How have I not reviewed Northwest Sleep Solutions yet? Dont think that because they're in Fairhaven they have bloated prices. You don't need to wait for a sale to get a good deal here. Stop in any day and you'll get a comparable price to the big name store sales you see advertised all the time. Scott is knowledgeable and will take the time to help you find what you need. My son needed a new mattress, and as a college student who will be out of the house soon, this was a great way for him to fly solo for a bigger purchase. The staff at NWSS were fantastic at helping him find the mattress that was just right for him with no pressure. okay folks.. so a year later, we moved into a bigger house.. which means we need a king bed. After what felt like hemorrhaging money for the down payment, moving, and more furniture I decided to do what most consumers are doing now... purchasing through Amazon- BIG mistake!! I searched for a king organic latex mattress and found one for about half the price I would have paid at NW sleep solutions. The first second I laid on the mattress I knew it was poor quality. Fiance told me to give it a chance and sleep through it one night and the first thing he said when he woke up was his back was sore =/ I called Scott ASAP and he was able to work something out for us! We had an absolutely fabulous experience with Northwest Sleep Solutions. Scott and the rest of the staff (even the great delivery guys!) were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The prices are fair and we really got the mattress that was perfect for us! The store is also really nice. From start to finish, this place was awesome. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Bellingham. Excellent service from the showroom to the warehouse to the delivery! In the showroom, trying out a mattress and finding it comfortable, Scott advised me of its being meant for a child, and so, over the long haul, not suitable for me. He sent me to the warehouse where Cody explained the difference between the standard box spring and a smaller one. (I opted for the standard). When the original delivery date and time had to be changed, it was no problem. I was given a delivery window of between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and it was at 11:08 a.m. I got the call they were on the way! By 11:45 a.m. my old bed was placed in a friend's truck, (using the plastic from another bed recently delivered to protect it from the rain) and when we voiced concern that the frame might bounce out of the truck, David and Daniel taped it down to the mattress. The first night on my new mattress, I feared I'd made a horrible mistake. But after the next night, I woke up on my back!! I am not a "back sleeper" so this was a sign, I'd made the right choice. Each night since has been a better night's sleep than the night before. I can't say enough about the service or the product. You can't go wrong at Northwest Sleep Solutions! If you need a new mattress, you don't need to go anywhere else. read more

Every time I go in, I am greeted with the same warmth and friendliness whether I am looking at mattresses or seeing what is new in their selection of bed linens. Shopping here reminds me of what growing up in Bellingham used to be, people who own a business and genuinely care about the community it serves, demonstrated through the conversations and desire to best meet the customers needs, not the other way around. I also reviewed this on Google, but we hadn't taken delivery of the mattress yet. So, the excellent, generous service we received in the store was on display again at delivery. We had bought 2 beds, and they brought 2 different kinds of box springs for each bed, and they swapped them in and out until we figured out what we wanted. The delivery men didn't push and gave us the time to figure out which we wanted. And they packed up all their trash after them. Really delightful service experience. read more
