He quickly submitted a detailed quote including everything he'd do, including cleaning not only my exterior windows but the screens, frames, and sills as well, but also answered my multiple follow-up questions too. After reviewing other quotes, I hired Nathan and set up an appointment a few days later. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job on my windows! I don't even think I realized how dirty those darned windows were, but the difference was impressive. I was so impressed with Nathan that I booked him for next weekend to come clean my roof. Oh, and his prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

The day before the cleaning, the owner contacted me, asking if the cleaning could be done a little later in the day. I agreed to this. Then the owner contacted me again, asking to do the cleaning at the original time. I was amenable to that. The morning of the scheduled cleaning, the owner texted me saying they wouldn't be able to do the cleaning until later in the month. What a joke! I obviously do not recommend this business.

NOW we're faced with having to repaint our exterior and interior home after only a few years -- a cost we shouldn't have to bear so soon after the previous poorly done paint jobs. While working inside, the staff took their shoes off and were very quiet and respectful of our home. The pictures provided once a job was finished helped greatly. As a customer having a window cleaning, go ahead and have the frames inside and out cleaned. The dirt accumulated on the frame is worth eliminating up front. There is no question that I would use the service again. The gutters and windows looked like new when the job was finished.

We were able to schedule our roof replacement when we wanted to get it done and the job was completed in just two days. We were impressed that it was such a quick and smooth process. After our roof was done, our gutters just took one day to replace.. so in total, it only took 3 days to get a brand new roof and gutters! Also, throughout the entire process, Elijah (the project manager?) kept us updated on how things were going and was also easily reachable for any questions we had. We appreciated the good communication! My only minor "complaint" would be that the cleanup after the job being done wasn't 100%. There were a few scraps and caution tape leftover from the roof job, and then a large ladder was left from the gutter job. However, and more importantly, it was still a job very well done and we are happy with how things turned out. I would recommend NearMe if you are looking to get a roof or gutter replacement!
