Our condo association has had Josh for the last two years to clean gutters and windows . 15 days after the gutters were completed I told him that all are still not cleaned out and spilling over and he wanted to charge us a service charge to come back. We had Justin of JD PRO come and clean the roof and gutters of our home and garage, and do a moss treatment to prevent buildup. He did an excellent job and was very professional. It was nice to actually have someone return a call, show up when they said they would, and do a fantastic job! He was friendly, polite, and cleaned everything up after he was done. We will certainly have him come back on a yearly basis to clean the gutters and maintain the roof treatment. in fact, we are going to have him come back to pressure wash the parking area and patio, as he does pressure washing too! Outstanding job! On day one of searching for someone to clean our gutters we called ten different companies and no one picked up. No one even called us back. We were a bit frustrated and dug a bit more and found JD Pro. He was on someone's roof, but called us back within ten minutes and had an appointment set to come out in less than a week. Wow, amazing job! I called JD Pro to help clean my windows. I have been trying to get them clean since construction was complete a year and half ago. I just couldn't get rid of the streaks. The power washing done by JD Pro was phenomenal and I'm amazed how my house siding literally looks brand new. My vinyl siding is twenty years old and I'm amazed how Justin was able to get so much of the mold and debris off and make it shine. He is very meticulous and cleans up as he goes, so it doesn't look like a warzone during the cleaning too. Afterwards, he cleaned the windows and put my furniture in the front and back yard exactly where it was before. He even cleaned my light fixtures around the garage and cleaned off my porch railings too. The whole process from contacting JD Pro through the completion of the job was performed extremely professional and of such high caliber. The owner is friendly, respectful, honest and has an excellent work ethic. I trusted his work and felt comfortable having him at our home all day. Justin was quick, efficient, and in my opinion went above and beyond! I was selling my house and needed the windows cleaned and gutters and downspouts cleaned out. Justin's quote was in line with the others, and I accepted his bid. He was able to do the work within a couple of days of the acceptance, and that helped greatly, given the accelerated sales schedule. One of the things that needed to be done with the home sale was to remove security cameras and associated wires, some of which were way up there, and since these were near the gutters and I knew that Justin would be up there to clean the gutters, I asked him to do that removal too. As a person that is new to the PNW, I did not know you needed to get moss cleaned off your roof. When we bought the house, our realtor stated that we needed to get it cleaned in the next year. Well, this is the next year and searched for someone to do the job. I contacted three companies, and JD Pro came back to the quickest and answered all of my questions without hesitation. JD quoted a price, but since I did not know how long it had been since the last cleaning, it could vary slightly. I had an appointment at 10:00, but the technician did not show up until almost noon. I took it as my house has steep angles and it had been raining, and it was a safety issue. When the technician arrived, he was very pleasant and went to work. Five hours later he was done, and I asked him when he thought it was done last. He estimated it was about five years. I then asked him more questions as I am new to it and he answered all of my questions. Knowing the importance of having a clean roof and gutter system now, it will be a yearly task. read more
