Spent $71,000 with this company to renovate 2 bathrooms, install flooring, build stairs to the loft…read moreand basement as well as drywall. All the bathroom tiles are chipped as they used an electric tool to clean out mortar that they didn't do when initially setting the tile. There is improper drywall installation and there is already water damage in one of the bathrooms. They want to charge me to fix their faulty workmanship! Not to mention they agreed to a number to also include replacing a door with a window and they didn't even complete the work. They just decided to ghost me and leave the project incomplete. They want me to PAY them to correct the work they should have done right in the first place. The photos are what they consider complete and adequate work.
