When we approached the counter, the young lady working there told us they were closed. There was no greeting or explanation offered initially. I explained that I had been told the department closed at 8:00 PM. She responded that they closed at 7:45 PM. Since it was still before that time, I asked to speak with the manager. The night manager, Graham, came over. Unfortunately, his demeanor was unwelcoming and dismissive. He stated that they stop taking orders at 7:45 PM. By the time he spoke with us, it may have been around 7:42 PM, but we were already at the counter before that time. No attempt was made to accommodate us or to clarify the discrepancy in closing times. Instead, the interaction felt rushed and unfriendly. My frustration is not just about the pizza, but about: * Inconsistent information given to customers * Poor communication * Lack of basic customer service and courtesy from management If the pizza department stops taking orders earlier than the posted or communicated closing time, that should be clearly stated and consistently enforced. More importantly, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. They also have a separate room for events and meets - and wow! It's gorgeous too! It truly made me want to host an event here just to experience this room.
