Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

They were a pleasure working with from selecting the stone in the office, measuring our kitchen, to installing. We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. Installation was quick and easy. We're very happy we went with Integrity.

Custom Touch Granite LLC - Quality, Integrity, and Exceptional Service…read more My wife and I recently decided to update our kitchen countertop with a beautiful natural stone, Quartzite. Before finding Custom Touch Granite LLC, we first visited ProGranite Surfaces LLC to explore our options. Initially, a helpful lady at ProGranite Surfaces described where to see the slabs and even made recommendations on which warehouse to visit. We selected three stunning quartzite slabs, and my wife returned to ProGranite Surfaces LLC with the paperwork to discuss our choice and get a quote. Unfortunately, our experience there was disappointing. The customer service representative not only overpriced the stone--quoting us an astonishing $80,000 including installation--but also treated my wife in a manner that was far from professional or courteous. He made assumptions without proper communication and did not demonstrate the level of respect we expected. While I don't blame the company as a whole, it's clear that individual actions can deeply impact a business's reputation. I hope the management pays attention to who represents their company on the front lines. Feeling discouraged, my wife turned to Google and found Custom Touch Granite LLC. She visited them in person, bringing along the same paperwork she had shown to ProGranite Surfaces LLC. The difference in service was immediately apparent. The team at Custom Touch Granite was respectful, honest, and transparent from the very beginning. They called the warehouse in front of my wife to confirm the cost of the material and provided a fair and reasonable estimate for both the stone and installation--including a free bathroom sink. Impressed by their integrity and straightforward approach, we didn't feel the need to shop around with other contractors. We trusted Custom Touch Granite at face value, and they did not disappoint us at any stage of the process. From the initial customer service to the precise measurements and expert installation, every member of their team demonstrated professionalism, skill, and a genuine commitment to quality. When a minor issue was discovered, they responded promptly and resolved it without hesitation. Their service truly went above and beyond our expectations. If you're considering updating your kitchen, fireplace, or bathroom countertops, you can't go wrong with Custom Touch Granite LLC. Their quality-minded approach, combined with integrity and full customer service, sets them apart. We wholeheartedly recommend them and believe they deserve a gold star for their outstanding work.

When I came here they were happy to help and did my work in a couple days and was half the price of competitors. I would recommend this place! TASK: Remove existing backsplash and countertop and install a new backsplash and countertop…read more PROBLEM 1: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE COUNTERTOPS. Nothing was covered. All contents of the drawers were contaminated by demolition materials. In addition, during the demolition, the underlayment of the countertops was damaged. As stated in the contract, this was not to be addressed by Granite and Marble Specialists (GMS). Once the island countertop was removed, you could see that a heavy layer of glue remained on the underlay. The installers said that that was not their responsibility. They installed the countertop over the uneven underlayment of the residual glue. This meant that there were up to 1/2 inch gaps between the counter and the underlayment, stretching a span of 108.5 inches. Over time, this will lead to instability and breakage of the stone. The installers forged ahead and installed the new countertop independent of the gaps. The installers were adamant that they had installed the island countertop to level. RESULT: We had to remove the new countertop and have the surface sanded to level before having them reinstall the countertop. PROBLEM 2: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE BLACKSPLASH AFTER DEMOLITION. This meant that it was the homeowner's responsibility to install drywall and to make sure that the backsplash was level. The backsplash was 1.5 inches unlevel from one end of the backsplash to the other. Thus, in addition to the provision of drywall because the existing drywall was damaged during demolition, we had to shim the drywall to ensure the backsplash was level for the backsplash installation. RESULT: We had to go buy wood, cut it to the specific dimensions and install the new underlayment for the backsplash. IN SUM: GMS provided what the contract stated, an installed countertop and backsplash. It was not stated in the contract that it be level or that it be level to the degree that it was level prior to the new installation. The installers showed it to be level because the countertop was 108.5 inches long X 46 inches wide X 3cm deep. So, BEWARE. If this is the type of installation you are looking for, this is the organization for you.

PROJECT DONE IN MANSON, WA…read more Erv and the crew were great to work with! Take a look at my before and after! He let me be as involved as I wanted to be in the remodel. I'm pretty OCD about things so needless to say - I was VERY involved. When it came to selecting the details: sink, handles, appliances, bar stools, lighting, cabinet inserts, under counter LED strip lighting, (even in the liquor cabinet - gorgeous!) we would pow-wow for the right specs then I would jump online and order exactly what I loved. They delivered even more than promised. Erv is a stickler for the details! I was living there during the remodel which can be dicey. They respected my privacy and accommodated my security needs for my dogs every day while I was at work. They're like my kids, so them getting out was a huge fear. Needless to say, my dogs totally loved the crew. AND the two little doggie beds they built in for them. . And even plug ins for their heating pads. Yes. They're spoiled. I had a change for them (cringe). I thought I wanted to get rid of the small window above the stove because when people approach the house they can see all the way through. Well, when the window was gone I realized that I really missed the light and view. Erv was so good about removing the already replaced and individually cut hardy plank shingles on the exterior. He returned the window without making me feel like it was a huge hassle and made it even bigger. I LOVE IT! Can't speak highly enough about the quality of work and the ease of working with the entire crew. They even worked holidays and weekends to get my project done more quickly so I could have my house back. Who does that?! I now have a kitchen that a million dollar mansion would be envious of. Thanks guys!

Other companies either wanted us to sign a contract right away or didn't provide design services at all. We chose Bora because they came to our house, made measurements right away, listened to our ideas and created a design without making us sign a contract. It really helped us visualize what we wanted. One thing I also appreciated was the fact that they came professionally dressed in their Bora Construction uniforms. This is not a big detail, but it shows they have pride in what they do. Other general contractors showed up in jeans and a t-shirt. Throughout the project, the project manager at Bora was very communicative and gave us a heads up on how the project was going. When they found a water pipe and HVAC inside the wall we wanted to knockdown, they developed a way to reroute the plumbing and HVAC on the same day and without the ridiculous cost overrun. They basically charged me for just the materials. It's this courtesy that they showed throughout the project. They did such a great job, we asked them to do the same cabinetry and flooring on the powder room. It wasn't in the original estimate and timeline, but they added it to the scope of the project and still kept their delivery date. Wow! The quality is top notch. The engineered vinyl tile looks beautiful and the stacked stone on the fireplace looks absolutely gorgeous. They made expert suggestions like adding more recessed lighting to the dining area and living room, which makes our home so much warmer and brighter. I have pictures of before and after. I'll be posting those if I can. We are pleased with our choice to go with Bora Construction. Oh, one more thing. The price was cheaper than the competitors by more than 10%. I know this for a fact because we gave the same specifications and ideas to two other companies. The other companies suggested similar materials and methods, but charged more. In the end, we got a new kitchen, living room, fireplace, powder room and dining room for less than the other guys. We had smooth communication throughout the project. Thanks Bora.
