We were looking to have skirt boards added to the stairs in our house, and got a quick and detailed estimate quote here on Yelp. They were able to come out to West Seattle (not something a lot of folks on the North side would do - so thank you!) and get the job done quickly just a few days later. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is due to the tardiness of the gentleman who did the job. We had to follow up with the owner when no one came during the window we had someone at the house. We wanted to change the floors of the 2-bed condo we just bought, a colleague referred us here, and we are so happy she did. From sales to management to installation -- everyone was fantastic. They had a great selection, and Andrey was awesome and a huge help in deciding what product to use. He is very knowledgeable, listens well to what you want and need, and gives great advice. Flooring is complicated and a scary project for a new homeowner. Plus, as many condo owners will tell you, getting things like this straightened with the building and all the codes can be crazy. Initial quote was easy to understand and price competitive. Scheduling was out a few weeks but reasonable. The two contractors who came were on time, FYI English was a bit spotty but they were super friendly. I called the office and a project manager quickly came out to clarify a few things. We had about 800 ft.² of Luxury Vinyl Flooring installed. They demo'd about 500 feet of carpet, and took out the rest of our laminate. We couldn't believe it, they finished in 1 day! Everything was cleaned up no problem. The Evoke Jace flooring looks great and is working well so far with our dogs. We would definitely recommend Wills Flooring! read more

We had a great experience with them until the moment our project was done and we had to return the closed boxes of flooring that were not needed. The reason we bought there was the good reviews at Google and that we found the color we were looking for. The price was reasonable as well. But the thing is: every single construction project it is almost impossible to get the exactly amount of material. We got what our contractor asked, and in the end we had almost 10 boxes (1 of them with defect) of left overs. So we called them to ask for return, and after calling them 3 times to solve this (they really didn't want to take care of it, terrible customer service post-buying) we found out that they don't do returns. Wait, what?!?!? The boxes are closed, what is the reason you don't do return? We have no clue and we are pissed off because we have all flooring sitting in our garage and we want to return all of them. No, we don't want to keep extra flooring for the future, thanks. Please, do yourselves a favor and go to Home Depot. read more

Wills was quick, prompt and did a great job putting in our flooring. They were able to give us a quote on the same day and started work less than 2 weeks later. I would highly recommend them. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is that they refloored my bathroom and had to remove the toilet to do so. When they put the toilet back in, the installer cracked the toilet tank. Needless to say waking up to water that had leaked out of a cracked toilet tank, flooding the bathroom floor all night long ( as the tank kept trying to refill ) was not pleasant, so it tainted my experience. 3 stars it is! read more

We chose Will's Flooring because we wanted to support a small, local company. They were great to work with, had competitive prices, responsive and we didn't have to wait a long time for them to install the carpet in our new house. Once installed in our empty house, it looked great. We moved everything in and that was that. Fast forward a little over a year.... The carpet has lumps all over and already needed to be stretched. Before I moved out of my last place, the carpet was still in perfect condition, no stretching needed after 14 years. This should not have happened this soon. I called Will's and the girl on the phone told me to call Shaw carpet. I told her no, it's not the carpet, it's clearly an installation issue. She was zero help whatsoever so I asked her if I could speak to someone else. She said I could send pictures to them, so I did. I am not sure who replied to my email with the pictures because there was no name at the bottom of each reply from them, but they offered to have someone come out and fix it so I agreed. The appointment to have the installer come fix the carpet was at 9am. I rearranged my entire day to be home for this, moved big furniture by myself probably hurting my back in the process and at 9:30 the installer hadn't shown up yet and I never received a call. I called Will's to let them know so they called the installer and then called me back. I was told he would now show up at 11. Unacceptable. If you're going to be late, CALL ME! 11:00 rolls around. No installer. I called Will's back at 11:30 out of frustration to let them know, but then he showed up right then, 2.5 hours late. Even though he was so late with no calls or anything, I let it slide because he was a very nice person and did a great job stretching the carpet to make it look how it should have in the first place. He even commented on what a bad installation job it originally had and how the carpet looked brand new (we don't use our upstairs where the carpet is much). Lastly, the stairs had to get stretched as well. Another installer came a few weeks later and now months later, I'm stepping on staples in my bare feet and the carpet is coming off of the stairs. The carpet was not stapled well; I'm not an installer, but I'm guessing the staples never went all the way through the carpet to the wood underneath. Final thoughts.... If you want a crappy carpet installation but friendly people, check out Will's. You can get a great workout moving ALL your heavy ass furniture so they can do the job almost the right way the SECOND and THIRD time. This should not have even been a thing... we had it installed in an empty house for a reason; we didn't want to move every piece of furniture. Lastly, we had him skip an entire room that still needs stretching because there's some very heavy stuff in there that we couldn't move. We paid full price for a half-assed job and to basically move all furniture twice. We will probably need new carpet in the next few years when it should have lasted much longer. Please look elsewhere. Long's Floors in Issaquah is GREAT to work with and do a wonderful job. read more

My wife and I were starting a home renovation and found the flooring product we wanted to use at a manufacturer's showroom. I asked them for names of flooring stores near us and got two. Neither worked out for us. I drive by Wills Flooring regularly and reached out to them via e-mail with a series of questions and received almost immediate responses. Wills confirmed that they sold the flooring we wanted and we set up an appointment for a measurement to get their bid. Their estimator arrived right on time and we had their bid within a few hours. The price was very reasonable. We were still months out from being ready for them to install the floor when I learned at the manufacturer's showroom that our flooring was in short supply. Wills worked with me to get our order placed and delivered it to our home to be stored until we were ready to have it installed. When we were ready for them, their installers showed up on time and installed four rooms of flooring that day. They spent the first two hours prepping and fixing squeaky sections of the subfloor. The squeaks are all gone. The flooring looks great and the installers were extremely detail-oriented. He showed us photos of a stair tread installation he did and sold us on adding that to our plans. I really like my new flooring and had a great experience with Will's flooring for the most part. Julia and Oleg in the office, David and his team of installers were polite, respectful people and did a great job. It is a family business (the 3 people mentioned are siblings) and they take good care of their customers. I had to take off one star for Andrey who is the sales manager/partner and is supposed to take care of installation. He did not seem to be comfortable working on the project with a woman. He was rude and disrespectful when I told him that he had to manage the project without his team asking my contractor (who had his own work to get done) about details that should be taken care of by him and his team. He tried to tell me that he only sold flooring and did not have responsibility for installation which was news to me, I picked Will's for the end to end service. I also told him that he could not store anything in my garage because of other deliveries. He insisted that I hadn't told him so I have to get permission from him to store stuff in my own house?
