He was responsive, helpful and patient at every step. We were on an exceptionally tight timeline to get the new flooring installed before moving into our new house and Jose made it happen. The floor looks beautiful, even better than I had imagined. I'm finally getting around to writing this review about a month and a half after the work was completed, and I just got off the phone with Jose a few minutes ago. We thought a shut off valve had been covered by the flooring, but it turned out the installer had done skilled craftmanship to cover the valve while still leaving easy access to it. Rich was fantastic in assisting us to choose the right hardwood when we were tearing out OLD, WORN carpet that had 42 year old pet stains. Rich met with us onsite, at several different vendors' locations. He also contacted some showrooms so we were greeted by the owners who knew in advance what was recommended for our installation. There was never pressure to make a decision. His proposal was accurate and he was always on time for any appointments we set up. When the hardwood was delivered a month early, to allow the wood to acclimate to the temperature and humidity in our home, it was stacked too tightly, so Rich came himself and moved the huge amount of boxed Cumaru around in our room so it would have room to 'air' and adjust to the environment for that month. Our installation was perfect. The red oak living room floor was in poor shape. Rich finished and stained the oak floor so the stain was close in color to the new Cumaru and the two different woods look beautiful next to each other. I can't say enough nice things about the experience we had with Rich Callison. I offered him permission to give out my personal phone number if someone wants to ask me questions, first hand. He is a gentleman and a true craftsman. My home feels like walking into a showroom now.

Me or you? Who had customers after that for multiple jobs one being a huge exterior after you tried getting away with charging 12k for a 4500 dollar what you were to pay me job. I mean I made the trip every single day until completion from Lynwood to Camano island and this guy would call and text me like I was a genie and could pop up the second it wasn't raining. He made some big deal about paint specials on the customers deck which yes I would too but I had two of my employees on that deck with tooth brushes and denatured alcohol and they couldn't find one single spec but he used it as a reason not to pay me customer couldn't even find anything. I was going out and doing the bids for this guy even and he tried to use the fact I bought two new ladders when I bought all the supplies and paint for the next job when it's like dude it comes out of my pay for the job what the fuck? I work my paint pricing so low I can do that it's lower than your pricing dude and I bought the paint you required me to get too. He drove by about 25 times while we were working but did he ever stop and say hi or if we needed anything nope but he assumed we didn't know it was him or his son driving by. Again the thing with his back isn't a bad thing but when he says he can't do shit can't even walk yet he's some pro that can do EVERYTHING better yet I can name TEN EMPLOYEES right now he's had work and quit I mean some of them I haven't even met just heard through the local grape vine like Javier hated working for him Shannon quit, he fucked Travis over from premiere painting on multiple jobs he required me to be fully licensed bonded and insured which I was but then refused to pay me in full once I was done with the job and refused to reimburse me properly for the paint so I kept it. Had three customers I did bids for say they felt mis treated by Justin and his company he starts looking good and having employees but every job I've seen him be a part of has had a hiatus because of employee quitting or him getting some deal going about why he secretly sub contracted the job to another company when they had a full contract with the customer they were gonna do it that happened on three separate jobs I was a part of as the lead for premiere and for my self and my company. We also had lots of play dough imbedded on the carpet that our kids stomped on, mysterious kids snacks, black make-up doodles, etc. we don't take our shoes off nor do we tell others to remove their shoes so there's that plus active kids in and out of the house....we were impressed how nice and clean our carpet turned out after he was finished.
