This place is terrible. We rented chairs, tables, and canopies for our wedding and it was the worst experience. Their communication via email were poor, often ignoring all of our questions. They mentioned in the contract that they would deliver at 9AM and even left a voicemail asking to deliver earlier. They never returned our call and lied to the venue owner saying that we had never established a delivery time. They also stated to the venue owner that they would deliver at noon that day and did not get there until 2PM. The two guys at set up mentioned they would pick up the rentals that following Monday and it's also stated in the contract when they would pick up. They did not pick up until Tuesday. We definitely wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I recently rented tables and chairs for my daughter's wedding. What a fiasco. I ended up with 3 different color of chairs and tables that looked like they had been in a barn for 20 years. When we called about the chairs they reimbursed me for some chairs and told me that someday I would love ok back at this and laugh. Not ever going to be funny.then I seen the tables. I was appalled. When we took them back they gave me 20percent off my bill. While I was taking care of the finances my son was getting told.....you get what you get and if you wanted something better you should have went to Court (their competitor) well, I have already stopped 2 customers from going there. Gearing up for a wedding and the following reception can be quite stressful. My wife and I decided on Total rental for our needs for the reception. Pros: staff was courteous and patient with us during the planning stage, we received everything we asked for, staff that came out to put up the equipment did an outstanding job. Cons: the scheduled delivery was 3+ hours late. Certain items needed for set up were not loaded with the delivery creating a further delay in set up. Pick up of items following the reception was delayed by a day of scheduled pick up. My wife and I were very happy that we had gotten everything but we were really counting on Total Rental to get the delivery out on time and pick up on time. We believe Total Rental fell short on this. We sincerely hope our situation was an isolated incident however we do not believe will use Total Rental in the future. read more

We paid over $730 for this place to screw up our wedding. We rented two 10 ft x 20 ft tents, some tables, and some folding chairs for our front yard. We scheduled delivery for the day before our wedding at 2:00 p.m. We have the invoice reflecting that date and time. The day before the wedding, it hit 5:00 p.m. and we realized among the bustle of setting up the inside of our house that we had not heard from the delivery people yet. I called the rental center at that point and was put on hold for a very long time. The call eventually disconnected. When I called back I was eventually transferred over to the proper person. She informed me that we were not scheduled for delivery until the following day at 2:00 p.m. I was trying not to lose my cool at that point and calmly explained to her that our wedding was beginning the next day at noon and that we had scheduled our delivery for three hours ago. I asked her if I should come in there with the invoice reflecting our delivery date and time. She responded that it wouldn't do any good and that we would not be getting our delivery until the next day at 2:00 p.m. I told her again that our wedding was starting at noon the next day and that wouldn't work. Her response was to tell me that they were closing in 40 minutes, and she asked what I wanted her to do about it in a very rude tone of voice. I hung up the phone at that point to avoid freaking out, and I had my fiance call her back. In the time it took him to call her back, this rude employee had already been doing damage control with her manager in an attempt to cover up the obvious mistake that had been made on their part. She tried to convince my fiance that they had called us earlier in the week and confirmed delivery for the day of our wedding, 2 hours after our wedding was scheduled to start. We both looked at our phone logs just to be sure that they had not called either one of us, and we certainly would not have confirmed a delivery time for 2 hours after our wedding would have started. This was an obvious and blatant lie on their part. My fiance eventually worked it out so that we could have our equipment delivered at 7:30 a.m. the following morning, less than 5 hours before our wedding was scheduled to start. The next morning, the delivery people did not show up until 7:45 a.m. It took them nearly three hours to set up the two tents, leaving us with an hour and a half to decorate and set the tables. Luckily, we had mobilized some of our friends and family to decorate inside the tents and set up the tables for us. When the delivery drivers came back on the next business day to retrieve their equipment, they again arrived 15 minutes late. They also left our lawn littered with cut zip ties, disposable coffee cups, and cigarette butts. Despite all of the turmoil they put us through, the rude behavior of their employees, and the outrageous lie from the manager, this company has made no offers of a partial refund or any sort of compensation to make amends for their horrible business practices. If you are planning on using this business for any sort of special event or occasion, do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

We rented tables and chars for a wedding and we were VERY disappointed. The chars were dirty and some were broken, the tables were in bad shape too. They charged $125 for delivery but they wouldn't put the items were we needed them, they just dumped them off the back of the truck and drove away. Don't waste your time. Go to CORT rentals instead!! Customer service doesn't exist here. We were picking up an order for my mother in law. We arrived at 8 as they open at 8. We were greeted with a "You need to wait we don't open until 8" by a very rude man. Finally we go inside we wait another ten minutes until we're even helped. They weren't in any hurry to help us. We pay for our rentals and we're told to go to the fence and they'll load us up. We go there and we're told to drive over to some trucks instead. So we go and they load six tables. Then they send us back to the fence and they load our chairs. We verify with the employee that our order is for six tables. We secured our load and headed out to Tulalip. Shortly after my mother in law tells us we have two many tables and where are the linens? We drive all the way back to Everett, three tables in tow and explain that there must have been a mix up. We were helped by a woman with the worst attitude ever who acted like it was our fault. We finally get our linens and head back to Tulalip, never got an apology or even someone trying to make up for us having to come back. They could not care less about their customers. read more

I haven't been in there in quite a while - I think it's new owners by the looks of things. As somebody else said - Don't waste your time. I rented a utility trailer and most of the lights didn't work and the ramp gate was so torn up I had to put plywood on it to roll my stuff in to it. When I returned it I said I'd need it again in a week or two and asked that they could make sure all the lights worked and the ramp was fixed. The guy behind the counter says "We'll try and get the lights fixed. But that other stuff - we don't fix that." WHAT!!!!! Are you kidding me!?!?!?!? You'll "TRY" and fix the lights and you don't fix structural defects!?!?!?!?!? In a couple weeks I'll be going to another place that maintains their equipment! read more

We rented a power lawn thatcher today. Unfortunately, they did not check out their equipment before renting it. After unloading the heavy equipment from our truck, starting it and adjusting it multiple times, it would not thatch at all. When we called about the problem, they said the belt was probably loose. I understand late notice, and we are asking for some rentals for friday, July 22, but when we called in to order 5 round tables and 30 chairs, we were immediately cut off and dead ended by whoever the girl was that answered the phone. She chided me for calling in one week before the time we needed it, and while it's not ideal, our plans have changed and I just needed to see if what we needed was available. I asked about delivery and let her know where we were. She said "ok well that is pretty far..." I said ok and tried to work out a day to have them delivered which was another issue because I literally had to suggest everyday next week to deliver and pickup and all she would say is no instead of just saying "I'm sorry we are too booked and cannot help you with delivery next week. She was cold and has no idea of what customer service is. I understand being slammed and stressed out but she had no intention to help me at all from the moment I called. I would have preferred to be treated much better and professionally than she treated me. I'd say she's not meant for that specific job. read more

Worst experience ever! rented a dance floor and champaine fountain for my daughters wedding. When we came to pick up the floor it was filthy and we had to clean every section before we could bring them into the venue. Also We set up the fountain and it started to leak everywhere. needless to say we didnt get to use the fountain and had to scramble for an alternative to serve our drinks. I rented chairs and tables from here and I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. When I went in to order they didn't have enough black ones for my event so they decided to give me white chairs for the same price (awesome)! Well it wasn't so awesome when I got the chairs. They were disgustingly dirty. And there were several broken ones. None of the chairs matched and they were all different. I was extremely disappointed since this was for a wedding. The tables I rented were also in very rough shape. When I called to tell them I wasn't happy they began telling me there was nothing they could do about the situation. I told them someone fell because of their broken chair and they didn't care... They said well their rentals and they go out every weekend... So... Sorry! I will NEVER rent from them again. Paying over $640 and I get awful customer service and awful chairs and tables. I hope that Every one that is thinking about renting from them sees this and it changes their mind. read more

We used them for our wedding, rented a tent, chairs, tables, table clothes, chair covers and chair sashes. Our delivery time was at 8 the day before the wedding. We called them at 1030am because they weren't here and they stated they were on there way. At 2 pm called them again and they stated they were on there way. At 230 pm we got a call asking if we still wanted the items and if so they are so n there way. At 4 pm they showed up and did not have the connectors for the tent. 4 staff members stayed here while 2 others went back for the missing pieces. They returned after 5 pm and 4 staff members went home and left only the 2 to put the tent up. It was finally up around 8 pm - 12 hours late. We then had to decorate the tent in the dark until almost midnight. The tables had bad damage to them and the white tables clothes had notes in them to use last they are badly stained. We did not request additional linens since they should have been in good shape so we had to use them. We went into the rental place to discuss that I had people take time off of work to decorate the tent and tables that arrived so late and the stuff was in poor condition when we got it. The manager stated she would call us Tuesday to see what she could do. The pick up was supposed to be on Monday and they did not come and pick the stuff up until Tuesday afternoon. My husband did not hear from them on Tuesday except a call from one of the workers stating our delivery would be there on Tuesday, he told them we didn't have a delivery set for Tuesday we had our wedding on Saturday the worker stated he was confused. My husband asked for the manager again and he stated she had left for the day. She did call us the next day saying they would credit back 202.00. This was a complete nightmare dealing with this company and we would not recommend them unless you want to deal with complete unprofessionalism and poor condition of the stuff they provide. read more

I will never use them again. They called me the day before my delivering to see if they could drop everything off a day early, they called me back 5 minutes later while I was trying to see if I could work that our with the people at my venue. Harassing me to make a decision I said yes. When I was able to see the products they delivered everything was in poor shape. They also have me the wrong table cloths that wouldn't fit the tables. The driver that came to pick up the products parked in the middle of the road and requested help to load up the truck almost an hour earlier than he was even supposed to be there. I called for a refund for the table cloths and was told I was going to be called back, that never ex happened. I called back and was told they were going to call me back again I hesitantly said yes. They refunded me $31 and apologized. A terrible experience for a day that I am going to remember the rest of my life. They were rude and blew me off.
