was lackluster. I realised that I prefer peanut oil and more spices on my fries; and more ingredients than lettuce, tomato, and pickles on my burger. I ordered the Century burger after reading the reviews. It was alright. Flavor was good, the burger patty was so small it was almost non-existent and I didnt taste the supposed bleu cheese. The fries are frozen and thick and taste like oil. Onion rings were alright as well. Based off flavor, id only come back for the burgers. Based off the price, I wouldnt come back at all. $10 a person for bland frozen fries, and a burger with no meat. Sad! I was hoping for better with this place. read more
