Joe came out to our residence on time on schedule, After taking the measurements and talking with us to ensure he understood our requirements, he said he would get us a bid in 2 days. After 1 full week and having the same issue happen from a competitor I called the company. I contacted NW Glass and requested the bid and the receptionist stated that Joe was out and he would pass along the message and have him get back to me. I still have not heard back and now left with wasted time and energy I am left with a 2nd local business that does not want my business but instead wanted to waste my time. I had already received a bid from a competitor Bud Barton and they were very quick and professional. My suggestion is do not give NW Glass your time or energy.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
