Rather than call myself for clarification or the person who the delivery was for, she called to berate me. She was not interested in trying to find out where the misunderstanding was or try and get the delivery to the correct person. Then she rudely told me they would be at their store in the cooler waiting for the intended recipient to come pick them up. (You know, the person who just had a baby. Unbelievable.)
