Everything went very well from start to completion of job. Zack found us the perfect granite slabs. Chris and his installation crew did an amazing job. He had some challenges with unlevel cabinets but he did a great job. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them. Gene and Lorrie S. read more

Nice selection of countertops and materials. They also have lots of scraps to pick from for a good savings for remodeling my bathroom. Only two sinks available: a round, deep shape and a rectangle shape. I picked my counter and the round sink. Hanna (assist. Mgr.) suggested the rectangle but I needed round--she took notes. Later, Hanna (Assist. Mgr.) tried to talk my daughter and I into the rectangle. I was firm with my round choice. My contractor picked up the materials and installed them in the bathroom. Guess what I got!!! Yep, as new and pretty as my new bathroom is, I ended up with that damned rectangle sink which I am stuck with forever. I was really careful about this, but she got me! read more

We are very pleased with our countertops from Devine countertops! Chris, Jake, and Ivan all came and did all the work in a very timely manner! They did a great job, and cleaned everything when they were finished! Hannah was very helpful in helping us with the whole process. Also, they were very reasonably priced! Really worth every dollar, and the whole experience was flawless. Highly recommended! read more

Contractor for 25 years...new homes and remodels. Had Devine install my counters in a new home in mid-2022. They mis-measured for my slab backsplash and had to use another slab i had purchased intended for a fireplace surround. No offer to reimburse. Then drilled the three sink faucet holes--one hole 5 inches from center hole, one hole 6 inches. Yikes. I was relieved when their work phase was done. Fast forward to this weekend, when the undermount sink dropped out of the countertop, damaging the plumbing below. I have never seen this happen in my entire career. Improper adhesive and no sink clips. I recall they had management changes and maybe I caught them at a bad time. Contracting is an imperfect profession. At the very least, if you hire Devine, insist on sink clips! read more

Based on all the good reviews I'm shocked how poorly the process went with Devine Countertops. They struggled to communicate information between teams and made major mistakes at every part of the process. The install was rushed, sink installed incorrectly until I asked them to fix, the whole slab is twisted and not correctly placed on the cabinets. If you are reading this please, please don't use these guys it was a nightmare start to finish. Didn't bother to over a discount. If you are the owner reading this your whole team all the way from Todd, Vlad, Chris down was completely incompetent. They lost you money on this job by having to buy an extra slab too because the wrong counter finish made it all the way through their cutting process. They couldn't care less about the client or the work they do. read more

No project goes perfectly at our house, but when something comes up, we were grateful to work with Devine Countertops. Chelsea, as Sales, worked with us for questions and support through the project. Removal of old countertops and skillfully install new quartz countertops are professional, demonstrating respect for us as homeowners and for our property. Referral for plumbing services was coordinated and excellent choice. We are so happy with the completed project. We highly recommend Devine Countertops, Bellingham Wa. There were no surprises with quote and final bill. We are very happy with our choice. read more

We are very pleased with all aspects of the job Devine Countertops did for us in replacing our kitchen countertops. My wife and I were not experienced in this type of remodel. The front office sales staff were outstanding in listening to us and then walking us through the entire process and helping us order the countertops and sink that would meet our needs. They helped us coordinate the tearout and installation of not only the countertops, but also the appliances and the requisite plumbing. Coordinating all this is a complex and potentially disruptive process for the homeowner. When they had a glitch in the delivery to them of the quartz slabs, that threatened to disrupt our scheduled tearout and installation dates, the owner went out of his way and absorbed some additional expense to get it done as scheduled. The countertops are beautiful, the fit is precise, and the seam is nearly invisible. The cost to us was reasonable and competitive. This is a very professional team. Highly recommended. read more

We had Devine install both quartz countertops in our kitchen remodel and luxury vinyl plank throughout our downstairs (1,000 sq. ft). The countertops are fine, I don't have issues with that. The flooring installation process was frustrating and after almost 2 months, we still don't have all the issues resolved. Communication is slow and frustrating. I would not recommend working with Devine. read more

They did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Due to water damage, we had to tear out our entire kitchen. Devine was able to replace the cabinets, tile, and countertops. We even added a vanity and a 'tub-to-shower remodel'. Pricing, service, and quality were top-notch. We went to about five other locations before landing at Devine and chose them based on careful review, comparison, and local recommendations. My wife is finally in love with our home again... Don't wait for a water leak to upgrade! read more

Ordered laundry room quartz counters from them and it went well, with the exception that they showed up with the wrong sink the day of installation. I didn't want to have to wait for another day, so I accepted the sink they brought. Went back to get bathroom counters several months later. I was notified the install would be the following day, so took the day off work and waited all day; no one came. Left a voicemail after hours that night and was told the next day by Alice that they called me but I never answered. That was not true as I was just sitting there waiting for them and never received or missed any calls. They installed and a few days later, I installed the faucet and found that due to a chip in the sink, it was leaking. It took several calls because for whatever reason, they couldn't understand that there was a chip and the sink needed replaced. They finally sent someone to replace the sink. After they left, I then saw that when the removed the sink, the chipped the quartz! A few more calls to get that resolved. I thought everything was fine at that point, until about 6 months later, I got a call demanding payment of a past due balance. I did understand that balance was due upon completion of the job, however, I never received a final invoice or request for payment; I had assumed they charged the card I used for the deposit. The misunderstanding would not have been a big deal except I had deal with so much aggravation getting the installation issues resolved and then had Alice telling me they had called me several times asking for payment, which was entirely untrue. I told her perhaps they were calling the wrong number, but I had no calls or messages from them in the months since the install had been completed. Then she said they couldn't email me because they didn't have my email address, yet I searched my email and found SEVEN times where she and I had corresponded via email. I asked her to send me the invoice as I intended to follow up with the owner, but I did forget to follow up. When the owner emailed me a demand for payment and threat of collections, I emailed him a recount of the terrible customer service experience I'd had. I got two emails back telling me that Alice said I was "hostile" to her and continued accusations of ignoring their calls, etc. I remitted payment for what I contractually owed but a little customer service training would go a long way... for all of them. Nothing like blaming a customer repeatedly. Never again. read more

One year later after Devine installed our Carrera Marble countertops we have learned so much. When they originally installed they did a horrible job with the seam. Glue showing in several spots. We had one of their guys come out right after to see if they could do something about it and they said no...just happens sometimes they said. We had someone come out and come to find out this was not a good install and they should have fixed the problem. Live and learn... read more

Would give them zero stars if I could. Did not fix our countertop like they promised (we kept all the notes and exchanged emails). They did try to fix the crack on our island surface, but the surface issue still existed either due to their inexperience personnel or lack of trying. Finally, after a year, we got sick of them, researched and found a reliable place that could fix Devine countertop quality problem. Our kitchen island is not looking as we expected and we did have to pay for the fix on our own. No Thanks to Devine Countertops! read more

Sheri, Todd, and Alberta are amazing. Always cordial and they know their stuff. Even during these tough COVID19 times, we have navigated through getting lighting, flooring, countertops all agreed upon in a very short amount of time. So far so good. In these days of long expected wait times for delivery of everything you need to remodel a kitchen, Devine was extraordinary. We chose the lowest price cabinets and countertops that Devine offers, and they are both excellent. The cabinets are well built and lovely and the quartz is beautiful. Even their one mistake (they built and delivered the wrong color cabinets) was immediately and graciously corrected. Everyone we dealt with were pleasant and professional. The countertop installers were absolutely delightful young men who brainstormed and solved problems like they were doing the work for their own homes. We are so happy with our new kitchen, thanks to Devine and Common Cents Remodeling and Painting. read more

Update on my kitchen. Todd came back with a great quote on my countertops. I have ordered a slab of some gorgeous quartz. The quote came back completely reasonable. About $1000 less than I expected for the product I was getting. I have found out that the price of quartz has come down in recent years. I will update after the install. read more

The crew at Devine are professional, punctual and precise about their work. They replaced our dated and shabby laminate counters and dark and dingy backsplash with wonderful bright quartz and a tile backsplash all within one week and their price was way below their competitors.
