He Just Blew Me Off For Five Months…read more I am a single woman looking to get my bathroom and bedroom remodeled. I called Dreamaker in early January wanting to set up an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. A man named Ron Faber called back and came to my house to evaluate the job then sent me an estimate on January 18th and I decided to hire this company to do the work. He said he would call next week but never did. When I emailed him on Feb 8th to see why there was a delay, he said one of his carpenters was out and apologized. He asked to come by and re-measure on February 12th which I agreed to then he made an appointment for me to come into the office and make decisions about what I wanted for hardware and cupboards and countertops on February 19th at 10:00 in the morning. When I got to the office, he was not there but I made the decisions with one of the women who work in the office anyway. On March 7th he emailed me that there was a fiberglass shortage and my remodel would be delayed until June. I thought that was weird but agreed to wait. On April 24th, I emailed him because I was trying to figure out my schedule for the coming months and he told me that actually, they would tentatively be able to start May 21st and he would call me next week. Next week came and went with no call and the week of May 21st came and went with no remodel. I emailed him on May 30 to tell him that I don't want to do business with him and his company because he is not a man of his word and I was obviously not a valued customer. I don't recommend Dreamaker for doing a remodel. Ron Faber just blew me off and I was stupid to waste five month of my life waiting for a company that obviously didn't value my business.

Even though the warranty had expired, the manager, Derek, went above and beyond to make things right. What impressed me most was not only how committed he was to ensuring our satisfaction, but also how his employees and contractors spoke so highly of him when he wasn't around. They described him as a great manager who looks out for both his customers and his team. To me, that kind of integrity matters just as much as the floor itself.

I recently moved out of an apartment on Northwest Ave in Bellingham. I know for a fact that the carpet was clean and didn't have any pet stains, because I purchased carpet cleaner specifically for deep pet stains and had gone over the entire carpet twice, and had even checked the carpet with a UV light, not one pet stain. But, according to great floors, (the property management had used this particular company to do an inspection after I had moved out) there were a lot of pet stains and almost $1,000 was deducted from my deposit to replace the carpet. I truly believe in karma, because great floors lied!! Absolutely no way that there were ANY pet stains in the carpet at my previous apartment!! If you feel like being ripped-off, then go ahead and use this company...

It was so bad and driving me crazy. This job was too small for others I contacted or they couldn't get to it for weeks. I called Homesource and Mark set up an appointment in just a few days. So affordable too. Mark replaced the hinges which helped immensely. That was the first of a two-part great job. After he left the door jamb started making cracking (?) sounds when opened and closed. I contacted Mark again and he and Nick showed up and fixed the issue for good. They were so responsive, professional, and timely...no waiting for 6 weeks, etc. Friendly, honest, customer-oriented service for sure. I highly recommend them. If you have a problem, issue or project, give Mark a call. You won't be disappointed.

I have been a huge fan of Greg's work for many years so it made sense to reach out to him. Craftmanship of this quality takes time, so it was a wait of several months before the order was ready. As the months progressed I kept adding to the order which grew to include some living room and bedroom furniture as well. Greg is an excellent communicator and kept me updated on the progress of my order. Eventually the order included table and chairs, credenza, writing desk, and dresser. Greg personally drove the order down to Tacoma from Bellingham on one of the nastiest afternoons of the recent "atmospheric river" weather event. He helped me carry everything into the house--what service! It was a real privilege to have met and chatted in person with the craftsman who created these beautiful pieces that I am sure are destined to be family heirlooms! Thank you Greg!

We literally stumbled across Stone Pros while parked in downtown Everett, using Yelp to find something nearby, after our initial venture didn't pan through. We met with Ryan, who was extremely nice, and showed us around with what our options were, including remnants and full pieces. We almost immediately found a remnant that was exactly what we were looking for. We finished our shopping experience with Amanda, who clearly knew her stuff. She could name any stone and any manufacturer with a quick glimpse at a photo. We picked up our countertop today, and we could not be more happy. We also went with one of their sinks. Still have to finish the backsplash, but this is our progress so far. The quality is unsurpassed by anything you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. The price was much lower than we expected to pay. They offer full service, or do it yourself, and are very upfront with the prices about both. We will definitely be going back to Stone Pros from now on. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. They even made two separate trips down to Seattle with the finished pieces to make sure we had everything on our schedule. The stuff in the store has a lot of my favorite items by Fred, Lip Shit, Accoutrements, Douglas toys and other gag items. They've managed to assemble all the gag gifts (and some really nice ones too) under one roof. Be prepared to spend a lot of money here. The inflatable cat unicorn horn was $9.99 here and $6.99 at Archie McPhee in Seattle.
