I don't even know where to begin. Everyone we encountered here at priceless Granite was amazing! Connie, Dave and William. We decided to remodel our 2 bathrooms and our kitchen this year. Wow what a HUGE learning experience. We had a not very good experience with another granite top company for our master bathroom. So, we started asking around, as my husband does hardwood floors, and we found Connie! Connie advised that she didn't even carry the granite that we had our hearts set on. But you know what she did? She called around, found a distributor, and made it available for us. Then poor Connie had to deal with my massif anxiety due to bad experiences from past contractors. (Thank you again Connie for your patience.) So many phone calls and so many questions, she never skipped a beat or ever sounded like she was done with me. Bless her heart. One thing that was great is even though our contractor was frustrated with me asking questions and told me several times I do not need my stove "on site" for the countertops, this information was offered to me by my appliance guy Hayden at Judd & Black in Lynnwood. (oh yeah, check out his review) Hayden was sharing his knowledge of things that can go wrong and advised me to ask my granite people directly if they want the stove on site. So, I called poor Connie again and she said YES. Absolutely we would need it on site, not installed, just on site. So we made sure the gas range was on site and because of that, Dave was able to measure out a perfect job in our small kitchen. Next up is Dave. Dave came out to do the measuring. Dave is so patient, professional, kind, informative and an all-around fantastic person to work with. He too was very patient and explained every step of the process, educating me, which relieved so much of my anxiety. By the time he was done at my house, I felt 100% that I could TRUST him and the job. Now we have William, the install guy. I just wanted to squish him. He was so soft spoken, explained everything he was doing and why. Asked for my preferences along the way. Educated me to the care and the support he created for our huge 180lb sink. We had a small hiccup with one of the holes drilled for our glass cleaner ( not anything done wrong by priceless ) The plumber could not install it as it was too close to back splash and there was not enough clearance. So I called Connie to explain and Connie still had William come out the SAME DAY to insure it was able to be installed by the plumber the next day. William also pointed out the leak from the plumber. Had William not alerted us to that we would have left for the evening and had much bigger water damage to our custom cabinets and custom stained hickory hardwood floors. I can honestly say it has been YEARS since my husband and I came across good old school professionalism, authentic character and manners. Priceless Granite is it!! Fantastic team of people and we will refer them every chance we get. I wish we had more granite to do in our home. We will be back. Most of the corners have been damaged during the installation process. The crew didn't bother to tell us before they left. We walked in to see all of the damage. Talked to our sales lady they wanted to send there installation guy out to repair our sheet rock.. not sure how that would work. read more

We were pleasantly surprised by the top-notch service we received from Priceless Granite. We had gotten several bids from other granite installers, and had yet to even see a peice of granite. One installer said that once we signed up with him, we could then go to a location in Seattle and look at granite. . Feeling certain we could not afford to deal with them, we initially went to Priceless Granite simply to look at some granite and get an idea of types & styles that we liked, and where they fell in "price-wise". Needless to say, the staff there was extremely easy to work with, very patient with our lack of knowledge and wanting to understand the entire process, and they came in nearly $1000.00 less than one of the other contractors we had received a bid from. They also worked with us to get the bid to a place we were comfortable with. The purchase process was very straightforward from start to finish. I would not recommend this company. We had to have our Granite installed three times and the still didn't get it right. It started with them having our under mount sink and cutting the wrong hole. They ordered us a new sink and it is was the wrong one, we waited four days for the new sink to come in. They then replaced the piece with the sink hole and it didn't match the piece next to it. Replaced that one and it still didn't match. We finally just settled on two pieces of granite next to each other that don't match. The PM and the General Manager would not return phone calls or emails. It took five weeks to get the granite installed and it is not good quality. Every time they came back we had a huge mess to clean up. Overall a terrible experience, bad service, not responsive and a poor quality end product. read more

We used Priceless Granite for the counter tops in our kitchen remodel. They did an excellent job. We shopped all the granite places in Seattle but some won't even quote prices without a contractor. At Priceless they told us the installed price with no hesitation. They also charge only for the amount you need - no full slab price, etc. Their selection is not the largest but they had some very unique pieces we didn't see anywhere else. We choose contrasting material for the island and the perimeter cabinets. After they did the template, they cut it out of Mylar or similar material then tape it to the slab. You can then see the pattern and the grain and move the template to get just the effect you want. They made a back splash behind our range that matched the island. We got to choose the section of the slab with exactly the effect we wanted. It looks like a piece of art. They installed two sinks for us. The main sink is a large double bowl stainless steel that we purchased through Priceless. It is top quality and very competitively price. The prep sink is free form which we supplied. Both are under mount and the openings were perfect. Everything is laser cut at their shop. Our island has a significant overhang and no corbels. Priceless told us what we needed and recommend that we go to the local steel supplier instead of buying through them. That saved a significant amount. The installation crew was great. Priceless does all of their own installations. Our island was a single piece weighing over 1300 pounds. Our house is a split level so it had to come up 7 stairs. Three crews showed up to get the slab into place. Most of the guys then left for other jobs and two spent the balance of the day finishing ours. A small point is that they wore company logo shits and looked as professional as they acted. We had a small problem because one of our cabinet doors was not installed. When the door came, there was interference with the counter top. I called and Priceless was out the next day and took care of the problem, no charge. We would definitely use Priceless Granite again and not hesitate recommending them. read more

Granite piece is very nice but the sink they installed detached from the granite six years later. They wanted to charge me to come out and fix it. I think that they should have come out and fixed it at no charge. I don't believe this should happen if it was installed correctly from the beginning. read more

On a Saturday afternoon I came home to find my kitchen sink had separated from my granite countertop and fallen into the cabinet below. I called Priceless Granite, the original installers 8 years prior, on Monday morning and they had someone out to fix my sink at 11:30 that same day. Very satisfied! read more

We had been to many granite places before going to Priceless Granite and wished we had gone there first. Their sales person, Connie, was pleasant and very easy to work with. We had told her what our budget was and steered us towards stone that would keep us in the right range. She even offered up some advice as far as a backsplash to help keep our costs down. I thought the office people were nice but I can say that what they did for my parents was totally unacceptable. My parents went on vacation while their kitchen was being remodeled and when they came back they found that the installers for Priceless had installed a 3 cm slab butted up to a 2 cm slab in the corner where there was a seam. Apparently a piece had broken and the Priceless installers were out of the same granite in 3 cm so without asking they just installed a 2 cm piece. It is quite noticeable. We went with a different granite company on our kitchen remodel and I mentioned this and they couldn't believe that Priceless thought this was an acceptable install. I would say that they don't care as much as the nice people in their office would lead you to believe. read more

I do not recommend this company. The granite installation was horrible! The counters were not level, they weren't fit to the walls. There was a gap between the wall and granite big enough for me to stick my finger in. They cut the soap dispenser hole too big and didn't offer to fix it. The seam had a bulge on the edge, we had to ask them to fix. The over hang on all the edges we not equal. Then....a couple weeks later the undermount sink fell off the counter! Thank goodness I have a handy husband that could fix it. The gal in the office is great, that's why we chose the place, she pays attention to details, but unfortunately one of the installers has no clue. The manager has not given us any regard to compensating us for a job very poorly done. Don't choose Priceless Granite. read more
