The house is 55 years old and had been neglected, if not quite abused. I took the second option, and it was a great decision. My garage may well be the best room in the house now! Rudy messaged me back almost immediately when I put in a request for a bid, showed up the next day with two guys, and spent a good 45 minutes going over the job with me and getting input from them as well. He asks a lot of really good questions to make sure everyone is on the same page. He started about a week later, and worked diligently for 3 days. He showed up when he said he would, and repeatedly asked me to come look at what he'd done to see if it was okay or if I wanted anything different. His communication is stellar, as is his work ethic and the work itself. Plus, he is really a nice person and a pleasure to have around. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
