Fast, thorough, reliable! Emptied an apartment for an estate in a couple of hours that I thought would take days. Excellent teamwork.

Zero stars. The cleaning crew was rude, unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic experience with Jon, Austin, and Bryce from Sound Moving Northwest for our move…read morefrom Bellingham to Bellevue. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work with a great attitude--friendly, positive, and incredibly professional throughout the entire day. They had to make a stop at a dumpster first and but were back to our place promptly to start packing, which we really appreciated. Once they began, they worked non-stop--fast, efficient, yet very careful with all of our belongings. I offered to buy them lunch, but they kindly declined and said they preferred to make a quick stop on the way. They were very appreciative of the gesture, which speaks to their professionalism and courtesy. At our new place, they went above and beyond--patiently helping us place items in different rooms and even rearranging things when we needed to make space for additional items coming in. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. Overall, they made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and positive movers!

Worst moving experience I've ever had. I am in my 60's and moving with my mom , who is 90. The…read moremovers left furniture not put together, and stored everything in the garage, regardless of labeling (G for garage, U for upstairs, D for downstairs). They did not even place the boxes on the shelves in the garage. A week later I am still trying to find my pots and pans, HP printer and shelves to my bookshelves. Yes, they brought in the base, but no shelves can be found anywhere! Glass shelves are missing, probably broken, from my china cabinet as half of the glass shelves were brought in, (unwrapped and unprotected). They wrapped some things, but not others, (like glass china cabinets). The items they did wrap , they did not unwrap, but left them for us to unwrap. Not an easy thing to do with a full sized dresser up against the wall. Standing lamps are worthless as they took them apart and did not put back together as pieces are missing now. I looked for days for our vacuum cleaners. I finally found them left in the other house. These guys may seem reasonably priced, but I would gladly have paid more to be able to have things where they should be, not having missing , damaged and broken items. Pictures soon to follow!

New Season Move Management is a business run by Linda Baker Kaahanui, who advertises fraudulently…read moreand operates without integrity. I encountered one of Linda's sale ads on Facebook Marketplace, where she had listed a Liberty gun safe for sale. By all appearances, the ad was by an individual, and was simple, describing the safe and its condition, as well as what would be required to move it, and asking $600 for it. I messaged Linda offering $500, and she responded with "ok", accepting the deal. I offered to immediately come and pick it up (it was 4:20 in the afternoon on a Friday), and asked for the address. She informs me that she runs estate sales as a business, and that there would be sales tax on top of our agreed price. She gives the address, and says it'll be available from 9-3 the next day. I told her I wouldn't be available to pick it up in those hours, as I would be out of town (it was memorial day weekend), and that I could either pick it up now or on Monday. She responds that she's already gone home for the day and too tired to go back to where it is. I then offer to pay for it in advance, seeing as she claims to be running a business. She writes back that she just committed to another guy offering a higher amount, because I couldn't come Saturday. I told her that she had committed to me, and that we were simply figuring out the logistics of my pickup, and she claimed that we had no standing agreement. I warned her that we did have an agreement, as verbal/handshake agreements are enforceable in the state of WA, and that it would reflect very poorly to proceed in this way, and I received radio silence from her after that point. She reneged on our deal, and sold the safe to the guy who came after with a higher offer. Neither the fact she was representing a business and that there would be tax (there is no sales tax on gun safes in the state of WA, by the way), or that it would need to be picked up in a specific time frame were included in her facebook ad. These disclosures and requirements were made unilaterally by her AFTER we had already come to an agreement. If you see her advertisements in the future, you'd better think twice before you make an offer, and make sure you have all the information before you make your decision to deal with this agreement-breaching opportunist at New Season Move Management.
