They mentioned in the contract that they would deliver at 9AM and even left a voicemail asking to deliver earlier. They never returned our call and lied to the venue owner saying that we had never established a delivery time. They also stated to the venue owner that they would deliver at noon that day and did not get there until 2PM. The two guys at set up mentioned they would pick up the rentals that following Monday and it's also stated in the contract when they would pick up. They did not pick up until Tuesday. We definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Walmart of all places!!! If you're gonna steal my info at least use it for something awesome. I know for fact it was them because it was the first and only time I used this specific credit card. After finding out my info was stolen I get a call from a random number who told me his car was stolen and my credit card information along with the information of 10-15 others was inside the vehicle when police found it. I contacted the other people on the paper and imagine that, everyone of those people had rented a bobcat from this place. Was told detectives were following up on all the recovered info, but financial crimes like these get limited investigative investment. Apparently the dude that was caught in the stolen car had worked at bobcat or had connections there. This place should be out of business and they should all be locked behind bars.

I was lucky they had a machine available on such short notice but more surprised when they said they could get me one within the hour. They delivered a very a new looking machine in under an hour. That is the type of customer service you get when dealing with a local independent business. I know this from 43 years of being in the rental business with a independent company in Bellevue competing with Sunbelt, Herc and United.
