Misha and Slavik came to day to finish up--too cold last week and snow... did a great job slab jacking my garage floor...some final touches to make it look better... Very satisfied.... Professional, competent, and left the garage cleaner than when they arrived!! Highly recommend read more

They never performed the promised work, and never gave me a refund. They are no longer accredited by the Better Business Bureau, have changed their location to Woodinville. I'm guessing new reviews are phony. In 2025, they likely performed promised work, but not now. read more

We had water leaking into our basement and get estimates from 3 contractors. Branden responded promptly and did a thorough job assessing the site and diagnosing the issues. He noticed some foundation settling but did not try to up-sell a repair that he did not think we needed. Instead, he focused on improving our footer drainage. The crew (Tommy, Zach and Caden) arrived on schedule, and worked in very cold conditions, quickly and efficiently. They completed work as planned and cleaned up the site to my satisfaction. The bid from SFR was neither the lowest, nor anywhere near the highest. But the knowledgeable estimator, the low-pressure collaboration to define the project, and the quick, efficient completion of the work, made them the best choice. read more

I signed a contract with SFR in January to repair a significant dip in my home's interior floor and install drainage from my gutters to prevent further damage. The bid included handling the permitting process, which I paid extra for. The project began in March and was supposed to take two weeks. However, halfway through, the city shut it down because SFR had failed to secure any of the required permits. From that point on, I had to take over the entire permit process myself. SFR was completely unhelpful. They ignored emails, delayed responses for weeks (sometimes over a month), and even argued with the city's permitting office because their bond didn't meet the city's requirements. The only reason the project was able to continue at all was due to the city's flexibility--not SFR's efforts. It's now August, and the permits are just being finalized--something that should've taken less than a month. We chose SFR because their proposal seemed the most comprehensive. It came at a high cost, but they gave the impression they knew what they were doing. In reality, there was a major disconnect between the salesperson and the crew doing the work. The installer was unaware of several things included in the bid, and I was constantly stuck in the middle, explaining what we paid for and what still needed to be done. After most of the work was finished, the original floor dip was still there. When I contacted SFR, the salesperson came back and said it would cost another $15,000 to fix--on top of the $75,000 we'd already spent. I tried to work with them to reduce costs, but they refused to use any standard or affordable materials and insisted on their proprietary "special" products. At that point, we were done. Even closing out the project was a headache. It took over six weeks just to get a response so we could review the final costs. I had also paid them to remove the large pile of dirt left over from their work, but the crew only hauled away half. I had to schedule another visit just to get the rest removed. I've worked with a lot of contractors--some good, some bad--but SFR has been by far the worst. They were uncommunicative, disorganized, and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. If you're thinking of hiring them, I urge you to reconsider. I'm out $75,000, and my home looks exactly the same. It was the worst investment I've ever made, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did. read more

We hired Seattle Foundation Repair for our back patio- we needed slab jacking done to help fix the water that was pooling against the patio where it met the foundation and causing moisture to enter our basement. The gentleman, Anthony, that first came out to give us a quote was much more of an advisor versus someone just trying to make a sale, which was ultimately the reason we ended up going with this company. He was no BS and a straight-shooter. Seattle Foundation was able to schedule us ASAP. We had a WONDERFUL two-man crew, Slavik and Misha. They were kind, hardworking, very professional and communicative. Very skillful. They checked in with us multiple times throughout the days they were here, to ensure we were happy with progress and how everything was looking. Thank you to Slavik and Misha for the hard work- much appreciated!! read more

They are friendly to work with and we have worked with them for 2 separate jobs. They helped leveled our concrete and added a french drain in a separate job. read more

I needed a foundation repair quote done on a same-day basis in order to make an accurate offer as a potential buyer on a property. Seattle Foundation Repair made it work. CJ showed up right on time, gave us a great overview and explanation of what he was doing, what the problem was, what the potential risks and costs would be, etc. The service overall was fantastic. read more

Did waterproofing and drain work for me in 2022. Water still leaking in garage. Broke my spinkler lines in several locations and at first woudn't admit they did it. My sprinkler company dug up the location where Seattle Foundation broke it and showed it to them. They said they would pay for the repair work ($1200) but never did. Do not use them! You will regret it. read more

From when we met Brandon when he came to give us an estimate we were impressed with this company. He was the only 1 of 3 companies we contacted to go under the house to see what was causing the issue. The repair was easy to schedule and Eugene and his crew communicated throughout the process. I will definitely recommend them. read more

I contacted them for work and have regretted it ever since. They pull you around and act really responsive until the rubber hits the road to take action, and then they ghost me ever since. They billed me 900 dollars for something they should have done. They promised to bury the concrete they dug up and broke their word. I texted the owner until he stopped responding. I emailed them until they stopped responding--terrible company to work with. read more

I've heard tales of a mythical unicorn, a dyed in the wool honest workman. It's no longer a myth; I've met him! Steve Thornton came out to evaluate our house, see if the foundation needed repair. We knew we were looking at a potential significant cost (25K) and, to be honest, I was sweating bullets. Steve came in, took 1/2 hour to assess the house, took measurements, drew out a sketch. Afterwards he sat down, explained his findings, the options, and his recommendation: to leave it. There's a slight slope, but not a major concern. Seriously! And the final kicker, he didn't charge us for the assessment. I am amazed and my waning faith in humanity has been restored. THANK YOU Steve Thornton. You are one top grade A+ professional and amazing human being. read more

Seattle Foundation Repair - Foundation Repair Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Eugene, Sam, and the crew from Seattle Foundation Repairs did a good job helping us upgrade our downspout drainage system during the rain season. The upgrade was very effective really made a difference! It successfully led the water away from our foundation on those crazy raining days. They were diligent and punctual, also very careful about the details such as the grading of the pipes, etc. Although one of the pipe was installed a bit too shallow in the first installation (which prevented us from putting our paver back), Eugene took the action and came back as soon as they can to redo that part, and even put the paver back for us to make sure it is properly installed. My only nitpick is that the results where the downspout "connects" to the catch basin are not as aesthetically pleasing as I had wished, but otherwise they did a pretty good job. read more

I called several basement waterproofing companies for help with a house we recently bought. I could see evidence of water intrusion in a few places and wanted a professional assessment before the rain came. Steve Thornton of Seattle Foundation Repair came by on time after I was able to grab an appointment slot that popped up due to a cancellation. Steve was friendly, professional, and in no rush. He patiently explained things to me and showed me what was done right and wrong with my house. He recommended waiting to see how my basement does in the first few months of winter and said if it were his house, he'd just leave the problem spot I was concerned about be. I appreciated his honesty as he could have easily told me I needed $5-10k worth of repairs. I'll see how the next few months of rain go and cross my fingers that I won't need to call anyone out again. But if I do have water in my basement I'll be sure to give Steve a call. read more

I worked with SFR to get a vertical crack repaired on our 110 year old basement foundation. The process was super easy to schedule. The overall time from initial quote submittal online to work being completed was 17 days. The crew was Maxim and Viacheslav. They communicated their arrival time with me and checked in during the day as work progressed. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived and even cleaned off my front steps which I appreciated. They were working in a pretty tight space but were able to make it work. The total cost was within the quote, would recommend. read more

Eugene and his team did an excellent job on our perimeter drains and repairing some cracks in our foundation. He answered all my questions patiently, explained and walked me through the work carefully. He certainly knows his craft. He also happens to be an incredibly friendly and enjoyable person! Eugene called each morning and was always on time. Drains are well done worked great in the first rain storms we had. Our estimator Shamil was extremely helpful and was very patient while we took several months deciding about the work the office staff were easy to deal with. i would definitely send other people to Shamil and Eugene again in the future! read more

I would recommend Seattle Foundation Repair without hesitation. I'm pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and price. They filled a deep void under a sinking walkway with poly Urethane, ground down a few trip hazards, and installed a drainage system from a downspout to a garden. They returned my initial inquiry quickly and set up a site visit to give me an estimate. The estimator came on time and got me an estimate quickly. The workmen came on time, communicated clearly what I could expect, and cleaned up when they were done. read more

Came out and gave me an honest estimate of my basement situation which included a far less expensive fix than I was expecting.

Specialist (Brandon) came to our home for a consultation about dampness in basement. He was on-time, masked, professional and courteous. Most importantly, he gave us his assessment and recommendations for low-cost interventions to try before embarking on more invasive work to solve a nuissance (mild) water problem. This review is based on professionalism; I have not actually had any work done by them yet. read more

Eugene, Sam, Daniel were great to work with! They notified us when they were coming, showed up on time and worked until we were satisfied! They were skilled and polite workers. If you need a foundation repair this is the company to use. read more

My biggest regret was to hired Seattle Foundation Repair to fix our cracked and sunkened garage and basement. The project manager assured me that they can fix it and it would take 1 -2 days max. I paid them 50% up front and they started work on Oct 20, 2022. The first day they were not able to get anything done because they said they had equipment problems. They show up again a week or so later and again they said they more equipment problems. Each time they showed up and stay for a couple of hours and they're gone. After more than a month, less than 30% of the job was done. They inform me that if I wanted them to complete the work they needed to charge me double the original price we had agreed to. After a full month of delay, completing about 30% of the work and now they want to charge me double to complete the job. I decided I had enough of Seattle Foundation Repair System. I had to hire another foundation company that came out and finish up the entire job in 1 day for half of the cost. read more

Very honest and knowledgeable company. They came out and assessed our cracked foundation and gave us useful information.

I am very happy with the work that Seattle Foundation Repair did for us. They were prompt in getting an estimator, Brandon, out to our house to let us know what the work would cost. He was kind, professional, and transparent. Once we accepted the bid, the work started within a matter of days. It took about double the time expected due to the depth of our foundation, but the team worked hard to get it done. Highly recommended. read more

Very professional and well run company. Two estimators, who were very knowledgeable and articulate about all issues that have to do with foundations showed up on time and masked. I showed them the issues that were of concern to me and although they could have suggested an expensive fix, they confirmed the issue was minor and could be resolved with the help of a handyman. I apologized for having them make a call when I actually didn't need the level of service that SFR provided, and they were so polite and said they were happy to help. read more
