This refrigerator recently died and we have bought a replacement elsewhere. On removing the refrigerator, it was discovered that the required anchor anti-tip bolts were never attached! And the installers also broke a back foot! As this refrigerator was top heavy, these anchor bolts are required for safety reasons! And probably the lack of anchoring might have shorted the lifespan of this refrigerator as it began to sit uneven and felt more wobbly over time. It is our suggestion that Ferguson contact all owners that have purchased built-in appliances that require anchor bolts and have them inspected. They can fall over causing severe damage, and could hurt someone. And finally, if we had to design our kitchen over again, we would never do built-in appliances ever again. They look good. But, they are not worth it!

Although he'd never seen one before he called around to the manufacturer of the product and said "wait a minute, says I have one available". Got off the phone and walked to where they may have been located and found 4. I bought 2 so that I'd have a back up. I highly recommend these guys, they not only had my part but if not they were determined to find it and order if possible. This is not a final destination point after all else fails. This is a beginning to an end. It's here if you can't find it then move on. But as unusual as this part was I'll bet they find yours!! Thanks Phil and others for your tremendous service!!

One of the boxes arrived completely destroyed and contained random parts from three different systems. We contacted customer service immediately and made multiple calls over the span of two months -- often waiting on hold for hours -- and were repeatedly assured the issue would be resolved. After all that wasted time and effort, we were told that the only option was to disassemble everything and return the items for a refund -- as if they were doing us a favor. By that point, the units were partially assembled and the boxes were long gone, which any reasonable customer would expect not to need anymore. They refused to reimburse us for the packaging or offer any alternative solution. Given the amount of time we already spent trying to resolve this issue, the company should have issued a full refund without requiring further inconvenience. Instead, they asked us to spend even more time disassembling the product and arranging shipment, which shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time and effort. Disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Stay far away from this company.

I hate doing phone orders because they take a long time and can be confusing and frustrating but I hung up smiling. I think it was one of the best experiences I've had ordering over the phone, he didn't rush me and was friendly. If his professionalism carries into the store, I'm sure its a five star place to shop too.

I finally drove 30 minutes to the store on a Thursday to get an appointment. Sara was there and had an excuse, saying she was going to call me on Monday. Ummm... too busy to look at the scheduling calendar, make a call and get a date on the calendar with a client? Dale came to measure and sent a proposal that afternoon. After looking at the proposal, I noticed they had used my sister-in-law's address in Seattle as the ship to/install. I'm in Skagit County. I wrote back to Dale, copying Sara, asking them to switch the address to mine. Dale said he would, but that it would change the sales tax amount. Unsure why that would be an issue as it would come out in my favor... Skagit county sales tax is much less than King County. I am yet to receive the revised proposal even though I have called a few times requesting that it be done. Has been one month since Dale measured for carpeting. I can't imagine they are so busy that they can't get into a proposal and change the address and resend it in an email to me. The dismissive behavior by Sara and lack of follow up on both their parts has me incredibly disappointed. I will never shop at Great floors in Burlington. I suggest you don't either. Yes they can give you great prices but I don't think it's worth it in the long run. Many other places have wonderful flooring in the area and they can come very close to their prices.

Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

They were a pleasure working with from selecting the stone in the office, measuring our kitchen, to installing. We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. Installation was quick and easy. We're very happy we went with Integrity.

The house has lots of character and many custom elements, including wood trim from native trees. As such, we needed to find a contractor who respected and appreciated the craftsmanship and who would make an extra effort to retain the high quality and look. Our first major project was to transform a tiny powder room into a 3-piece bath with shower. After interviewing several contractors, we decided to go with Cameron and Bigfoot Builders. He was extremely detailed in his project scope and pricing. He was also the only one with an online website which was customized for our project and where we could check on timeline, progress, change orders, etc. Working with Cameron was very easy. He took 360 degree photos and translated them into a diagram that showed the amount of space we had and what could be done with it. Since we had a large closet on the other side of the wall with the sink, he proposed that we utilize some of that space for the shower, while keeping the remainder of the space as a very usable clothes closet with shelves. Timing was a bit delayed, but not due to their work. Being on an island has its challenges and the ferry accessing Guemes was out for 6 weeks so, by the time we could actually get started, it was well into peak season and we had to work with each subcontractor (electrician, plumber, tile, etc) as they became available. Cameron was really good at communicating dates of availability and trying to move things up when he could. Each of the subs did exceptional work, so no complaints there. Cameron worked with us with the colors and materials and offered valuable input. The result is very functional and high quality, maintaining the craftsmanship and look of the rest of the house. The materials allowance included in the estimate was generous, unlike many contractors who try to keep those costs minimal. Cameron understood what the desired final look would be and was able to procure high quality materials. He even had an extra tall custom shower door built rather than a standard off the shelf door so the look would be more cohesive. The shower door will be installed today and I am looking forward to the final, finished look. The bath is situated between a bedroom and media room and really looks like it is an ensuite to the bedroom. It does not look like an add-on. I can't say enough about the high quality work that the Bigfoot team does. Kyle, who was working hard the whole project, did exceptional work, even according to the other subs. He framed out the shower stall perfectly, so perfectly that the man who came to take the shower door measurements had to take them three times because he could not believe how perfectly the job was done. He told me that "they could have just sent me the measurements and saved me a ferry ride". The entire Bigfoot team is a pleasure to work with. Everyone is pleasant, respectful, and eager to please. This is such a welcome departure from other contractors that I have worked with. Even smaller, miscellaneous tasks like a sliding door lock (which my husband mangled) were done with cheerfulness and attention to detail. This company has upped the bar for their competition. I will be doing other projects with them.
