C A Landscape does a very good job with their landscaping services. I do know they offer a lot of other services besides just landscaping but I've only used them to cut back some trees that were growing over my roof and then for routine yard care. The owner is very kind and always quick to schedule and get a job done. I truthfully thought that my yard would not look as good as it did after I came home and saw it. The edging of the grass, the weeding, and everything in between is done with care and looks very sharp. The only downfall is communication is hard. Not sure if he is very busy with lots of work, or if it just takes a while but through texting it can take a bit to hear back. I'm willing to allow this because this company does such great work. read more

I am very happy with the work done by CA Landscaping. They chabged our almost useless back yard to a beautiful and perfect place for my son to play on. The quote was promptly provided (on the same day I contacted) and the overall price was reasonable. Their crew were nice and worked diligently. What we did - building a new retaining wall to make the yard flat and putting artificial turf, cutting a couple of big trees, fence repairs and painting, overall yard cleaning, and power wash. All the work was great and done quickly - only the cleaning did have some room to improve as they missed some details. Overall, I am very happy with CA and highly recommend them! read more

Cirinio and his crew did a great job on our backyard project. I highly recommend. They cleaned up the area well, put in synthetic turf, planted 25+ emerald green arbovitae, and covered the remaining area with fabric and bark. They were very responsive to our requests and flexible. The crew was also easy to work with. They came in on time as we expected and I didn't have to chase them down or bug them at any point. They got the job done on time just as we expected. The costs was very reasonable as well. For different additions we wanted to make to original work statement, I never felt that these guys overcharged me. read more

Cirino and his team recently wrapped up a pretty big project for us. They built up a retaining wall, leveled what was a 3-4 foot slope, built a fence and gates, and installed a very large paver patio with led lighting under the steps. I really appreciated that the crew was very respectful of our property and tidied up their work site every day for the three weeks they were here working. The stone work was very well done and Cirino was helpful in selecting stones that matched what we wanted. He even suggested the darker border stones which look fantastic. We did have some communication challenges, but they were pretty minor, and Cirino checked into the job site nearly everyday and frequently touched base to confirm certain details. We are thrilled with the work and couldn't recommend them enough. read more

He came out to inspect the property and review our wish list, which included extensive landscaping cleanup and installation of a walkway. He then sent me a written estimate. We considered all this to be very responsive and professional. On the appointed start date, Cirino and his hard-working team arrived on time, and did an excellent job. We're extremely pleased with the work they did and the professionalism with which the team, led by CIrino, completed the job. The yard looks great and our new walkway is exactly what we wanted! Cirino and his guys do awesome work - 5 stars. I had hired him for some paver patio and sod laying work, and it was done professionally and results looked great. The communications like another reviewer said could be improved - I often wouldn't know what time he would be coming and would be in the middle of a meeting (work from home) when all of a sudden I'd hear noises from my backyard. Despite this, I understand he has multiple projects going on, and his final work speaks for itself. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. I needed a fence post repaired. I looked through Yelp and contacted several companies. I had ones that never called back and one that said that it would take a week to get someone out just for an estimate. I made that appt before I was able to contact C A Landscape through Yelp.. I got one reply thru Yelp but not the next so I called them directly. Cirino promptly answered, and within a few minutes he was able to give me a time (within 15 mins) that he could arrive to give me an estimate. He came and gave me an estimate for fixing the post and possibly the panels. The estimate for the post was reasonable. Fixing the panels was more than I had expected - no proof but I believe the neighbor kid broke the post (even Cirino stated it looked like someone pushed it) so I didn't want to have to shell out the extra expense. He said he could do the work the next day if I chose to. I told him I had to call my husband to discuss first. I then called (no answer), then texted him that I would like to just have the post replaced, next day if possible. He said he could. I promptly replied back and asked him what time, but I did not get a reply. Next morning came, and still no time given. So I had to call him. He did answer and told me he would call his guy. Cirino called back shortly after and said his guy would be there in an hour, and he (Cirino) would respond also afterwards. The worker came with his young son. I have no problem with that. However, the son played with some of my gardening/bbq tools in back and left them in the middle of the yard. He also played with a plant hanger I took off the old post and lost a screw somewhere in the grass (I mean its just a $0.25 screw, but I just hope we don't mow over it and it gets popped up at us). Cirino did not come as stated, so the worker did all the work himself. I want to say it took him maybe just over an hour. He did a great job. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5, is for the slow communication and the worker's son playing with my stuff. Looking at their website they do so much more, so I'll probably be calling them again in the near future for some other work we want around the yard. read more

We hired C A Landscaping last spring for a walkway to our backyard, we received their first call the same day we posted request for quote, we agreed to the work in minutes and a few days later, on the expected date, he came with his team and completed our work to total satisfaction, I was impressed. It's been a year, the walkway looks terrific, solid, I am planning a major patio project, small patio but involved project, brought in several bidders and two of them, walking through the walkway Cirino and his team built, both commented on the solid quality of the work. I originally reached out for an estimate on 5/27....I got a quick response asking for my phone number and address. Pretty standard on Yelp. Then after sending a couple of follow up messages, it was 2 weeks later and I hadn't heard back. I decided to leave a 1 star review, as Yelp asked me about my experience. Almost immediately after leaving the review, I get a phone call, a text message, and a Yelp message with a sob story about how they're a small company and don't have the bandwidth to respond to people in a timely manner, etc. etc. They begged me to take down the review and offered a 5% discount if I chose to work with them. I felt bad, so decided to take down the review....and had them come out to provide me an estimate (couldn't hurt). Cirino came out on 6/15; nice guy. We did a walkthrough of what we'd like done and he took some pictures. My wife had a page of handwritten notes, so that we didn't forget to show him anything...and Cirino asked if we could send him those notes to help with the estimate. He said he'd email us an estimate the next day. So, I typed out a half page of our detailed requests (all the things we went over in person) in bullet point format and sent him that same day. After having to check-in a couple of times, we finally received the estimate two days later than promised. For me, it's less about the number of days, and all about - if you tell me you're going to do something, please do it. After my efforts in providing detailed notes, the estimate listed a handful of very generic lines on it (how did it take 3 days?) and a total price; that's it. One of the least professional estimates I have ever seen. The 5% discount I was offered previously (I have in writing), not even included in the estimate. And the estimate was like 50% higher than another estimate I had in hand. C A Landscape just continued to let me down and act unprofessionally....despite promising over and over (I have in writing also) that they would do better, they still did not. You'd think they'd go above and beyond to earn my trust back, but they didn't even do the bare minimum. Just a heads up on what you'd be getting into if you choose to work with them. read more

Do not recommend them at all. This guy Cirino showed up for estimate and we agreed on the work and the price. After that no response. One day he texted me that he can do tomorrow. I said yes that works but no show, no call, no text anything on that day or after. One panel of my fence fell even before the rainstorm over the weekend, I started quoting on Yelp but rarely got responses, most companies responded after a day with a message "The project is too small, we're booked up", only two companies sent the estimator to inspect the fence to see what needs to be done and gave me the estimation. Cirino was the one that responded within an hour and showed up on time and walked me through the repair. I ended up having them do the repair and they didn't disappoint me at all. The repair was done right after the rainstorm and there was a bit of rain and wind during the work as well. They even had done more work than we planned. The team is hard-working people!
