These guys are fantastic. They provided an accurate quote with transparent pricing, with no surprises at the end (actual price was a bit under the quote). I had a move from a storage unit to a 3 floor townhouse. We were recommended 3 movers with a truck with $160 per hour. Scooter, Bryan and Kelly did a great job moving and finished the job in 3 hours, instead of the committed 4 hours. The nice thing was that they only charged me for 3 hours. It was a newly constructed home where we were moving in, and I was nervous about mover chipping and denting the walls. But all the 3 did a great job moving, and were very careful on the narrow corridors with stairs. Never did any furniture so much as grazed the wall. They were also really careful with their shoes, and removed them every time they were stepping on to carpet. It was a rainy day, so I am glad they did that. Overall, they are affordable, fast, careful and friendly movers. 100% will recommend. read more

The crew had a great attitude and got it done in just under 4, in the past I've found they try to milk you for time and over complicate things. 2 weeks later we had a trailer to unload and I had them back out to unload it, just as awesome the second time around. He explained their services that I could choose from, i.e. also packing. He gave me his price structure which was detailed. (There were no hidden costs or back end surprises). We picked a day, he emailed confirmation. On moving day, they arrived 15 minutes early, which I appreciated. I found myself trying to stay out of their way. Just had Scooter and Kelly out today for my move out of a ~1000 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bath townhome. We were moving everything into a POD to go into storage for awhile until I find a new place. These guys were SO NICE. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Seriously! My mom was there helping me out and they chattered with us while moving things and I really enjoyed the whole time they were there. They did a great job packing the POD and I am so grateful for all their hard work. My partner and I historically have handled our own moves, and therefore have no prior experience utilizing a moving service. However, our most recent move was into a third-floor walkup, and I was able to convince my partner that outsourcing the labor of unloading was worthwhile in this case. I reached out to a dizzying number of moving companies, and Bigfoot had the most reasonable everything: minimums, hourly rates, pricing schemes, etc. There were no crazy attempts to upcharge me (insisting I pay for a truck we didn't need or minimums that greatly exceeded the amount of labor we needed) unlike with most of the other companies I reached out to (some of the quotes I received were honestly real headscratchers). And of course, the reviews were excellent, so we went ahead and booked Bigfoot. They gave us a 2-hour arrival window, but they arrived within 15 minutes of the beginning of the window. Anthony and Amber were both very friendly and extremely helpful (and patient!). They worked efficiently and took care with our belongings. We ended up acquiring some additional furniture in between the time I made the appointment and the day of our move, but they still managed to finish half an hour earlier than they initially estimated, at which point they offered to help us put together and rearrange furniture. I was super impressed with Kelly, Anthony, and Scooter. They showed up on time and did a walk-through the house. I was pretty scatterbrained from packing everything up, but they made sure that they knew what to move and where for every room in the house. They managed the moving and the Tetris game of fitting everything into the POD. It was a very conversational job, them making sure that they were hitting our priorities (not everything fit in the POD so we had to make some choices about what to pack and what to leave). What really blew me away was we had a humongous sleeper sofa that was a nightmare getting into my house (had to take a door off the hinges, made big scratches on the wall). They took it out to the deck and actually lowered it over the deck to the ground floor so it wouldn't mess up the walls. Not a scratch on the thing! We had made a reservation with Bigfoot for 2 movers to get our stuff into a POD. The estimate was for 4 hours for a 4 bedroom home. They ended up sending 3 (they had another move later in the day in this area) but they got it all done in about 2 and a half hours, so the cost was right in line with the estimate. They were incredibly friendly, cheerful, and professional. I'd met them when helping a friend move a few months before and I was very impressed then, so I gave them a call when it came time for me to move. I was not disappointed. I can't speak highly enough of Anthony's professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. My family was scheduled to move the last week of December, but our plans got upended by the "once in a century" snowstorm, which left the roads around our new neighborhood covered in slippery ice. To his tremendous credit, Anthony volunteered, one day before our scheduled move, to personally drive out to our new house in his own truck and check out the quality of the roads himself, to see how safe they might be for the moving truck. Brian & Kelly helped us move today, and I was so impressed with how smooth it went. This company shows up prepared. To give you an idea... they brought with them these really great dollies (these things can take 10 small boxes or 3 huge boxes at a time each (!) - and they had 3 of them going at a time) so boxes dissapeared quickly with each elevator ride. They also set up a handful of door stoppers and a portable ramp along their path, so that they don't waste any time on doors or steps. They worked so smart, and we finished ealier than quoted. I really appreciated how they took all the stress out of our move. First off, Anthony the owner responded quickly to my request for a quote and got our appointment scheduled quickly.
