The gentleman told me it would take a couple hours for my refund to be back in my account three days later still no refund. I ended up finding the product at E&E Llumber or $100 cheaper.

It had a dent in the side as well, but nothing terrible. I get it, there should be NO dents and scratches, but after loading the 120 pound thing home and unboxing it, I had to ask myself, "how badly do I want to take this whole thing back for a small dent?" So I opted to just go in and pick up matching screws and bolts. Contacted the very unkempt young man at customer service, who told me there was nothing they could do for me and suggested I call Craftsman to have them send me the missing screws and nuts. GREAT customer service there buddy! I suggested MAYBE he help me find replacement parts because I hoped that a place like Lowe's would carry something like screws and nuts. He told me I could try looking in the aisle with screws. I commented that it might be hard to find them and he said he would call someone over. I went and began perusing the screw aisle just across the row from customer service and easily in view of the customer service counter. No one came and I had not found the replacements for over 10 minutes. Not one person had approached the customer service counter while I waited, yet the rep made only the initial call! I finally decided just to walk out, when I walked past a Craftsman tool display. There was an employee working with some of the tools, so I asked her for help. Stephanie was super kind and helped me find the screws and nuts in a few minutes and gave me suggestions for dealing with the dent. Super kind and super helpful. Stephanie is a superstar and the only reason I'm giving 4 stars! Without her, Lowe's just expects me to call up the company and wait two weeks or whatever with a half-built cabinet in my garage-booooo!

I was visiting my dad and doing some yard work for him. I had a lot of leaves to pick up so I…read moredecided I would bye a blower vacuum and wanted to support the local shop. So I went to Ace hardware in Bellingham and talked to an older gentleman that I felt should know their products. I told him that I needed a blower vacuum to suck up leaves. Now I figured he would realize that the leaves were wet since it was raining. He showed me the Toro blower vacuum and he said his brother in law has this and it works great. I took it home and started to try and suck up wet leaves and it kept getting clogged. I finally gave up. and just raked the leaves. The clerk never did tell me that this has a mulcher and works best with dry leaves. I have a blower vacuum that just sucks up anything at home. I went to return it, because it wasn't doing what I was told it would and since I don't live there, I couldn't wait for the leaves to dry. I was told by the same guy that sold it to me and one of the younger clerks that I can't return it. They gave me all kind of excuses and I finally gave up. I will never shop there again. I would not have had this head ache if I had gone to Home depot or Lowes. At least they know what they are selling.

Gavin Larrabee (owner) and his crew did an outstanding job. They were skilled and careful, protected the floors and light fixtures. The quality of the work is excellent. Gavin was very quick to respond to emails or texts. Everyone on the project was professional and friendly. They arrived right on time and worked hard for very long days. I will definitely hire them again.

But, now being a nonbeliever (from other store which said had 2, but when pappa hubbard went to the cupboard - it was bare). So customer service (young) woman tried several times to connect with the right department (no one answered), she went and pulled the item. It was waiting for me at the service desk.
