Looked at a dozen stagers' websites and reviews and nothing compared to Brilliant's. So many others took the same furniture, art, and decor and recirculated them through one listing after another. Brilliant's approach looked significantly more customized, and that's exactly what we needed to highlight key features in our home. Meeting Kate during the initial consult, it was clear that this was THE staging company we needed. She noted so many details throughout the house and yard, offered a wide variety of design suggestions, and was already thinking through strategies for each room. They were able to accommodate our need to still live in the house (with a dog), and their pricing was extremely competitive. Every dollar spent had an amazing return. Though we knew their team would do a superb job, we were still completely blown away by how the house presented when they were done! I cannot believe these few glowing reviews for Brilliant Staging & Design. This guy is a total con man!!! He brought out old, dirty and damaged furniture for my staging job. Thankfully, I had told my clients prior to the delivery that "I had not used this stager before, was not sure about the furniture he was delivering, and to inspect the furniture prior to them removing it from their van." My clients did refuse the furniture, told him not unload the van and told him to leave. I had asked for pictures of the furniture for 4 days, and he sent me one photo of the furniture, while it was in the van, and while they were in route to my clients home. I was unable to see what the furniture actually looked like from that photo. If I had seen the furniture, as requested multiple times, I would have cancelled the delivery immediately. This man lied to me about "absolutely everything," including trying to double charge me for the fees for the ferry boat. I thank the lord that I did not accept or sign the contract he tried to push on me. I will NEVER use this con artist again!!! read more

We chose and hired brilliant staging to stage our home to sell it because we did not like the project outcome of the staging company our agent recommended. Tanya was very communicative, friendly, and punctual. Most importantly her project outcome was beautiful as we expected. Because of the pandemic we ended up getting only one offer, but we don't regret that we had her team stage our house. She did upgrade the look of our home and anyway we got a full offer. We loved that she never neglects details, and always presents just the right amount of pop of color as a decorative accent. The only thing we did not love in her project was the outdoor patio furniture which was drenched and got messy so easily. To keep the white-fabric sofa neat and presentable, we had to blow the furniture before every showing. If I sell another house in Seattle in the future, I will ask her to use different patio furniture, but will definitely try working with her again. read more
