Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks great, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down! read more

We went to Integrity for our countertops after finding them on yelp and their great reviews. Alas, we had the same experience as others- it was fantastic! Jenna who works in the showroom was really helpful with our indecisiveness on color and our requests for tons of different quotes in colors. She was really helpful and answered all the silly questions we had! Mike came out to measure everything and we was right on time, quick and thorough. The team who came out for install was really nice and very professional. The guys laid down a cover to make sure they wouldn't get anything on our new floors. They were really thorough and finished in about 2.5 hours. When they left, I was surprised how much they cleaned up. We have been dealing with lots of contractors and they cleaned out perfectly after themselves and made sure the countertops were pristine as well. With the personal attention we experienced, we felt comfortable working with Integrity Stonework. Here are the highlights of our experience: Itemized and detailed pricing allowed us to save some money by doing the demolition work ourselves. They encouraged us to visit the manufacturer's showroom located in Georgetown to check the actual slabs of quartzite countertop materials we were considering. And we are glad that we made this trip. Highly recommend you do the same. We appreciate their extra attention not to make any mess and/or damage to the inside of our property by laying out tarps and other cloth on their paths into the house. We were in the market for new countertops as we re-did our entire kitchen. We searched around online as well as talked to other people who've recently gotten new countertops. We looked into price as well as reputation of all the places and Integrity Stonework made the short list. We decided to go with them ultimately because of their emphasis on customer service and quality and I'm so glad we did. Before we even put down a deposit they invited us to their showroom where we could look at the options in person. Mike even had us out to their warehouse to see the exact countertop (quartz misterio) and their process for matching up two pieces together (which we were going to need because we have an 11' island). We were ultimately sold but were behind on the project so wouldn't actually need them out for another month or more. Jenna made sure to keep reaching out to us to see where we were at in the process and did a great job outlining next steps. When it finally came time Mike, him and Jenna are the business owners, came out to do the templating and we scheduled the install for a week and half after that. On install day he and his team member installed most of the countertops but quickly informed me that our new island cabinets weren't level and thus gave me a couple options to remedy this. Shortly after, he then informed me that both of the original options he gave wouldn't be the best option and we should just get our contractor to come and level out the cabinets and he would be back to install the countertop. Mike was then back out installing the island countertops later that next week. Overall the quality of our countertops are great and the customer service was top notch. Like many other Yelp reviewers for Integrity, we were drawn to them by their superb reviews. Today Integrity completed the kitchen counter installation, and we are thrilled with the results! We first visited the showroom on a Saturday in May. Jenna, co-owner of Integrity, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered every question we had. Over the next few weeks, we shopped for slabs at wholesale-only warehouses in Georgetown. When we needed pricing on some perspective slabs, Jenna got back to us right away with a quote. Price-wise, Integrity's quote was competitive with two other bids. But given how responsive and knowledgeable Jenna had been over the weeks, plus all the great Yelp reviews, we chose to go with Integrity. It took us from late May to today to get the kitchen ready (the long lead time was solely on our end because of how slow we were remodeling- nothing to do with Integrity turnaround time), but during the long gap in time, we had some questions that came up. Jenna and Mike (her husband and the craftsman) continued to get right back to us when we had questions. When we were ready for templating, the process went smoothly. We were really particular of choosing where exactly to cut the slabs, so we were able to have a Go To Meeting call with Mike where he showed us in real time on the screen where exactly we can cut the slabs- this was an awesome experience and a must-have for those who really want to control and pinpoint the layouts. And when installation day arrived today, it went as smooth as everything else. Mike's crew was professional and detail oriented. But most importantly, the cuts and counter setting went perfectly. Our walls are not straight, so they were able to finesse and make cuts and contours to get the counter edges to match really tight to the wall imperfections- that is craftsmanship!! We have a pleasant experience using the service from Integrity Stonework to install quartz countertop. Jenna was super helpful from the moment I entered the store until after the work was completed. Their installers were very professional, did an amazing job, and clean up very well afterward. We ran into minor issue where one of the faucets somehow didn't fit the hole, but the workers came back late night to fix the issue. We're super happy with the quartz countertops we had installed by Mike and his team. From the time we walked into the showroom and started look at samples with Ruth, to when the team showed up to do the demo and install, everything was handled very professionally. Ruth was able to walk us through the process, explain the different options in the materials, sinks, finishing edges, etc. We had all of the countertops replaced in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms, so we really appreciated the speed and courtesy that the installed team showed. We found this place through Yelp ratings and we were NOT disappointed. Mike and Jenna are very nice people who obviously care a great deal about service and customer satisfaction. We had them convert the old tile counter tops in all of our bathrooms to quartz. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. The quality of work is outstanding. I am pretty picky and was amazed at the quality of the fabrication and installation of our new counters. Everything moved like clockwork - they not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. The installer decided HE was not happy with a back splash piece and told my wife he was heading back to the shop to fabricate a new one. He came back later that day to install the replacement piece. The funny thing is that we didn't even have time to see the piece that did not fit HIS standards- he called it out on his own - who does that these days?? We were extremely pleased with the entire process of getting new kitchen counter tops through Integrity Stonework. Jenna was so easy (and enjoyable) to work with in helping us select and secure materials from several of the stone yards in downtown Seattle. She quickly got back to us with pricing so we could shop further and make our final decision. She was not bothered in the least as we changed our minds several times (or at least she didn't show it!) after reviewing the pricing and finding other options on our subsequent visits to the slab yards. Mike was equally easy and enjoyable to work with. He was very open to our suggestions about seams and pattern placement for our very large counter tops areas. We have only one major seam and it is well-disguised with pattern matching. He has a great eye for detail and pattern flow and was very patient with us as we came to review his proposed pattern layout. He and his crew were very professional during the install and did a fantastic job leaving everything clean. There was one very small area where they missed caulking on the back side of a backsplash and they came out promptly to take care of it. We cannot recommend this company highly enough! We were referred to Mike and Jenna by our neighbors who were also highly satisfied with the job they did. We heard about them from two custom cabinet shops and decided to check them out. We got a bid from them and and was impressed with the degree of transparency I saw. From the detail they provided I could see that there was enough material in the 2 slabs that I would have to do 2 more bathrooms, so I added them to the project. I are easy and straight forward to work with. The prices they quoted were reasonable and supported in the detail of their bid. Right at the beginning of our project the pandemic shut down occurred and they were able to get the material we wanted and held it until we could use it. Holy smokes - I don't even know how to describe how awesome and easy it was to work with Jenna and Mike. We popped by their showroom one Saturday just to look at quartz options, and they let us take home a few samples to see how the light would work with them in our kitchen. One thing leads to another, and oops - we had the samples for over a week! I felt terrible, but they were SO nice about it. We chose a sample we loved, and took some measurements of our countertops. Jenna had a quote to me within a few hours (hours, not days!) and we scheduled Mike to come out and do his measurements the next week. A week and a half later the countertops were ready to go, and we scheduled installation. Due to some severe pregnancy brain, I had completely forgotten to order some brackets that I had said I would, but Jenna couldn't have been nicer and got it taken care. Installation was so easy to schedule, and Mike and his coworker were beyond courteous and left the house spotless - you couldn't even tell they had been trekking back and forth from their truck into the house for a good chunk of the afternoon. The countertops look amazing! I could go on and on about how much they rock. They have been the most responsive, easiest contractors I've ever dealt with, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
