I'm go glad I found Branden from Premier Solutions NW. I was looking for someone to build a 12'X14'…read moreCostco Yardistry Gazebo kit for me. I'm a pretty handy guy and I was certain I could do it myself with some help from my friends. However, I didn't really have the time and the nice weather was quickly approaching. I was also admittedly a bit intimidated of building such a large structure. Branden was able transport the kit from Costco to my house which was a huge help. It was in 3 boxes weighing over 700 pounds. When the time came to build it Branden did it with the skill and confidence or someone who obviously knew what he was doing. It would have taken me at least twice as long and I'm sure it wouldn't have turned out nearly as nice or as professionally done. I had some ideas for the build that I thought were pretty good but Branden always listened carefully and actually had much better ideas. He was always open to what I thought and he was never dismissive of anything that I brought up. We actually worked together to come up with some great solutions. In addition to the basic build he leveled it, anchored it, and made a custom gutter system that tied right into my existing house gutter. I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure working with Branden. I am certain that I'll be working with him again in the near future for some other projects I want to get accomplished. I highly recommend Branden/Premier Solutions NW without reservation for your project needs. Give him a call and see how he can help you. Free

Your new go to contractor -…read more I am a realtor and hired this company to remove and install a new roof for my client. They seamlessly communicated with all parties in our transaction! Quickly got us a bid which was very clear, well written and educational. They were able to start on the roof the next week, and followed up when needed. Overall, very happy with their service and highly recommend.

Erick came out and gave a fair market price bid (I had an idea because I had a few other bids to compare with). I contacted Erick promptly and they were able to squeeze my project in and get it done quickly. Jose's crew was really unbelievable. If you get Jake and his brother working on your house, go ahead and relax now. These guys are as good as it gets. I've got the names mixed up, but one of the brothers is around 30 years old and has been working 'carpentry' since he was in his mid teens. The quality of work, passion, and general attitude shows he really picked the right career. I could go on and on about this project but bottom line is - They were very professional, on time, communicated well, finished project on time and the final price matched BID amount. Literally everything was perfect. I've attached some pictures. Don't hesitate to contact these guys!

The CM Nissen team did excellent work on several projects at our home, which included remodeling…read moretwo bathrooms and rebuilding a deck. The work required tricky integration of new and existing materials and designs. Throughout, Nissen's craftsmanship and communication with us were first rate. We were impressed with their high standards, hard work, technical knowledge, creative problem-solving, good humor and timely and respectful approach to the work. Nissen's small team is highly skilled and able to handle varied tasks with minimal subcontracting. They have excellent knowledge of materials, sourcing most supplies locally while ordering several large deck replacement posts from Idaho. Nissen's approach to layout of unusually large and heavy tiles for one shower was ingenious: the team worked out the entire pattern flat on the ground in our yard, moving around different pieces to maximize design flow across tiles before cutting and installing. We are happy with the results and would be pleased to use CM Nissen again!

This is an update to a review that I left a few years ago. While Mike called back and sent a crew…read moreback out to make repairs, he also admitted that the co-owner should have been on the job site the entire time. He was on site during the repair. The awning WAS damaged when one of the workers, while pulling hard to remove the old siding, lost his balance and stepped back off of the platform placed to protect the awning, coming down hard. I am happy with the repair to the repair. Just wish that I had not had to go through the hassle. I have seen other work that they have done nearby and it appears to be well done. I did go to update the review after the repair was made. Apparently that is not something that can be done...at least on a phone.

You know how some companies are so good that you hesitate to post how great they really are because…read moreyou don't want them to get 'too busy' kind of in a selfish way? These guys are that good! I had the chance to work with Snohomish Handyman (Pete and Mark) for three different projects. Project 1-this was our "get to know you" project. I had taken our cedar sauna apart as part of a home project, and had gingerly taken the cedar bits out so that the sauna could be rebuilt. Well, Pete and Mark didn't just put our sauna back together. It was craftsmanship at its best. One would never know that it had ever been taken apart. They even assisted with a design feature improving on my suggestion(s). Project 2-so after our great success with Project 1 I asked Pete if he would help with a list of 'things' that needed doing around our house. Some of these were basic like repairing sink stoppers, installing doorknobs, etc. The biggest of Project 2 was to rebuild our garbage slide in the kitchen which required the mechanical part to be removed from the cabinetry, a new platform built to support the sliding mechanism, and then reinstalling of the mechanism on the new support piece. When Pete did the reinstall, he made several significant improvements that improve things overall. Project 3-Pete and Mark successfully replaced several pieces of fascia on our 30-year-old Lindal solid cedar home, that over the years had started to degrade at the ends. (I think many homeowners are familiar with this phenomenon.) Pete was able to successfully source the necessary high-grade cedar in a very difficult market (pricing, yikes!). They stained the cedar prior to its installation, which meant at least two days of curing. They then installed the fascia board and edging in the areas to be replaced. But they didn't stop there. Pete and Mark custom crafted copper coverage for each piece they replaced. This repair was executed with diligence and expertise, and was beyond the scope of many other crafts people I've spoken with. Note the breadth of the work they completed our residence? They executed repairs of the simple stuff with the same degree of care and attention to detail as they did all the big stuff. They have a broad range of capabilities and expertise and are friendly and easy to work with. I found their pricing model straightforward. So, what's the best part? These are honest, trustworthy, hard-working folks who really want to do a good job for you! So let's keep them busy... But remember, not too busy as we still have a bunch of projects that need completing :-)

We asked Pete for help designing and building a modern looking hogwire fence to replace an old…read morepost-on-pipe decorative fence that was installed on top of a short concrete wall. I was really hoping to avoid damaging the concrete, and Pete came up with a great solution to leave the existing pipe imbedded in the wall, remove the post only, and buy posts that had the core drilled out to put back on to the pipe. This alone saved a considerable amount of time and money in my project and more than paid for his services! Further, he took my really rough drawings and helped improve the design to make it stronger, and had all the expertise to execute the build to a high standard! In the end, I ended up with a fence that looked WAY better than I ever dreamed! I can't recommend Pete enough: he produced excellent work, was willing to teach me (and my curious kiddos!), and was one of the most professional and nicest handymen I've ever hired. I certainly won't hesitate to call him for any other projects that I have coming up.
