This is clearly a professional and courteous operation if they were willing to help me repair the window over the phone rather than send someone out to do it and charge me for the service. He said the panel could be repaired and quickly took care of the repair. He also serviced both doors and one opener to make sure they were working properly. I got the single bore digital lock to install on the door and delivered it to the shop and notified everyone involved that it is the lock to bore the door for, weeks before the door was machined. I received the door with a double bore? I called Mike and he said "We are not doing one more thing for you". "Do you want everything for free?" Along with some other insults. He was defensive, didn't own the mistake, defiant, combative, abrasive and indignant.

They had been waiting for a document and it took him two weeks to realize he didn't have it (though I had sent it within minutes of getting off the phone with him). He then laughed when I asked why he felt it was appropriate to just let an order sit for two weeks on his desk. So I asked if there was anything he could do (maybe call the manufacturer) to speed the process up since he just wasted two weeks when he KNEW my contractor was planning things around these doors and windows being delivered. Then once the products arrived he called 3-4 times while I was working so I couldn't answer. I asked my husband to call him to see what the emergency was. He had been calling asking for the delivery address and then laughed when my husband called to say "oh, nevermind, it was in the file." And then we move on to delivery. What a joke. They never call back and when they do, though the delivery address is literally less than a mile from them, they only offer two days a week and the guy in charge of that doesn't call back, so better hope you catch him when you call. And when we did finally get it scheduled, they said "oh, you need to have people there to help us unload" I have NEVER had a company tell me that. It seems like a HUGE liability on their part, if someone gets hurt helping them unload a French door, that's not great for their business. If you've gotten this far, do yourself a favor and literally order from anyone but this business. They clearly give exactly ZERO f*%#ks about customers and though they seem like the only game in town, you can order from DUNN or other retailers. ANYONE would be better than dealing with this.

I don't even think I realized how dirty those darned windows were, but the difference was impressive. I was so impressed with Nathan that I booked him for next weekend to come clean my roof. Rich was fantastic in assisting us to choose the right hardwood when we were tearing out OLD, WORN carpet that had 42 year old pet stains. Rich met with us onsite, at several different vendors' locations. He also contacted some showrooms so we were greeted by the owners who knew in advance what was recommended for our installation. There was never pressure to make a decision. His proposal was accurate and he was always on time for any appointments we set up. When the hardwood was delivered a month early, to allow the wood to acclimate to the temperature and humidity in our home, it was stacked too tightly, so Rich came himself and moved the huge amount of boxed Cumaru around in our room so it would have room to 'air' and adjust to the environment for that month. Our installation was perfect. The red oak living room floor was in poor shape. Rich finished and stained the oak floor so the stain was close in color to the new Cumaru and the two different woods look beautiful next to each other. I can't say enough nice things about the experience we had with Rich Callison. I offered him permission to give out my personal phone number if someone wants to ask me questions, first hand. He is a gentleman and a true craftsman. My home feels like walking into a showroom now.
