Well it was going ok till I got to check out, but I'll start at the beginning- they do not have…read moreenough carts for starters, they have 3 or 4 total and then a few flat bed trolly carts which isn't easy for those with limited mobility, but while that was annoying it wasn't a deal breaker- some of the stuff is a good deal especially if you don't have a Costco membership but it's still pretty comparable to Safeway/winco if you are good with clipping coupons- obviously this place is more for bulk and such but has a lot for the ordinary house hold- found my coffee syrups and a few other things and headed to the register- we did start at the little red triangle that says line starts here but as lines go just kept following the person in front of me- now the cashier stepped away dealing with the customers in front of me (who i was following from the red triangle sign) she comes back looks at me and says the line starts at the red triangle, trying to signal me to move to the back of the line- that wasn't gonna happen, I said yeah I know I just moved forward- got a blank stare and she continued with the customer in front of me- when I got to the reg like 1.5mins later it was very lack luster in service, I did decline a small box but would have though she could have helped loaded my few items into the cart to help move the process and as I walk with a mobility aid which takes one of hands, help out a person who has limited mobility but I'm assuming since she thought I cut the line even tho I didn't she wanted to have a tude about it which sucks cus we were talking about coming back and stocking up on a few things that peaked our interest but I'll go to winco and Costco if this is how your gonna treat your customers-

After wandering through a series of prompts i got a real person - woo hoo !! After done back and forth we convinced each other they computers told us the same thing. But, now being a nonbeliever (from other store which said had 2, but when pappa hubbard went to the cupboard - it was bare). So customer service (young) woman tried several times to connect with the right department (no one answered), she went and pulled the item. It was waiting for me at the service desk. If that is so important, wouldn't you think there would be a big sticker on the outside saying USE IMMEDIATELY? Since I wasn't able to use them right away, I stored the Cascadia mushroom kits in a dark and cool place, just like I had done with previous purchases from other growers.. Months went by, and I couldn't wait to witness the magic of fungi sprouting from the kits. Imagine my surprise when, upon finally opening the box, I discovered nothing but disintegrated clusters of worms delicately nestled inside. Oh, the joy! Now, I must mention a previous run-in I had with Cascadia. I followed their instructions to the letter with one of their kits, yet the mushroom growth was lackluster at best. When I voiced my concern, they swiftly pointed fingers at my "tenting" method, blaming me for their own shortcomings. But, oh how generous of them to send a replacement kit! Such benevolence should not go unnoticed. Let me take a moment to sing the praises of other companies in this delightful realm of mushroom cultivation. Unlike Cascadia, these companies have provided me with reliable products and impeccable customer service. With them, I have watched my mushrooms grow with awe and wonder, without the added bonus of worm-infested surprises. Lesson learned, right? My experience with Cascadia mushroom kits has left me disheartened and $100 poorer. The lack of clear instructions, combined with the worm-filled disappointment, has solidified my decision to steer clear of this company.
