We sent them a request for a quote, and within minutes, our phone was ringing. When we received our quote, we were very surprised and pleased! This company has the best communication skills! Series said Maks would be out on Tuesday afternoon to do the measurement and Sunday to do the installation. Tuesday morning, Maks called and said he'd be out about 4. He arrived on time. After measuring, he said they could actually install on Saturday!! Friday, Sergio called and said they'd be out at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. At 8:28 a.m. they were pulling in our driveway. Sergei and Max are simply the best at what they do. From the day Max arrived for a free consultation and measurements, he was extremely patient to explain the pros and cons of various options. I felt I had a much better understanding of my options after speaking with him. They are very reasonably priced and gave realistic estimates of the timeline. And because they source the materials and preform installation all by themselves, they are very careful about what might work and what might not - so they never source something that won't work for you or become impossible to install. They never tried to sell me anything that I don't already need, and I feel like I can always trust them to keep my best interest in mind. And they are very punctual and responsive in their communications. There are so many details throughout the process that made me feel they are just amazingly professional. As one example, Max found out one of the towel hangers that I ordered have a rotating feature, which was the reason why I had the previous one removed. He made sure to point that out to me before opening the packaging so that I can still return it. Needless to say, my bath vanity top and kitchen counter top turned out amazing! Disclosure: I have never used them and can't comment on the quality of work, reliability or punctuality but I called for a quote for quartz backsplash and window sill install and the guy asked how much I was willing to pay. Communication was unprofessional. He stated he has 3 jobs next week and mine would be a distraction. These guys are really amazing. The other reviews are legit on their ability to fix cracks and chips flawlessly. They just fixed a chip in our brand new countertop. (My fault of dropping a plate on the edge :(). Everyone else said a repair wouldn't look good, but theses guys came in, and in about an hour - you can't tell it was even damaged or where it was. As previously stated by other Yelpers, i would agree that Sergei and Max are really artist at what they do. They are still here at my home right at this moment. i just needed to write because i owe them big time for what they did for me and my family today. I was in a real jam because I fired the previous installer for trying to extort more money for seriously horrible work. Even though my situation and counters were really bad and none of it was ideal, Sergei and Max saw my dilemma and decided to help me and my family. They did NOT have to do any of it and could have just walked away. But, they stayed, worked super hard to fix the problems i had with every single counter and helped us to get one step closer to living in our home again. They are not only good, but they went way above and beyond what was agreed and really stepped up to the plate. This review is not done out of guilt but from a place of gratitude. Based on my experience with horrible and flaky contractors all over this hot market in Seattle, you would be crazy if you did not hire Sergei and Max on the spot. Whatever they are charging you for your project, pay it because it will be worth it. Learn from my mistake and avoid paying twice and end up with a much higher bill than just paying it one time with Sergei and Max.
