When estimate appointments are made the homeowner has to rearrange their schedule to meet the estimator, as well. Somewhere around 2:00 p.m. after we had heard nothing back, I called Precision Painting. A male answered the phone. I explained that an appointment had been made for 9:00 a.m. , that no one had shown up, and we had left a message on his voicemail, at 9:30 a.m., there was silence in response. After saying "Are you there?" a couple of times, there was a dial tone. Then, at about 2:22 p.m. I received a text asking if I receive texts. I replied, yes. He sent a message that 'Ok sorry my phone is not letting me talk or hear.' Yet, when I had called him he responded to my speaking and I heard him speaking. He sent another text 'I got caught up on a job... and wasn't able to call.' then asked if we could reschedule. All this made me feel uncomfortable about hiring this company for a job, so I politely responded "no thank you." to which he responded, about an hour later, 'Stop wasting my time' The whole experience was highly unprofessional.
