And I was right. I took my computer in, he diagnosed it while I waited and then repaired it within a couple of hours, calling me back right when he said he would. I am so happy, it works like a dream now. I had been getting the dreaded blue screen of death, and he restored the computer so it's working better than it ever was, and saved all of my data. His prices were super reasonable. He's not jacking up his prices like everyone else these days. I was also impressed at all the other customers who were coming through who acted as if they knew him and had been dealing with him for years. I wasn't surprised though.
