The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

We literally stumbled across Stone Pros while parked in downtown Everett, using Yelp to find something nearby, after our initial venture didn't pan through. We met with Ryan, who was extremely nice, and showed us around with what our options were, including remnants and full pieces. We almost immediately found a remnant that was exactly what we were looking for. We finished our shopping experience with Amanda, who clearly knew her stuff. She could name any stone and any manufacturer with a quick glimpse at a photo. We picked up our countertop today, and we could not be more happy. We also went with one of their sinks. Still have to finish the backsplash, but this is our progress so far. The quality is unsurpassed by anything you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. The price was much lower than we expected to pay. They offer full service, or do it yourself, and are very upfront with the prices about both. We will definitely be going back to Stone Pros from now on. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. Stone Pros worked hard to fit in our small bathroom project into a busy schedule right before the Thanksgiving holiday, which helped us meet a tight timeline on our side. Then, after some mixups, they made sure we didn't bear any extra cost and still got our project done on time. They even made two separate trips down to Seattle with the finished pieces to make sure we had everything on our schedule. Jose came out and enthusiastically reassured us that replacing the flooring (sadly was remodeled in the 1970's by the previous owners and the original floors were utterly destroyed) was definitely possible without requiring that we move out of the house and that they could get the job done in 3-5 days. It took two days, one day for the demolition and one day for putting down the flooring. Francisco did all of the demolition himself and was such a pleasure to work with. The rest of the team joined Francisco the next day to finish the job...in two days!! And the price was less than the estimate! We thought a shut off valve had been covered by the flooring, but it turned out the installer had done skilled craftmanship to cover the valve while still leaving easy access to it. Only two sinks available: a round, deep shape and a rectangle shape. I picked my counter and the round sink. Hanna (assist. Mgr.) suggested the rectangle but I needed round--she took notes. Later, Hanna (Assist. Mgr.) tried to talk my daughter and I into the rectangle. I was firm with my round choice. My contractor picked up the materials and installed them in the bathroom. Guess what I got!!! Yep, as new and pretty as my new bathroom is, I ended up with that damned rectangle sink which I am stuck with forever. I was really careful about this, but she got me!
