Evergreen Granite & Cabinet Supply - Quartz sample - Countertop Installation Near Me - Everett, Washington

We selected Evergreen Granite & Cabinet for our bathroom dual sink vanity remodel and received estimates that addressed all our requests and revisions. The scheduling was remarkable given that we wanted to wait until all painting, tile and accessory hardware was installed/purchased to make our final color and quartz top pattern selections. The guys were great on installation, measurement and meeting our pre-planned location requirements for necessary plumbing and light fixture alignments for each sink base cabinet. Nothing went wrong and everything turned out right. The price was reasonable for the soft close WayPoint Living Spaces drawers and cabinets. They installed the Amerock pull handles that we purchased from another supplier on site - beautiful job Evergreen! read more

Our cabinets and countertops are fully installed and they are absolutely beautiful. The cabinets are top grade and we didn't realize when we ordered them that all the bells and whistles were included in the price. We especially love the pull out drawers giving access to the very back! All the doors close quietly on their own. The crew did an outstanding job with the countertop placement and we are very pleased with the results! What we truly were amazed with are the seams in the corner that I know are there, but no matter how close I look I cannot see them. The crew was professional, polite and all 3 had a good sense of camaraderie. Their humor was intact even though it was very warm in the kitchen. We can't thank you enough for fast tracking the install, it really meant a lot to us. Many thanks to everyone at Evergreen, we truly appreciate your hard work and attention to detail. I have worked with these guys for about 6 years now. I am a property investor who hates doing things on the cheap. Inexpensive, now that is ok but CHEAP... Hell NO!! Cabinets are very good quality without any MDF or Particle Board, they are solid face frames and veneered plywood walls. This is good craftsmanship. If something goes wrongs and sometimes things do... I know both Ben and James will take care of it and we can all blame Ken. Becuase if somthing does go wrong it is usually his fault anyway. Moved in to a newly built home, builder had cabinets and counters installed by this company. After 6 months one cabinet started cracking, took them over 1 month of several Calls to come measure to place the Order to replace it. Piece took 3 months to get here and after 2 months of calling after cabinet arrived they kept saying "we'll come this week" just went and got it myself and installed it myself. Will NEVER use this company again. read more

if there is a zero star i will choose that. the experience is nightmare have granite fullly install in three month. They have no sense of time, always try to cheat you for more money and terrible communication. I wait 1.5 month on the waitlist that normal. first come to measure. they first tell me they will come Wednsday, then in Wed they tell me Thursday and in Thu they tell me Friday... finnally they come measure one day before installation in Sunday and tell me they do not have material to do the bartop, need to come another day... i have nothing to say at that moment. During installation they did not even the carbinet surface to install the granite. so the top drawer cannot close. so many dent left on the wall in entrance. after that I keep following on when to come to install Bartop and was thinking if I can change a color, after two week they tell me it will be more expensive to change a color then I say just original color is fine, then after a week they said they will come next week, I think it is ok. Apparently they did not come, then I call back Ben ask for a reason, he start very impatient and yell at me, saying he cannot hold the material for me for long time, now he do not have material to do my work!! I was pissed off. am I pay thousands of dollars for you to yell at me??? Are you kidding??? Second if you ever hold any material for me why not tell me? That not "hold for me". Why not tell me the price difference at the beginning. In this waiting time they never tell me a fixed date that they will come to do the job, never respond text. After one and half month of wait, they come work for me yesterday by ask my contractor 200 more to the project, they said they need to buy a new slab... And in common sense for a Bartop you should have both side with edge to cover the wood board underneath . However they did not, they only have one side edge and leave another side wood board visible, now they want to charge me more to cover this , it really a cheat and a terrible thing. read more

Short story: Horrible, unprofessional customer service - a waste of over two months of my time. Ken Didn't accurately measure a rectangle shape so couldn't complete the job on installation day (said he assumed both counters were the same width even though he had the drawing with dimensions on it). I went over two months without counters and nobody would ever call me back when they had my cash 50% deposit. Finally had to go in person to get a response and my money back. At no point in my entire experience did anyone ever apologize. Long story: I was quoted a job and installed floors based on the color of granite I chose at Evergreen. Then they ran out of the color I chose and said they would purchase it from another supplier. Ken came to my house to take measurements and informed me the price would be higher because of certain details he saw in person. I was fine with that but needed to know how much more. He would never call back. I always called him. Even if he said "I'll call you in an hour" he wouldn't call. I would call a few days later and remind him and then he would tell me he forgot or another excuse and always tell me he'd call back. After multiple weeks and conversations he said he's not making any money on my job because he's buying the material from another supplier and the job turned out to be more complicated than he thought. (That explains why he never called back I guess! But he'd had my 50% cash deposit this whole time so not an excuse) I tried having Ben complete our quote but he also failed to call me back...at all. When I came to get my cash deposit back they did not have it. I had to wait while they went to the bank to get it. They did have my quote printed that I had been waiting for and relentlessly tried to get but could not get a call back. By that point I simply didn't trust a company that couldn't return a call or accurately measure a rectangle. I understand mistakes will happen but to let the ball drop this many times and waste so many months of my time is at least worth an apology...something nobody I talked to at this company would give. Thankfully I found Seattle's Best Granite. In one day I received a quote, some similar color options via text, they took critical measurements at my home by laser and have been super friendly all in about 5 hours from my initial call to them. read more

The best! We met with James and he just got it! He realized what we wanted, found us a beautiful slab of granite, attached undercounted sinks and made our upstairs bathrooms look beautiful. I wish I'd known about these guys when we remodeled our kitchen a couple of years back. Priced competitively and easy to work with. UPDATE 10/30/15: We are finishing the remodeling of bathrooms. Our tile installer suggested that we use granite highlight pieces of granite to match our counters. Once again, we turned to James and the crew at Evergreen Everett and they came through for us. If I could give these guys six stars, I would. They earned it. read more

Not a fancy storefront, but got the job done for a fair price and looks fantastic. I brought in my measurements, and this place has full size granite slabs that you can choose from, instead of tiny little squares you can fit in the palm of your hand. In about 10 minutes I had a quote that was far more competitive than the big name stores, including the Costco affiliate that refused to quote anything until they wasted my time with a company PowerPoint presentation. My install was fairly simple, and the work crew was in and out inside of an hour. Well worth your time to include Evergreen Granite in your quoting process. read more

i used Evergreen Granite & cabinet supply to install new cabinet's. not once did they inform me that i would have less storage space. in the removal of the old cabinets and sink, the original sink was in perfect condition but the person removing destroyed it and i needed to purchase a new one. it took over four months the finish the job. i lost over two cubic feet of storage space. in selecting the cabinets Evergreen twice said what we selected wasn't available. twice they informed me that the countertop we selected wasn't available. they kept trying to offer me new stove top but, i informed them that i wanted my original gas stove top because of the model and layout of the burners read more

James and Ben are very competitively priced and deliver a quality product. We ordered granite for 2 bathroom cabinets and a kitchen. We also purchased a very nice MA bathroom cabinet from them. They were easy to work with and their prices beat many other "box" stores. The installation went smoothly and they even sealed the granite. Their clean-up was also notable. They were a recommendation and I will pay it forward too! read more

Worst experience iv ever had so i came here with my wife and kids and let me remind you my 2 kids are 6 and 10, we were looking at granite slabs for our kitchen,we probably spent about 15 to 30 mins looking around and talking it over then we found what we liked and went up to the front and trying to get the price to see how much it this would be. We started talking a little bit then out of nowhere the "business man" named Ben started to cuss at his employee after he seen him come in saying " f**king joe if you don't want to work go home god dam it what the hell do I pay you for " and with my kids being their I had to ask him to not to cuss in front of our kids he told me " if you don't like it I don't care you can go look at a different store " and my wife and I said to him "were customers you can't be saying that to us" he said " you haven't bought anything and I told you you can go somewhere else now stop bothering me " we so offended we left and our 6 year old daughter started cry asking why that guy was so rude to us we just told her some people are not everybody is happy. Couple days later we found Northwest Granite great customer service price were fair and there crew was very very professional! Very pleased! I'm just saying whoever wants great customer service and be professional at there work go to northwest granite you'll be very pleased. read more

Customer service is top notch. We had a bad experience with a previous contractor that took our money then disappeared. Evergreen Granite made room in their schedule, stepped in and helped us get our project done quickly and for a fair price. We are so grateful. read more

Terrible service. The did not want to take measurements or do the install for two simple bathroom counters. Everyone says they are inexpensive, but they wanted $1800 to do the two bathroom counter tops with low end granite. read more
