I am a Staging Professional and Managing Broker. I bought a membership at Stagingn& Design quite some tome ago and lioved them. HOWEVER, much to my shock, I found out they went out of business. I went to pick up my items they had in their inventory and the best items (gray leather bar stools, designer lamp, fig tree in a pot, large mirror, credenza, etc were missing. They told me I probably would not get them back!!!!!!! I have tried and tried to no avail. An attorney told me they have actually broken the law and have, in effect, STOLEN NY property. They don't care. I am looking into any kind of legal means to get my items back. Sickening!! read more

I used SDN for years and while there were hiccups at times, overall they were great for me as I grew my staging business. They abruptly went out of business with NO communication to their members. They in essence have stolen from stagers who had their inventory stored there. Absolutely appalling and negligent behavior. read more

I worked with this company for years as a real estate agent. In mid-October 2021, they reached out and asked if I wanted to sell the inventory I had with them. "Sure", I said, and they promised to send a check within a week for both all the inventory, and the past four months of furniture rental. Fast forward to 2022. I have left multiple phone and email messages from them. They are out of business. Shameful behavior on their part - to take inventory from those who rented space from you, promise to send a check in NOVEMBER for rental costs and the inventory you were "buying" from me, never send the check (but still keeping the inventory), and then go out of business. I now have neither my inventory OR the money they were supposed to send. SHAMEFUL, SHAMEFUL, SHAMEFUL. read more

Absolutely terrible experience ! I've been using SDN for a few years now and it's been hit and miss but never as bad as it is now . We had two orders scheduled the same week - one was almost 2 hours late and missing items , second one is so far an hour late . The furniture arrived dirty and not as advertised. Their customer service is a joke - they give you excuses instead of fixing their mistakes and their representative sounds anything but genuine . I'll definitely be looking for alternatives and taking my business elsewhere . read more

Would not recommend SDN in the future. The furniture is very badly beaten up and is out of date. Installation team regularly opts for minimal setup which translates to wobbly and then broken furniture. Have to return items regularly for being too beaten up to use and still spend time with a furniture pen touching up "new" furniture. The Billing department has charged us on each of our last two stages additional monies at the end for "extended days" even though the pickup was scheduled within the 30 day window. Also you can't get a hold of anyone just always goes to voicemail. Overall if I had to give this company a grade it would be a D-. Only think keeping it from being a straight F is the friendly delivery guys. read more

I help my friend Kim with some of her home staging projects. Her business is picking back up with the housing market getting better and she needed more furniture inventory to the projects. I found staging & design network in Kirkland and was really impressed with the concept - shared rental pool of furniture for staging, easy access storage and a showroom all in one. I'd give it 5 stars if it was located in Seattle instead of Kirkland, but definitely worth investigating when you need to scale up your staging needs. read more

I loved my experience with SDN! I am an event producer from LA and was asked to create a high level activation for ReachNow within the Upstream Music Festival. I looked everywhere for VIP lounge options with a different feel then the standard event furniture...really hard to find cool furniture in Seattle...until now! SDN saved me by agreeing to rent their beautiful pieces for my event. The items they didn't have, they helped me by purchasing themselves for me to have as a first rental and few pieces I purchased. Those pieces I bought are now in the rental pool. Such a great feeling that the items purchased are not going to waste. The whole business model is super clever! Congrats Tricia! As a new and emerging stager I do not own my own inventory. SDN has allowed me to bid on projects with confidence knowing that I will be able to fulfill the needs of my clients. I have been able to stage properties appropriately varying from waterfront estates to Belltown lofts with the amazing selection SDN has to offer. Not only is the selection amazing, but the delivery is quick and affordable. Before I would pay 2 guys to help me stage a property roughly $300 and I would have to hiring them again to help destage. With SDN my install and destage expenses are almost free and the movers even helped me hang art! read more

This is a fabulous resource for real estate agents who stage their listings. Nice selection of rental items, easy to go there and pick what you want, or use their user-friendly website an order online late at night (because you know there just isn't enough time during the day with this market), and if you rent the mimum $ amount delivery, 30 minutes of setup/takedown, and pickup is included! I haven't used any other rental place since I found them and all my listings look great staged! read more

Staging & Design Network is a gold mine for an agent like me. Over the past number of years, the market has been unpredictable but my results couldn't be. Having spent thousands with staging companies over the years I changed my business plan in '09 to work with clients directly by in-filling their current furnishings or staging it through rental furnishing but I could never find stylish and high-quality rentals - until SDN. I was able to find furniture for entire rooms, key anchor pieces and/or small accessories to complete my clients' homes - putting them in the best position to sell their homes quickly. I am not in the staging business, but their sandwich board said open to the public. So glad I checked them out. They are lovely people, the owner is an amazing woman and her team is very talented. Their furniture and accessories are unique and affordable, I would know as I shop everything! They made my home look so beautiful. I would recommend them to everyone. read more
