I'm finally getting around to writing this review about a month and a half after the work was completed, and I just got off the phone with Jose a few minutes ago. We thought a shut off valve had been covered by the flooring, but it turned out the installer had done skilled craftmanship to cover the valve while still leaving easy access to it.
