I HATE cold water and didn't plan on using the cold plunge other than to throw a leg in there maybe ..(it was for my husband). If you think voluntarily putting your body in a tub of cold water and ice sounds a bit crazy, google "benefits of ice bath " "cold plunge" At this point we are both using the ice bath daily. I know, shocker right?!!! Why? Because the results are incredible! To name a few, it speeds up muscle recovery after a workout, decreases inflammation, improves mood and the list goes on and on. The sauna is also amazing! We ended up getting a 3 person Finnleo infrared (used by 2 of us) and so glad we did this! We would not have been comfortable in the 2 person model. Some of the sauna benefits we have been experiencing are improved circulation, better sleep, recover better from Soreness and stiffness after workouts.. and more! When it needed a new cover we ordered one from the renamed business. We were told to expect 6-8 weeks wait. It took almost double that because it sat in their warehouse unlabeled. Then the first installer couldn't figure out how to do it so another delay. I tried to finish paying the second installer but he had no invoice and the office would send one. A few days later I got an accusatory call asking why we hadn't paid the bill. After a tense exchange he finally agreed to send an itemized bill. He seemed to think i should pay whatever amount he threw out. They have lost my business permanently.

I selected a color and they prepared a half-pint sample so I can paint it on my wall to see how it looks!

The biggest fear was picking the "right" colors. There are just too many colors to choose from. Also, most people, like me, do not know how different colors work (intuitively or theoretically). So, I just didn't know where to begin! That said, I walked in here without knowing ANYTHING (other than wanting to repaint the exterior). Casey was amazing. She listened to me carefully (although I was not very much of help as I didn't know what I wanted myself). She picked out a couple of brochures and directed me to this very useful binder "Color Inspiration and Ideas," which shows you common color combinations (see my photos). They have a very spacious showroom. I just sat there and went through the binder, picking out combinations I liked and excluding ones I didn't like. While I was studying the binder, she checked on me a couple times but she gave me the "space" I needed. She also directed me to the Benjamin Moore website to try out the color combinations I liked online. This is an amazing tool. You can upload a picture of your house and try out different colors on your house (and it's free)! After trying out many different combinations of colors online, I came in here again to look at the colors I liked. I was able to pick up some paint swatches to bring home. The lady who helped me was very pleasant and was able to find the colors I wanted quickly. I'd thought I would need Photoshop to "virtually" paint my house to see how it would look, but, thanks to Casey, I was able to do it for free on the Benjamin Moore webpage ("Personal Color Viewer"). So far, this potentially scary project has been very pleasant. In fact, I have learned a lot thanks to Stockton's Paint!

I am replacing my initial review of five stars with this…read more I purchased a leather and steel love seat in Sept 2021. The price was $2100 which was a major purchase for me. The sales person was very kind and helpful during our interaction. We had some questions that he couldn't answer. He attempted to talk with the owner in another room and was given little and uninterested attention. Later as we were discussing the item and purchase, the owner happened to pass through the showroom and the sales person again attempted to ask him a question and he was given a flippant rather rude answer. It gave me the feeling of disrespect of the sales person as well as us, the customer. We purchased the item anyway, though we seriously considered walking. Now, 2+ years later, we have discovered a failure in the cushion hook and loop attachment system. The cushion is held in place by a strip of hook and loop (Velcro) along the front edge. The hook strip is sewn onto the couch. There is no loop strip. Instead hook strip grabs the fabric on the bottom side of the cushion. That fabric has kind of a fuzzy surface. When we remove the cushion, the hooks tear a little bit of the fabric away until I found that the fabric now has a hole in it. If it was a true hook and loop, the fabric would not have been subjected to this tearing. Of course this only happens when the cushions are removed for cleaning underneath. Admittedly, I haven't clean under the cushions more than six times in the last two years. That is not very many removals of the cushions that would warrant a "normal wear and tear" defense. The owner's earlier conduct was repeated when I called him about the failure. Disinterest and disregard. He answered "When we separate the cushion from the body of the chair, we place our hand right next to the Velcro and release it with a sliding motion, rather that just pulling up on the cushion. That lessans the tension on the connection point. I don't know what else to say. No one has every pointed this out." The couch didn't come with an Owner and Operation Manual. I didn't know that there was a procedure for removing the cushions. I am extremely disappointed in the owners attitude toward customer service and the quality of the company products. Although the over quality of the piece is good, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I have been a huge fan of Greg's work for many years so it made sense to reach out to him. Craftmanship of this quality takes time, so it was a wait of several months before the order was ready. As the months progressed I kept adding to the order which grew to include some living room and bedroom furniture as well. Greg is an excellent communicator and kept me updated on the progress of my order. Eventually the order included table and chairs, credenza, writing desk, and dresser. Greg personally drove the order down to Tacoma from Bellingham on one of the nastiest afternoons of the recent "atmospheric river" weather event. He helped me carry everything into the house--what service! It was a real privilege to have met and chatted in person with the craftsman who created these beautiful pieces that I am sure are destined to be family heirlooms! Thank you Greg!

If you need something on the island, Browne's will more than likely have it or be able to direct you to a shop where you can find what you need. There's ample parking and the interior of the store is spacious, well lit, and clean. There's also a wonderful garden center in the back with a great selection of plants and supplies.
