How refreshing. My husband was impressed how thorough he was to detail.. To cap it off he did an incredible job cleaning and repairing our gutters and just as he was finishing at dusk my neighbor stopped by to ask for an estimate. He walked over, accessed the problem and said "you just need an additional downspout." I could put that on for you tonight before the storm hits. What a terrific guy!!! Who does that anymore? Thanks Hugo!

I contacted this company to address a single noisy downspout. I received multiple quotes, and…read moretheirs was by far the highest -- more than three times what other companies quoted. They provided two separate estimates: one for the noisy downspout and another for a basic cleaning. When I asked why the estimate for the downspout was so high, I received a text from the estimator, Evan, saying that I was "not the right fit" for the company, complete with a smiley face emoji. The interaction came across as very passive-aggressive. I then attempted to schedule ONLY the basic cleaning (a separate estimate), because the project manager had not indicated that I was not allowed to do so, and I continued to receive automated reminders via text and email to schedule it. Then, Evan followed up with a passive-aggressive email, also complete with a smiley face emoji, continuing the interaction unnecessarily. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
