Our couch is really solid in its frame and even more comfy to sit on. Definitely the best couch we've ever bought. The service was great too. I found a couch I liked and ordered it online. They told me my couch would be delivered on Saturday between 3-5PM. They did not lie. Precisely at 3pm, their truck showed up with two friendly/professional gentleman and they loaded it up a flight of stairs and into my living room no problem. It was so quick and hassle free. Again, I'm no furniture critic but I am a very happy customer.

There are AI options for wash and dry and overall, my clothes are cleaner and in far less time than my previous washers/dryers! It will do it no matter how many clothes, even one piece of clothing. We did have a refrigerator also quit on us, but thank goodness, it was still on warranty. We purchased a freezer from them and have had nothing but trouble. It broke down a year after we bought it (unfortunately, 1 year warranty). We purchased equipment to hopefully fix it, but it broke down again and we lost food. DeWaard & Bode have been no help at all. Basically, we are on our own. It seems like they should stand behind their product, or DON'T sell it! One salesman told us they do have problems with that company's products. Hmmm....would have been good to know. We purchased a fan, per the freezer company, Galanz. While we were on vacation, we were informed by our house sitters, it died again. Lost all food for the third time. I'm thinking Costco next time?

Couldn't have found a better set of salesmen than Bill and Shane. On the day of delivery, Corey and Eli showed up with our mattresses and carefully delivered them to our rooms and hauled away the old beds. One of the mattresses I wanted to keep and they bagged it up so I could store in my garage. They were very willing to go above and beyond getting everything up and downstairs and couldn't have been more appreciative with their positivity and hard work. Then if you need a tech to help out with any issue you are charged over $100 plus the cost of a part in advance prior them scheduling you. I had to wait to be scheduled with a tech and then give up my day waiting for the tech to arrive. The warranty on the mattress is meaningless. The ads are misleading. I have had three mattresses from Sleep number. They have all had problems. Their sales pitch is tempting, but when things went wrong, I regretted my decision buying Sleep Number. These are expensive mattresses with low quality and poor customer service.
