We had plenty of ideas of our own and after our initial call, Heather designed and sent us a beautiful draft plan *very* quickly with many, many improvements that we would never have thought of. She listened to all our ideas and wishes and was able to get them all to fit. Once we agreed upon the design we placed our 50% deposit and started working with Jessi (who turned out to be an old coworker and high school alum!), who was equally awesome and exactly as detail-oriented and creative as you want a final cabinet designer to be. She took our design from 90% to 100%, including improvements to many areas and solutions to our problems (french door fridge can't open if it's next to a wall, so she suggested a narrow broom cabinet that we LOVE). So many more examples of excellent suggestions, service and communication from the whole team at Spencer Cabinets. OH! I almost forgot that the actual cabinets are VERY high quality and built to very rigorous standards. I used to design and build furniture with tolerances in the 64ths of an inch and these are really, really great cabinets. When you spend a lot of money on something, you really want the end product to be worth it. And I mistakenly trusted them so I didn't track or ask from any written confirmation. 1 Month later which is today, I realized that materials are not delivered. I call them they denied what they said and they can only update the delivery date 1 week later. Now I have to wait for an uncertain time and pay for the stocking fee of my other materials which I plan to use after installing the floor . It could cost me a few thousands and a few more months of waiting

We heard about Cascade Cabinets from a family member, they did some work for him and he said they did an amazing job. We had Cascade come out they were so helpful, answered all of our questions and helped us come up with a plan for how our new kitchen would look. They made the process super easy for us and gave us options to fit our budget. The installation only took 4 hours (small kitchen), and the installers were so nice and friendly. Cascade delivered amazing new custom cabinets with all of the features and details we wanted at an amazing price. As scheduled, plumber came and removed old plumbing. Several hours later (with no communication when they were coming) the counte guy came and found that the sinks I had ordered from them were not on the truck. He spent about 15 minutes and in that time I called Carly who was my sales contact there, and she said that the sinks had not arrived and apparently Justine who was the project manager didn't do her job and checked to see all was in order for the next day, or rescheduled my job when I spoke to her the day before to find out arrival time. Very sloppy. Carly was gracious and explained everything and it wasn't her fault but she understood customer service! What saved the day is one of their employees went and picked up the sinks, and brought them from south Seattle to Shoreline. The installer, Daniel, stayed during that time and installed the counters with sinks. By now it is about 5:30 or later. The plumber who had been told by myself and Carly that he didn't need to come because of the snafu came from home to install the sinks and wasn't done until 8:30 pm that night (Friday night at that!). Val, and Daniel were wonderful but really shouldn't have had to shoulder the brunt of this late work because somebody else didn't do her job. I may go to them again for kitchen counters but will be wary.... 11/3/20- Update- I was contacted by the owner and he was a good listener about the issue, and I felt he really heard me. I will update this review to a 4 star based on his effort as I appreciate owners that really care.

After measuring, he said they could actually install on Saturday!! Friday, Sergio called and said they'd be out at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. At 8:28 a.m. they were pulling in our driveway. In mid-July 2021 we pulled up carpeting to discover solid oak flooring in three rooms on the lower…read morelevel of the home owned by my daughter and son-in-law.. Our initial elation was tempered a little when we uncovered some badly patched areas that we thought might not be able to be repaired. But then we contacted Hardwood Perfections. They came out quickly and advised us that indeed they could repair all of the damage and could do it on a timetable that fit perfectly into our plans. The floor refinishing crew did amazing work. After pulling up all of the damaged materials they rebuilt portions of the subfloor and then laced in new oak boards in a way that matched the existing floor perfectly. Next were several rounds of sanding to remove the old finish and even out everything. On the third and final day they applied Bona Natural water-based sealer followed by three coats of Bona matte finish. The results were stunning. Hardwood Perfections completely transformed this living space into something beautiful and amazing. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was flawless. All along the way we were advised of what was happening so there were never any surprises. Hardwood Perfections finished the job a full day ahead of schedule, did amazing work and stuck right to the estimate for services. Everything was fantastic and I heartily recommend them to anyone seeking to have old floors refinished or renewed. Hats off to Slav, Silviu and William for their truly amazing work.

Getting refund for range and sealing off rooms, but would rather have had the work done right than discover what wasn't done. As for the refinishing, they nailed the loose boards I identified and sanded/sealed. Looks good.
