Other than the great quality of their work, the two things I really appreciated were 1) Communication - Alfonso kept me informed as the project was going asking, and was really responsive at all hours. This is something really lacking in other businesses I've dealt with. 2) Cleanliness - these guys cleaned up around the job for 30 minutes every night before going home. Harry talked us through all the details of the materials and workmanship that goes into a great long-lasting roof and gave us a primer on how to compare roofing bids. Jaime inspected our old roof and explained his observations on the current condition, no major leaks but slow seeping typical of a roof at the very end of its useful life. They turned around a detailed quote very quickly and encouraged us to take our time to shop around and get in touch when we were ready. We got bids from about 6 different companies and these guys had the best value. We appreciated that they didn't require any down payment in advance, they warranty their work for 10+ years, and they had the best price for the quality of materials we were looking for.
