    Book with caution. Response time was great but initial quote was grossly in accurate. They have an extensive quoting process that involves a video walk-through through your whole home. So we were shocked to find that there was not enough room for all our things on the truck as well as we had to hire for another day. They also didn't have the proper box needed to move our tv. The movers themselves were very courteous and respectful. Management and up that we spoke to were not as respectful. Extremely defensive and accusatory. Eventually, they did make efforts to "make things right". I would use great caution as their quote felt low to get our business and then ultimately we were stuck paying more than if we would've gone with another option. Even with them giving us deal on the extra day. Plus, these are just two of the items that are left in sub optimal condition after the move along with small scrapes to the walls at both the old and new house. *** we spoke with Ken from a perfect mover. And he very professionally took accountability for the misquote and adhesive left behind. Our interaction with him was very positive and if that would've been the type of interaction we had from the initial issues, our overall experience would've been significantly better.

    Arrived exactly like this. My daughters clothes. This was a brand new sturdy box. Horrible packing job loading the moving truck.

    Claimed they would send us a claim form. Never did. Finally put our dining table together. It's damaged all over the top- they never wrapped it. Do NOT Use these people they only care about image not about doing a "perfect" job or taking care of their customers. We never received the claim form. They removed ALL of my reviews on Facebook & google. Do NOT use them. My mattress is cut. Several other pieces were never wrapped & also have damage. What the HECK.

Five days in freezing darkness, five days of watching everything in the fridge and freezer rot away--thousands of dollars worth of food gone. Meat, produce, essentials--just gone. In this brutal economy, with inflation squeezing every penny, the loss hit hard. But it got worse. When the power finally came back, we had to face the grim task of cleaning up. Three heavy garbage bags of spoiled food, reeking and bloated, needed to go. We called 1-800-GOT-JUNK, thinking they'd help us out. Instead, they came and added insult to injury. They charged us $230 to remove three bags. Let that sink in: $230 for three bags. This is a service that used to cost $100, maybe $150. But with demand surging after the storm, they decided to hike up their prices--because why not profit off people's misery? But the worst part? They demanded a tip. Let me tell you about my mother. She's 72, a retired substitute teacher living on a fixed income. She's a woman who's worked her whole life for every dollar, and when she said, "No tip," they had the audacity to give her attitude. One of them even sneered, "REALLY?" at her, as if she was somehow in the wrong for refusing. Really? REALLY? Where do these people get the gall? I used to work in a grocery store. I'd haul 80-pound sacks of rice onto my shoulder and carry them to customers' cars. Not once did I expect a tip. I've cleaned trash cans while maggots rained on me, and I never asked for a cent extra. And yet, here are these men, standing in front of my mother--72 years old, in her own home--and they have the audacity to behave like this? To extort a tip after gouging her with inflated prices? It's disgusting. It's shameless. It's beyond belief. Where does this entitlement come from? Where does this lack of basic human decency come from? And who lets them get away with it?
